Automatic Feeder 400ml (+ Grey Bowls, Mat & RFID Tag)
Worth every penny
Wish I bought it sooner. I’ve got two very opposite cats, one who’s not fussed about food what so ever and will take hours and hours to eat & the other who is an XXXL boy who will hoover everything in seconds. This has been an absolute game changer for us.
I will admit it took about 6 months to get him completely comfortable to use it but we got there in the end. He’s now back up to a healthy weight. I will say my XXXL cat has now dropped a few waistband sizes too. Brilliant. 😂
A great product
A game changer! My grazing cat can now happily come and eat whenever she wants. And it has also totally changed the eating habits of my greedy cat who now has started grazing too, who would have thought. A great product.

Worth every penny!!!
I have struggled for years with a neighbours cats getting in my house and stealing my cats food. I have spent a fortune on many things to prevent this. One been a cat hut for over 200 pound with a microchip cat flap, unfortunately my cat is too timd to use this. I was a bit reluctant to buy this at first, but after a few weeks of training she is finally using this confidently and I can nip upstairs with my windows open without a care in the world. I also don't have to worry about flys.

Bought this for a cat that picks at her food who has a cat brother that swoops in as soon as her back is turned.
So far it’s been a revelation! Followed the training plan and she was used to it in a few days which surprised us.
Now we are no longer putting her food down and picking it up many, many times a day to stop the other cat hoovering it up and becoming overweight.
It’s pricey but worth every penny so far. Wish I’d found it sooner.

Excellent!
The microchip feeder is brilliant. We ordered a couple after one of our cats was prescribed a hypoallergenic diet. The feeder is easy to program, quiet and it keeps the food fresh for longer. Both cats started using them straight away with no problems.

Great product, shame i waited so long to get them.
I purchased two of these as one of my cat kept eating out of my others food bowl. These have worked a treat. One of the cats is deaf so they had no issue however the other is very spooked by a lot of things this took him a little longer to get use to it, like the flap opening and eating underneath the raised section etc. but he is now use to it after short amount of time. I think this has also helped slow down there eating as they use to wolf down their food too quickly. Great product.

Brilliant and easy
With two cats on different diets - one renal who lies in wait for that sweet forbidden protein, and one overweight because he steals the renal food - it has been like, well, herding cats for years. Don't know why we waited so long to get these feeders. We are more relaxed because we know they are eating the right food. They are more relaxed because their food is never placed out of reach. It took about three days for them to be completely comfortable with the feeder operation. Highly recommended

Absolutely delighted to have found this feeder for our cat. We were concerned about whether he would take to it, but two days of him pondering and staring was all it took before he worked out how to get to his food. No more waking us up in the night due to his food bowl being emptied by the odd unwanted cat intruder eating his food. Would definitely recommend. (No more intruder either )

Game changer
I have a very greedy ragdoll who would go around eating everyone else’s food. I have an elf cat, who because he has to eat more due to having no hair, so ideally needs to graze. This feeder is amazing. Now my elf cat can eat all day and the ragdoll can’t get his food. The disappointment on his face when the lid shuts after my elf cat walks away is priceless. I have 2 other cats, so will be buying more surepet feeders. Literally changed my life. Also my cat was able to take to it straight away.

Fantastic product
I couldn't be any happier with my feeders. I have a cat with kidney disease and medication in his food. I can safely now feed him his food knowing the girls won't get it and also he can't eat the girls food. It also makes me aware of when he's gone off his food and how much he has eaten. It has been such a great investment
Stops the cats not the sneaky dog!!
Our dog has gone to extreme lengths to beat this product. Such as throwing the feeders down the stairs, so we moved the feeders downstairs... (They still work)... He now sticks his tongue under the lid and sneaks the cat biscuits out... Still amazing product though, stops other cats sneaking each others food.. Just have a very determined dog!! Looking to buy more for our kittens.

Excellent but one of our cats has found the loop-hole
We have 3 cats, one needs a special diet and the other two are very greedy and will eat any food in any tray. These feeders stop greedy cats and ours have lost about 100g per month for the past few months. They really have revolutionised the feeding of our cats who now only get what they should. Worth the money. However 1 cat manages to scoop food from the side of another feeder and he also moves next to a feeding cat and helps himself to their food! So they are not fully cat proof, but close.

Piece of mind at last!
I was a little concerned about how well our cats would take to their SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeders, but to my surprise, it took almost no time at all, even for our scaredy cat! Although this feeder is a bit on the expensive side, particularly when you need more than one, I have found the piece of mind of knowing both our of cats are getting all of their food well worth the cost. The only downsides I've found is that the bowls aren't dishwasher safe, and rechargeable batteries cannot be used.

Stopped my sneaky thief!
We have a 3 cat household and each cat has a carefully managed diet to maintain their svelte figures.This pet feeder has ensured that the two who are grazers, get their food when they want and has stopped the third from sneaking in and clearing up.
It is possible to purchase a back cover should it be necessary to stop others helping themselves.
It was really easy to train them to use it, even my timid cat only took 4 days to master it.
It's not cheap but for us is worth every penny.

Works so well
I've had it for a few months and very happy so far. One of my cats is overweight and the other one isn't and likes to graze throughout the day. For the setup all I had to do was insert batteries and place my slim cat underneath the scanning piece. I also adjusted the interval so the lid closes very quickly and the other cat doesn't have a chance to steal. It's been working very reliably.

My two cats have adapted to this feeding bowl, brilliantly. Easy to keep clean, lovely design. Highly recommended.
Solves the problem
We already had a very small yorkiepoo who is not greedy but as getting a new bsh. kitten needed to know that each were getting their own food so bought this feeder. Our kitten came microchipped so we set it up for him only , no training needed he worked it out for himself and happily eats from it freely and both get their full food needs met. One of the best things I have ever bought.

Worth every penny for multi-cat households!
We got two of these after recently adopting a 2nd cat, and realising they were dipping into each other's food.
Our piggy tabby is a whopping 7.8kg (prob not helped by stealing the new cat's food for 2 months), so needs to go on a diet.
The feeders are not particularly noisy, with a gentle action, so we went from training 1 to normal use in 24hrs, they both got the hang of it straight away.
They're great! Pricey but worth it not to end up with one fat diabetic cat, and one under-nourished!
Brilliant solution for different diets
Having cats on renal diets and new kittens, I was exhausted policing meal times and trying to keep everyone eating the correct diet. This was an expensive but necessary solution which is so far working great for us. Cats learnt quickly using the built in training program which guides them gradually into using the feeder. Easy to set up and you can add up to 32 cats per feeder, providing all have either a microchip or a tag on their collar. (Additional tags can be purchased). Love it!

Absolutely delighted
At first I had to practice a bit and it took a few days for my cats to figure it out, but now it works brilliantly and takes so much stress off all of us. I chose the larger flap. I have a Norwegian Forest Cat mixed with Maine Coon and apparently a purebred Maine Coon. In any case, I think the size is perfect for both of them and I’d definitely recommend going for the bigger flap if you have larger cats. And yes, the mechanism is actually a bit noisy.

Handy little gadget
Works as described. All the cats got used to the feeders very quickly. All it took was to put their favourite pouch inside and let them sniff it. They knew it was there, they just had to figure out how to get to it. A couple of times they jumped when the lid opened, but their desire for their favourite pouch was stronger. There’s no smell of food at all in the flat. I already have 3 feeders for cats on different diets (one tomcat on urinary, another tomcat on no special diet, and two cats on gastrointestinal).

I've had the feeders for 2 years now and they work perfectly! I accidentally dropped one on the floor and it broke, but that was my fault.

Brilliant cat flap and brilliant service
Cat flap in use with 2 cats for 11 years. Scanning the microchips is easy to understand and do, the flap was installed quickly and works reliably. After 11 years, the 4-way lock has worn out and falls out if a cat goes through too quickly. Had a chat with extremely friendly customer service, and now they're sending me a replacement lock free of charge. There really is still quality and service in Germany. Thanks.

Food thief – NO MORE!
After I adopted a fairly young wildling (~1.5 years old) from the area, word apparently got around in the cat community that there’s a 5-star walk-in buffet at my place, and managing that overnight was pretty time-consuming and cost me a lot of sleep. Tears of joy from excitement

Super handy
This is really a great bowl, even though at first I doubted my cat would get used to it. She’s very timid, so even the slightest movement of the lid during the first days of training really scared her. But in the end, she adapted really well. It’s working really well for me. They’ve been in use for 2-3 years (bought gradually, since their diets have changed over time) and there hasn’t been a single issue. Just a battery change once a year, and that’s about it.
I started off with just one, so the cat with a specific diet couldn’t get to the others’ food. The rest could access theirs. Later on, one needed a hypoallergenic diet, another a renal one, another an adult physiological diet, and another a senior physiological diet.
