Fantastic product
I couldn't be any happier with my feeders. I have a cat with kidney disease and medication in his food. I can safely now feed him his food knowing the girls won't get it and also he can't eat the girls food. It also makes me aware of when he's gone off his food and how much he has eaten. It has been such a great investment

Stops the cats not the sneaky dog!!
Our dog has gone to extreme lengths to beat this product. Such as throwing the feeders down the stairs, so we moved the feeders downstairs... (They still work)... He now sticks his tongue under the lid and sneaks the cat biscuits out... Still amazing product though, stops other cats sneaking each others food.. Just have a very determined dog!! Looking to buy more for our kittens.

Excellent but one of our cats has found the loop-hole
We have 3 cats, one needs a special diet and the other two are very greedy and will eat any food in any tray. These feeders stop greedy cats and ours have lost about 100g per month for the past few months. They really have revolutionised the feeding of our cats who now only get what they should. Worth the money. However 1 cat manages to scoop food from the side of another feeder and he also moves next to a feeding cat and helps himself to their food! So they are not fully cat proof, but close.

Piece of mind at last!
I was a little concerned about how well our cats would take to their SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeders, but to my surprise, it took almost no time at all, even for our scaredy cat! Although this feeder is a bit on the expensive side, particularly when you need more than one, I have found the piece of mind of knowing both our of cats are getting all of their food well worth the cost. The only downsides I've found is that the bowls aren't dishwasher safe, and rechargeable batteries cannot be used.

Disappointed
It was fine at the beginning, my cats learned to eat from it. I have bought two and one stopped working completely. The light is dark and the lid does not open. The second one is not reliable, it lets the cat eat sometimes, but sometimes it shows green light, but does not open. I have tried to return it now, Zooplus told me to contact the manufacturer. I did, but they answered in German. Not sure if i will ever get the money back.

Almost perfect
Works perfectly, although even the fastest close speed is too slow for my greedy chonker so I’ve had to place it on the top of the cat tree where only one cat can get to it at a time.
The only criticism I have is that the plastic bowls have given my kitten acne on his chin despite the clear film on them presumably designed to prevent the problem. I’ve found a small ceramic one which fits instead, but it would be good if a ceramic bowl was available to purchase separately.

Really great
Transformed our lives - no more having to monitor cat meal times. They have both completely taken to them and it keeps the flies off in the summer.
Follow the instructions to introdice them gradually.
Only shame is that it's battery powered - a mains powered option would be even better.

Stops the boss looting his nosh.
Love this. Trained him within 36 hours using grazing feeding method. Surprisingly easy for a floof who is still spooked by his own tail.

Stopped my sneaky thief!
We have a 3 cat household and each cat has a carefully managed diet to maintain their svelte figures. This pet feeder has ensured that the two who are grazers, get their food when they want and has stopped the third from sneaking in and clearing up.
It is possible to purchase a back cover should it be necessary to stop others helping themselves.
It was really easy to train them to use it, even my timid cat only took 4 days to master it.
It's not cheap but for us is worth every penny.

Works so well
I've had it for a few months and very happy so far. One of my cats is overweight and the other one isn't and likes to graze throughout the day. For the setup all I had to do was insert batteries and place my slim cat underneath the scanning piece. I also adjusted the interval so the lid closes very quickly and the other cat doesn't have a chance to steal. It's been working very reliably.

Genius
My two cats have adapted to this feeding bowl, brilliantly. Easy to keep clean, lovely design. Highly recommended.

Cats steal easily if they want
The surefeed is good that It most often leta just the programmed chip/cat eat. But it is so easy for the cats to reach on the side and to sneak next to to the one who it is for. To this expensive product lost most of its use.
If the makers would have made the side walls larger that could have fixed some of the stealing. Also; the lid closes late after the cat walked away = lot of time to steal food for the other cats.
I am a bit disappointed. Sorry to say.

Solves the problem
We already had a very small yorkiepoo who is not greedy but as getting a new bsh. kitten needed to know that each were getting their own food so bought this feeder. Our kitten came microchipped so we set it up for him only , no training needed he worked it out for himself and happily eats from it freely and both get their full food needs met. One of the best things I have ever bought.

Worth every penny for multi-cat households!
We got two of these after recently adopting a 2nd cat, and realising they were dipping into each other's food.
Our piggy tabby is a whopping 7.8kg (prob not helped by stealing the new cat's food for 2 months), so needs to go on a diet.
The feeders are not particularly noisy, with a gentle action, so we went from training 1 to normal use in 24hrs, they both got the hang of it straight away.
They're great! Pricey but worth it not to end up with one fat diabetic cat, and one under-nourished!

Brilliant solution for different diets
Having cats on renal diets and new kittens, I was exhausted policing meal times and trying to keep everyone eating the correct diet. This was an expensive but necessary solution which is so far working great for us. Cats learnt quickly using the built in training program which guides them gradually into using the feeder. Easy to set up and you can add up to 32 cats per feeder, providing all have either a microchip or a tag on their collar. (Additional tags can be purchased). Love it!

Pointless
Cat learnt how to use it straight away. Other cats can just reach over it from the side or stand next to each other and feed simultaneously. If you have a slightly aggressive eater then this becomes completely pointless.

Works Perfectly
I noticed that my 12-year-old cat's chip was no longer readable so he got a new one, and since then I have been able to curb his appetite for food thanks to this bowl! He usually stole food away from my other cat but this allows me to control his food intake and allow her to eat also. The bowl recognizes the microchip quickly and opens / closes very quickly. After 2 days of getting used to it, my cat accepted it completely.

Superb Automatic Feeder
We have 2 cats that couldn't be more different. The smaller one likes to eat their food in stages, while the other devours everything in minutes. Of course, we always had to be careful, otherwise she would have devoured what was left over as well. Therefore, the solution was an automatic feeder.
When it was delivered I was totally impressed with the handling. I had imagined everything to be more difficult. Since our cat is chipped it was even easier. She started naturally eating from it from day 2.

Feeding is now manageable
My three cats needed to be fed separately as one was overweight. He was eating the food for the other cats. The other two are grazers and were losing weight. Now I can feed all of them tdifferent foods. I put big kitty feeder in a different room as he is aggressive and tries to push the others away from their bowls. But they all learned within a week that the lids open for them. Yes, expensive but so worth it and very easy to set up.

The best there is!
We needed the Surefeed Automatic Feeder because Mausi needs a special food. Mausi is sensitive, so we started the training program. We stayed in mode 1 for two weeks and when we switched to mode 2 we had to go back to mode 1 immediately. I had almost given up hope, but after almost 8 weeks of training everything is going perfectly and she always has fresh food for herself. I would buy this over and over! My advice: don't give up !!
