Enthusiasm!
My Lucky is absolutely thrilled with the feathers. They do come off after a bit of tugging, but that doesn’t matter. My tomcat Joker actually prefers playing with the toy when there are no feathers left on it! So it’s something for both of them, and that’s brilliant!

Wow
My cat starts screaming whenever I get the fishing rod out. The sound of the feathers flying drives her absolutely wild :-). So far, nothing has been broken. 5 stars!

Fantastic!
This is the best thing I've come across in ages. All three of my tigers are absolutely over the moon. Our Lucky insists on keeping his "prey" all to himself when he catches it! A fantastic bit of fun for young and old purrers alike!!

Cats are thrilled :-))
This fishing rod toy is the best I've ever had. Even my older cats are thrilled.
Best regards

Nala can't contain herself anymore!
Well, I have to say: my kitty just can't get enough of this thing, she's "completely losing it." My word... there's scratching, jumping, and grabbing going on. As a toy, it's honestly a brilliant idea!
The only downside, which I've unfortunately noticed with many other feather toys as well: the feathers come off way too quickly. :(
So I can definitely – at least partially – agree with the opinion that these feather toys don't hold up well – sadly! :(
If the cat tugs a bit harder, it can happen that a feather suddenly ends up lying on the floor.
Regarding that issue, I still don't understand the manufacturing geniuses: why aren't the feathers attached in a way that they DON'T just come off from a bit of pulling and tugging?!
Anyway, as far as the fun factor goes: BRILLIANT toy! :)

Doesn't hold up
That the feathers fray quickly is something you already know from the original, that's "normal" ... but unfortunately, this DaBird imitation is of poor quality. Two out of three feather attachments are already unusable because the attachment loops slip out of the rubber at the slightest pull.
Such a shame, because my furry friends love this toy, but I spend more time putting it back together than waving it around :-(

Really great piece
My kitties love it!
It wouldn't be a bad idea to include a second pair of feathers as well!

poor quality
I bought several Bird fishing rods. After just 10 minutes of play, the rods fall apart into their individual components. The feathers come off, as do the hooks attached to the rod. No comparison to the original. Really very poor quality. My personal comparison: cheap rod – after 10 minutes of play, all the feathers are loose --- Original – weeks of playtime, no loose feathers or hooks!!!!!!

Well done
I think the BIRD is absolutely brilliant, and my British Shorthair loves it too. As soon as she sees the feather: huge pupils and hunting stance – her prey drive kicks in. If you put it away, she starts searching for the wand (that’s never happened with any other toy!). A massive compliment to Zooplus as well, for offering a much more affordable version of the BIRD! *applause*

A brilliant piece
My little tomcat is completely addicted to it. He goes absolutely crazy chasing after the feather. I had to take breaks. But he just can't get enough. He keeps asking for this brilliant toy over and over again.
I can only recommend it!

Total enthusiasm
Finally, a toy that drives my British Shorthair absolutely crazy. Normally quite laid-back and sluggish, this feather wand really gets her moving. The length of the wand helps you maintain a good playing distance from the cat. This way, she can make huge leaps without worrying about bumping into the person holding the wand. Definitely recommended!
