Fun cheap toy
My boy loves anything with feathers, and we've got several of these over the years. I find it too difficult to maneuver if you add the bottom part of the handle, so I just use the top part. As with any toy, they get muched on and destroyed, but that's to be expected. For the price, this is great value, and provides hours of.fun before needing to be replaced.

Love it!!!
This is very similar to my cats favourite toy from the one I buy at pets at home but way cheaper and more durable. So far all the feathers have managed to stay on whereas on the other one it wouldn’t last more than 20 minutes!

Popular toy
Great feather toy, even my lazy cat gets excited about it. The downside, as mentioned by previous reviewers, is the string, which tangles really quickly, stopping the feathers from flying properly. I fixed the issue by attaching a different string, so it flies better and doesn’t tangle. For the price, though, it’s absolutely fine.

Disaster
The new design without the metal piece cannot rotate freely, which causes the springs to immediately get tangled in the cord, leaving it hopelessly knotted in no time.

Old design was better
This toy was much better then the attachments had metal balls instead of plastic bc the toy could spin and it wouldn't get tangled constantly. Was v good before that. A lot of hassle now.

Super toy.
I had no idea how strong the hunting instinct of my two ladies could be. Running back and forth, full throttle. We're thrilled and can only recommend this toy. The radius of the wand is very large. It already lost a feather after 4 days, but all in all, you can't go wrong with it.

Absolute gaming fun
My cats are both crazy about this wand toy – we've tried quite a few, but none have been as popular as this one!
Because of the length of the wand, the feathers "flutter" like a bird, which really gets the kitties racing around!
The only downside is that the string keeps tangling.
However, it doesn't take away from the fun and will surely be improved by the manufacturer in the future.
I ordered the wand toy using my reward points, but I would happily order and buy it again anytime.

Dear Angel!!
My cats went absolutely crazy over the wand toy! They really chase after it like it's prey and it has a wide range of movement! Yes, the string twists quickly and the feathers come off fast, but it's still their absolute favourite wand toy... and we really have a lot of them 😂

Poor quality
The cats love it, no doubt about that. However, it doesn’t even last a week. The string twisting is simply due to its length. But it’s so thin that my cats chewed right through it. After tying it back together, they chewed up the plastic clip where the feather is attached.

Great toy, but...
The fishing rod used to be of much better quality. The string didn’t get tangled as quickly, and the feathered attachment was sturdier back then and withstood my cats’ attacks for longer.
Still, it remains the absolute favourite fishing rod of my three cats.
It would be great if the feather attachment could be sold separately for replacement!

I can only agree with the other reviews. My two absolutely love this fishing rod. They drop everything immediately and rush over. The string does get tangled a bit too quickly, but given the price, you can overlook that.

Unfortunately, a design flaw!
We have several "generations" of these toy fishing rods. Our two cats love no toy as much as these feather rods and could chase them for hours. Unfortunately, the feather attachments on the newer versions can't rotate freely, which causes the string to twist very quickly and get tangled in the feathers. This reduces the fun of playing because the "bird" no longer flies or glides as nicely, and you constantly have to untangle the string.
