Within a minute, the springs were undone, and ten minutes later, the springs were scattered into a hundred pieces all over the living room. The two Coonies had their fun, and I had the work afterwards. I don’t know if that was the goal, haha.

For little money: highly recommended!

My "little diva" is unfortunately very picky and doesn't accept just any toy, but she goes absolutely crazy for the "Bird" and plays with it with great enthusiasm. The "bird sound" is unique!!! Thanks to the telescopic rod, you have a larger play radius and don't need to move around much while playing – the house tiger takes care of that :-)

Although it got damaged quite quickly, it can be reassembled and repaired easily. The cats absolutely love it—they play with it until they're panting and just don't want to stop. Even their usual best friends get growled at. Brilliant item! Next time, I'll order several straight away. :)

All three of my furry friends loved the wand and were instantly gripped by hunting fever. Unfortunately, it only lasted about 5 minutes before the good piece was done for. I think it's more suitable for little kittens *grin*.

I'm ordering this fishing rod for the second time now. My little ones absolutely love it, and for the price, it lasts a really long time. We bought our first rod at the beginning of October, and it still looks pretty good despite daily play. Sure, a feather falls out now and then, but you just pop it back in, and it stays put. You can even add your own feathers if one happens to break. It's just so much fun to play with this rod – even for the human servant ;) If there were 10 stars to give, I'd give all 10 to this rod.

The cat wand arrived today, and I was already really curious because of all the reviews here. I expected my little one to be excited, and as soon as I unpacked it, she was already chasing after it :) My tomcat, on the other hand, is usually quite reserved when it comes to toys—he’s more into roughhousing or sleeping. But even he completely came out of his shell and was totally into it. For me, this was an absolute success. Of course, I can’t yet judge how long the wand will last, but at this price, I don’t think you can go wrong. I know my little one, so I went ahead and ordered two of them just to be safe. What’s really nice is the long handle, which allows for completely new "moves." You can really make the feathers fly. Brilliant, brilliant :)

I never thought my tomcat would defend his toy against his girlfriend. But he’s absolutely crazy about it. No matter how tired or worn out he is, he’s always up for it. I have to lock the tomcat out so the cat can have a turn playing with it too... Really brilliant!!!

We've already "helped along" 6-7 of these fishing rods. 😅 The cats have a lot of fun with the rod, and they really like the "bird sound." However, we've had 2 rods that didn't work properly because they were jammed. All the other rods broke relatively quickly. They lost both feathers and the entire front part. For the price, it's okay, but it could be sturdier.

Unfortunately, the fishing rod didn’t last very long; the feathers were pulled out straight away by our tomcat!

My outdoor tomcat isn’t easy to entice; he usually finds toys more boring than the little birds outside. But when I bring out the fishing rod, he perks right up. Finally, a toy that actually gets some use. :-)

Sira is crazy about this toy, unfortunately, the first one has already been played to pieces (feathers torn apart). Additionally, the feather part came off the rod, but otherwise VERY sturdy!

This toy makes every cat go wild, guaranteed! If you’ve got under-stimulated kitties at home who need exercise and a good workout – THIS is the ultimate toy!!! Here, the "Bird" is eagerly awaited by our two furry friends – they circle impatiently until I’ve finally assembled the rod and unwound the string… and then the fun really begins! Somersaults and daring chase scenes, all the way to exhaustion! Funny enough, our little tigers take turns hunting, so the other can rest in between. An absolute blast that no cat toy collection should be without!!! :o)

My cat's absolute favourite toy... Simply brilliant... My cat drags the feather wand through the whole house, into every room we're in, so we absolutely have to play with her :-) However, the feathers came off after just 10 minutes of use, but I glued them back on with hot glue, and now they stay put.

Hello, I have an Oriental, a super agile cat. Every day, we need 30–45 minutes of full-on playtime. I ordered the wand toy and can highly recommend it. I've never been able to tire my cat out with any other toy like this one. While I do agree with the general opinion that the wand is quite prone to losing its feathers, you can simply insert an extra feather, which works perfectly. That's why I'm giving it a 5-star rating—great fun for both pet and owner! Best regards, Dirk

It didn’t take long before my tomcat ran off with the feathers in his mouth, leaving me standing there with the rest. So, I attached the original "DaBird" accessory, and that’s when the real fun began! This one is really sturdy; though, the string got chewed through. It’s great that the rod is split into two parts and, when assembled, is still very stable and fits securely. The fishing rod is a big hit with both of my cats! Conclusion: With different attachments, it’s a fantastic toy that will absolutely tire out your furry friends.

Our two girls absolutely loved the new wand toy. I've never seen the older one so lively before, and the little one was finally worn out after playing. No other toy has ever managed that before. It's a shame that the wand was looking a bit worse for wear after just three days. With all the tugging and cuddling, the feathers came loose from the holder. However, you can push them back in and secure them with a bit of glue. Plus, you can easily attach other fun things to the holder, which adds variety. Our girls are crazy about sweet wrappers – they rustle and flutter beautifully! When you consider that people spend significantly more money on a cinema night and have less fun, I think this was a worthwhile investment.

The play wand is simply brilliant. All five of my cats are absolutely crazy about it. I've had it for a week now, and nothing has broken yet. Unfortunately, I miss the sound that's supposed to mimic prey, so I'm deducting a point.

The cat wand lasted just 5 minutes with my indoor tigers before it was already broken. Nevertheless, they had a lot of fun with the wand during that short time.

This fishing rod is amazing! I never thought such a simple design and such an affordable price could make a cat pant with its mouth open and tongue hanging out, just like a dog :o) This rod will definitely be bought again if it ever breaks... so far, everything is still in perfect condition after 2 hours of intense play every day!
