We have two former street cats who are usually impossible to get off the couch with cat toys: *yawn* - everything's boring. But with 'Bird', they go absolutely wild because the fluttering is so bird-like, both visually and acoustically, that they accept it as a 'real' bird. It’s proudly carried off in their mouths and dismantled into pieces. It doesn’t seem to matter that they can’t actually eat it; the 'hunt' and the dismantling make them incredibly proud. Thanks to the long rod, you can make Bird circle under the ceiling and just above the furniture like a real bird, which drives the cats completely crazy. The best toy we’ve ever had. I regularly buy replacements (it doesn’t last forever, of course—it’s prey, after all ;))

My two go absolutely wild with it... I've never seen them run around the flat with so much joy and energy... Unfortunately, it broke very quickly... so that's a point deducted...

My two absolutely adore this fishing rod. I think I've already bought it for them about five times now.

This is the best toy we've ever had. All three of our cats are crazy about it! They loudly demand playtime. The cats jump incredibly high and far (up to three metres), performing the most daring spins in the air – no other toy can achieve this. You just have to be careful not to pull on it yourself when the cat has it "in its grip," as the feathers will come off in no time. I glued the feathers back in with Uhu and let it dry for a day – it holds really well. The twisting of the cord isn’t an issue once you figure out how to "untwist" it: simply free the cord from the attachment at the feathers – it takes just two seconds. I can only recommend this toy!

My cats are absolutely thrilled with this wand toy, all five of them were over the moon. For the price, you really can't complain about the quality, though I did deduct one star because the wand was already torn apart after just two evenings. However, I was able to fix it for now with a hot glue gun ;)

My cats are crazy about this toy. Unfortunately, the feathers don’t stay in the holder for long... But that just means you end up ordering a new one regularly ;)

Especially one of my cats thought the "Bird" was absolutely brilliant right after unpacking it, but after just 2 minutes of playtime, the feathers got stuck in the little one's mouth, and I was left holding just the rod. I’ll now try to properly attach the feathers using non-toxic liquid glue.

Simply perfect for my tomcat – he loves to romp and play, and ever since we got the Bird, there's no end to the fun! It's his absolute favourite toy!!

Super cat teaser. My Coons absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, after two weeks, all the feathers were gone and disappeared. If a feather falls out in the meantime, you can still pop it back in quite easily. Brilliant fun for cats, but sadly not very long-lasting.

Our cats have loads of toys, ranging from cheap to expensive, but nothing comes close to the Bird cat wand. As soon as they see the wand, they’re ready to pounce and start meowing. They play with it until they’re completely worn out. We absolutely have to give it 5 stars. :)

My cats absolutely love the toy wand. 😻 Unfortunately, the wand didn’t last long, and one of my cats suddenly had the feathers in her mouth and ran off with them. 😅 That’s why I’m only giving 3 stars.

First off: Most cats absolutely love playing with this! A big plus is the long rod, which provides great reach – perfect for wild hunting games all around the flat. However, I find it annoying that the string quickly starts to tangle and twist up. The feathers come out in no time – but you can simply glue them back into the sleeve with Uhu, and they’ll last much longer. In terms of quality, though, it’s no match for the admittedly much pricier original "Da Bird". That one lasts significantly longer!

My little tomcat (1 year old) loves the fishing rod. He goes absolutely wild when playing with it. Unfortunately, it breaks quite quickly.

Super toy, our cats love it! Sometimes they even sit in front of the drawer, just waiting for the "Bird" to come out again. Deducting 0.2 stars because it doesn’t last very long, but that’s probably due to how intensely they play with it ;) I can only recommend it!

This fishing rod is really so much fun to play with, and not just for the cat. :) However, one minus point: it only lasted one day for me (though I have to add that my tomcat is quite rough when a toy has feathers). I'll definitely be adding it to my next order again! :)

... no more. Just three days (exactly three fishing rods over three days!!) was all it took... My little one found them sooo amazing that he spent hours playing with them. Unfortunately, he was clever enough to fish out the last rod from its hiding spot, so when I woke up in the morning, I nearly had a heart attack. Right next to my bed, he had gotten hold of the rod, and it looked as if a bird had met its end there. :( So, the toy is interesting... but unfortunately not durable at all... such a shame... But for the price... what can I say.

Playtime with this fishing rod is demanded loudly every single day! My rarely purring tomcat starts purring loudly just at the sight of the rod!

Great toy, my little one just can't get enough of it. That's why I always keep some spares at home, just in case she gets a bit too rough again and pulls out all the feathers :)

Even the calmest and laziest cats can be coaxed out of their shell with this. Our cats absolutely love the wand – I’ve already had to buy a replacement because, unfortunately, the feathers come off quickly, and our cats tug at it like crazy.

The craftsmanship of the fishing rod is fantastic! Our little Persian lady loves playing with it. The feathers are nice and large and mimic great flying movements! I would buy it again anytime.
