Our minimum order value is £10 (excluding shipping charges). The exact delivery cost depends on your choice of delivery service, your location and the weight of your parcel(s) and can be viewed in your shopping basket before checkout.
For most of the UK*, zooplus offers free delivery on orders from £39 and a choice of delivery service as follows:

Under Home Delivery, we will choose the best delivery service for you. Your order can be delivered by EVRi or DPD.
*A small minority of postcodes, including the Highlands and islands do not qualify for free shipping. For these postcodes, the delivery charge is £6.99 for orders between £10 and £39, and £3.99 for orders over £39.
**Next Day Delivery and Scheduled Delivery are optional express delivery services and are available only to selected UK postcodes. Due to logistical and carrier constraints, these services are not available to certain regions, including but not limited to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and other remote areas.
Customers whose delivery postcode is not eligible for Next Day or Scheduled Delivery will still be able to select one of the available standard delivery options at checkout. Eligibility for Next Day and Scheduled Delivery is determined by postcode and will be clearly shown during the checkout process before the order is placed. These services are provided by DPD.

EVRi ParcelShop Click & Collect service is available for collection at 18,000 locations. The maximum weight for Click & Collect parcels we can dispatch is 17kg. Orders weighing over 17kg will not qualify for the service.
DPD ParcelShop Click & Collect is available for collection at 18,000 locations. The maximum weight for Click & Collect parcels we can dispatch is 20kg. Orders weighing over 20kg will not qualify for the service.
