Simply brilliant
Our cats are absolutely thrilled with the fishing rod! The great thing about it is that there's very little risk of injury for the owner! With most rods, the handles are simply too short, and I constantly end up with scratches and the like on my hands and arms. I have to say, this rod lasts quite a while, as usually the strings get chewed through within 5 seconds at our place. Of course, a feather occasionally gets lost, but luckily you can fix that, so the rod can withstand a few more rounds of play.

Absolutely recommendable!!!!!
This cat wand is the best I've ever had!!!! My two indoor cats go absolutely "bird crazy" with this feathered toy – no other plaything is as fascinating, mainly because it genuinely mimics the shape and flight movements of a real bird. I completely disagree with the negative reviews about its durability – while my two cats usually tear apart standard wands pretty quickly, this one is far sturdier and doesn't lose feathers, even though "the bird" is constantly being caught, dragged around, and bitten.
A dream for cat lovers!!!!

Great toy, but unfortunately breaks quickly.
A really lovely toy, it caused a storm of excitement at home.
Unfortunately, so much so that the feathers were shredded after just 3 days...
But for the price, you can easily order it again... :-)

Cats are thrilled!
My cats are absolutely crazy about chasing these feathers! I'm thrilled to finally see my sofa gang, who refuse to play with any other toy, running around! Brilliant!

Simply brilliant!!!!!!!
I have a rather lazy tomcat. He never really managed to get excited about playing, but this wand literally got him off his scratching post.
He plays and races around like crazy chasing the feathers.
In the evening, I hide the wand in the cupboard, and the next morning he’s standing in front of it, meowing and demanding to play.
Brilliant!!! Top-notch!

The cat teaser is a hit.
All 14 cats love the cat wand. None of them can resist it. The feathers come off or get chewed up quickly, of course. Here's a little tip from me: buy some feathers and fix them into the casing with modelling clay, and the wand is ready to go again. Full marks for this cat toy.
Best regards

Breaks quickly.
With our fishing rod, the two parts couldn’t be put together. Still, we played with the short rod with our cats – after 3 days of about half an hour of supervised play each day – or rather, with the cats – the feathers were completely gone. Maybe it’s worth trying a more expensive version...

Only lasts a few seconds
The cats go absolutely crazy – darting around the flat like kamikazes without a care in the world. As soon as they get hold of the Bird, they gently pull out one feather after another.
It would be great if Zooplus also offered the original Da Bird.

Perfect for hanging up!
The fishing rod is extendable, so you don’t accidentally get scratched by the claws. Personally, I’ve attached the rod to a hook on the ceiling, making it an ideal self-entertainment toy, and the cats are absolutely crazy about it.
I’m deducting one point because I suspect the feathers won’t last very long, but that’s pretty much the case with any fishing rod toy – no matter where it’s from or where you buy it.

Kate can't be stopped anymore.
I recently bought a product from another online shop for much more money – but I was happy because it brought so much joy to my little darling!
When I saw that the exact same thing was available here for SIGNIFICANTLY less money, I immediately ordered a few.
This item is Kate's absolute favourite toy. Due to frequent and wild use, the feathers unfortunately look "shabby" quite quickly and don't "fly" as nicely anymore. But with the fun it provides – you really can't complain! Kate is always so excited when I unpack a brand-new "little bird". All the other toys are mostly ignored!

Super toy - lousy quality
My cats are absolutely crazy about this feather toy. Unfortunately, it only took a few bites to chew through the three feathers and the attachment piece! So, it’s not exactly a sign of particularly good quality. Such a shame!!!

Gets tired tomcats back on their feet
My two tomcats are thrilled with the wand toy. One of them – who usually can't be bothered to move – immediately started chasing after the feather tuft, and the other one really likes the toy as well. With so much "hunting instinct," the prey naturally doesn't last long. So far, I've been able to stuff most of the feathers back in, but it doesn't hold up for more than two weeks at a time. The reduced price is fair and acceptable for getting even lazier cats to move around a bit. However, I probably won't buy the wand toy again at the regular price.

Superb gaming fun
My two kitties are thrilled! Little 2-year-old Bella absolutely loves it, and even my usually laid-back 7-year-old tomcat is eagerly chasing after it! I've had it running non-stop for a week now, and the feathers are still in perfect condition!

Poor quality
Well, my cats absolutely loved this cat wand. But after not even ten (!) minutes, the first feather came off. It didn’t take long before the rest of the feathers were gone too. I even tried to attach something else to it as a temporary fix, but it didn’t help. Unfortunately, I had to chuck the thing in the bin :(

Great toy
I’ve been using this cat wand for about 4 months now – the feathers show slight signs of wear (thanks to Maine Coon paws) – still very popular, as always. It will definitely be reordered if it ever gives up the ghost.

Too short lifespan
My four Coonies went absolutely crazy. It's actually a great toy, but I have to agree with the previous reviewers—within half an hour of playing, the first feathers were gone. Shortly after, I had to throw this wand away. A real shame, honestly.

Cats love it a lot, but durability...
My cats have never been so insanely excited about a toy before.
Unfortunately, though, it loses all its feathers within a week.
The quality is extremely poor. Since the manufacturer is surely aware of this, it would be reasonable to expect an additional set of replacement feathers to be included.

Great toy, even if it doesn't last long.
My one cat was completely fascinated by the feathers and got really excited while playing, but unfortunately, it was only a short-lived fun as the feathers were torn off straight away.
However, a new toy emerged: my other cat – who usually can’t be motivated to play – suddenly went wild and played non-stop with the clip part attached to the end of the string. So, for me, this toy was definitely worth it, as even the lazy cat turned into a playful tiger.

What a load of rubbish
Within 5 minutes, my cats had taken the thing apart.

Makes lazy cats lively
Even my lazy British Shorthair cat starts playing immediately when I take the bird out of the cupboard. She then runs around the flat trying to catch the bird.
The idea itself is really great. However, it's very unstable due to the two rods that need to be assembled, and the feathers are also very loosely attached. The quality definitely needs improvement, so only 4 stars.
