Bird Cat Dangler Toy

I bought these for the rescue I volunteer for. The feathers were pulled out in seconds by kittens (circa 3-4 months old). Hopeless and a waste of money.

It doesn't have rotating parts, so it gets all tangled after seconds of use! Do not get it, it doesn't work as intended.

Tangles within seconds, the clip design needs to be able to spin to stop the string coiling around it. Really terrible so disappointing

No word of a lie this toy broke within seconds of my young cat playing with it. 3 of the 4 feathers fell off. Length of stick is good.

This has always been my cat’s favourite toy. The new design, with the clip-on feathers, couldn’t have had much testing because it just doesn’t work. Not only does it get tangled more easily, but the line also bunches up and becomes half the length. Please bring back the old design!

My cats used to love this toy and spent hours chasing them. The new design now means I spend more time untangling it than playing with my cats. Not sure why they would approve a new design that’s so much worse than the original.

Unfortunately as others have found without a swivel of some sort or a different line, The New Cat Dangler tangles far too easily, the old design worked.

Please go back to the old design, yes it wasn't 100% Purfect, but it worked & it worked great. I was willing to keep buying when it broke because my cats loved it so much. This one is completely un-usable as it tangles all the time, every time! No one else makes anything close to this. This new design DOES NOT WORK! It needs the original metal (or even plastic) beads, as it's this that allows the feather to spin in the air without tangling as soon as its waved in the air.

Cat dangler toy has long been a favourite with all our cats. Hugely disappointed that re-design means that, after just a few seconds of play, the string becomes a tangled mess and you have to stop and disentangle it. Hoping the manufacturers will revert to original design with metal swivel as the new version is no use at all for our lively and impatient Bengal.

This used to be one of my cats favourite toys. I ordered more (as feathers wear out quickly) & didn't realise that the attachment design had changed. This affects the way the feathers move, they used to swoop in a bird flying motion, the new design just flops about & tangles. Please zooplus go back to the old design as this one is awful!

Why ruin something that worked great This new design is rediculas, constantly tangles up One swoop & it back to waiting for it to unwind So so upset & really annoyed at who ever for this new plastic clip was the way forward Can't be used all in bin Cats are furious, this was there most bestest toy in the world!

Unfortunately, the string gets tangled and twisted together after just a short time of play. Otherwise, it would have been really good since the stick is longer than on regular rods.

I've used these fishing rods for years and they were always the toy that every cat I knew found interesting. I often gave them as gifts to new cat owners because I was so enthusiastic about them. Now, with a new kitten, I bought 3 new rods, but unfortunately the swivel has been replaced with a plastic thing that makes the string twist together after just a few swings through the air, and it takes about a minute to untangle it. Had to buy new swivels at the fishing shop.

Unfortunately, the springs twist around themselves, which causes the rope to spin and constantly get tangled. Sadly, I can't recommend it at all.

Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. There are fewer large feathers attached, and the string gets so twisted that the cat wand is only usable again after painstaking untangling. Thank goodness I still have an old one where that doesn’t happen and I can always change the attachment. It would be great if the attachments were available separately or in multipacks (without the stick), for sustainability reasons.

Used to be the favourite toy... now I’m constantly having to untangle and straighten it... it’s annoying... such a shame...
