My boy loves anything with feathers, and we've got several of these over the years. I find it too difficult to maneuver if you add the bottom part of the handle, so I just use the top part. As with any toy, they get muched on and destroyed, but that's to be expected. For the price, this is great value, and provides hours of.fun before needing to be replaced.

Great feather toy, even my lazy cat gets excited about it. The downside, as mentioned by previous reviewers, is the string, which tangles really quickly, stopping the feathers from flying properly. I fixed the issue by attaching a different string, so it flies better and doesn’t tangle. For the price, though, it’s absolutely fine.

My cats are both crazy about this wand toy – we've tried quite a few, but none have been as popular as this one! Because of the length of the wand, the feathers "flutter" like a bird, which really gets the kitties racing around! The only downside is that the string keeps tangling. However, it doesn't take away from the fun and will surely be improved by the manufacturer in the future. I ordered the wand toy using my reward points, but I would happily order and buy it again anytime.

My little one loves it. He's usually quite lazy and hardly moves, but thanks to this toy, he's running all over the flat. The only downside is that he manages to destroy the feathers very quickly.

The fishing rod used to be of much better quality. The string didn’t get tangled as quickly, and the feathered attachment was sturdier back then and withstood my cats’ attacks for longer. Still, it remains the absolute favourite fishing rod of my three cats. It would be great if the feather attachment could be sold separately for replacement!

I can only agree with the other reviews. My two absolutely love this fishing rod. They drop everything immediately and rush over. The string does get tangled a bit too quickly, but given the price, you can overlook that.

My two little furballs (16 weeks old) would definitely give it 10*. I didn’t even get a chance to put everything together 😂 Unfortunately, the first feathers were lying around after just one minute. The long string is great, but it gets tangled quite often. But for the unbeatable price, it’s absolutely recommendable.

I’ve already ordered several, unfortunately the quality varies, but I would still keep ordering them again and again. We swap out the rods when the spring is completely worn out. I can only recommend this toy.

Great for burning off energy due to its length. It's often played with and dragged around. However, it's been fraying too much lately, so the cord keeps getting shorter during play, which is a bit annoying.

Every other toy is ignored as soon as this fishing rod catches the eye. The springy properties of the rod and the string are fantastic. Nothing gets tangled for me. The only downside is that the feathers fall off too quickly. Playing with it every day for a week should be something any fishing rod can easily handle without components falling apart...

I have bought this item for the last 8/9yrs. It is still the cats favourite toy, but their has been some changes, the feathers have got a little sparser,for some reason the string now seems to get more in a knot, so I’m constantly untangling it, this may have something to do with replacing the metal beading to plastic ( which is a good thing ) this means I have to keep buying new ones

My Otis is thrilled, and as a true jumping artist, he loves it when the feathers whirl through the air and make noises. The downside is the string, which constantly twists itself up, significantly reducing the fun... but all in all, a great product! 😄

I've two cats and they adore this toy, I have to buy 6 to last me a year. They're really easily broken but have a realistic flutter which my cats love.

Our cat loves this wand toy. It's a shame that we can't order additional or replacement feathers, but only the entire wand. This is harmful to the environment, as the plastic wand isn't worn out, but the feathers are. It would be great if the feathers or the lures could be ordered separately. Thank you.

This is the perfect cat toy for lazy people. With the extra-long arm, I don’t need to get up to play hunting games with my cat :3 Only the knot is quite loose. The ribbon tends to come off the hook.

I have to say, my cat loves it, but the string is a bit annoying. It's too thin, so it twists together quickly and takes a while to be ready for use again.

Our tomcat loves playing with the fishing rod and is crazy about the feathers. The material and workmanship are absolutely fine for this price.

My cat goes absolutely crazy for it. I expected the wand to be better though. None of the three connections (I bought three of them) hold together without tape. What I also find disappointing is that you can't swap out the attachments.
