Cat Teaser Bird - broke straight away!
I bought the Bird cat wand and my Susi was excited about it. But after 10 minutes, the feathers were pulled out. And you can’t fix them back on. Now it’s in the bin! :(
Very annoying!

Doesn't last long :(
After just under 2 weeks of use, the springs and their holder are completely destroyed. (I ordered the 3-pack!)
It's also annoying that the rods keep coming apart. They are only slotted together and not secured. There's a risk of injury.
I find it dangerous for both the cat and the owner.
I’ll be looking for something more durable.

Absolutely top-notch piece! :)
Since our tigers quickly lost interest in their existing toys, we needed something new that would keep them fascinated for a longer time. Our tigers jump up to 1 metre high to catch this "fluttering creature". After playing, they’re worn out and content. We've now ordered a restock, as, as mentioned before, one of the "fluttering creatures" has already lost some feathers.

1 minute of fun! :(
Unfortunately, the fishing rod only lasted a minute before the feathers came flying out of the holder! Very disappointing!

Super fishing rod
This play wand is my two little ones' absolute favourite toy. Okay, unfortunately, the feathers come off very, very quickly because when I bring the thing out, the feathers don't get treated gently at all. But I've now fixed everything with parcel tape, and now nothing falls off anymore. Every evening, there's an hour of non-stop hunting!
Brilliant product!

I need to revise my negative review!!
I thought it was poorly made. But nope, after taking a closer look, everything was fine, and my cats absolutely love it!! Especially the little 4-month-old Neva. I was finally able to tire her out! Yay!!

Not worth the money
after half an hour of playtime, the feathers had already fallen off.

Great game to burn off energy.
The hunt for the feathers is soooo much fun for my little tomcat that he’s completely out of breath afterwards... he absolutely loves chasing after the feathers...

Nonsense
My cats tugged at it once, and all the feathers fell out! Not great!

Good fishing
Our tomcat loves this wand toy. The only downside: he pulls out the feathers really quickly :D But since it's quite affordable, we just buy a new one after repairing it a few times :)

Addictive toy
Oh my God, my four little ones umm loved this wand. They were absolutely addicted to it :D Unfortunately, as with every toy with feathers we've had so far, it was quickly torn apart :( A replacement string was included, but it would be better if replacement feathers were provided instead. Otherwise, a really great toy!

My kittens love it – so much that it got torn apart straight away.
My two little kittens (12 weeks old) absolutely love this wand toy. It's just a shame that the wand couldn't withstand their playtime. By the second evening, the feathers had already come off. I managed to tie them back on, but shortly after, they managed to pull the feathers out completely, leaving it completely dismantled.

Poor imitation
Unfortunately, I mistook this wand toy for the "DaBird" wand toy and immediately regretted it. The feathers didn’t even last 3 minutes before they simply fell off, and my cats hadn’t even gotten their claws on them yet!
I absolutely cannot recommend this wand toy.

Highly recommended - Best toy
Both of my cats love this wand toy! Even my tomcat, who’s usually not interested in anything, chases after the feathers and would happily play with it for hours. I’ve tried so many toys before, and NONE have been as well-received as this wand! It’s honestly such a relief for me. HOWEVER, I do have to say that the feathers come off very quickly, which isn’t too much of an issue since you can easily reattach them, but the quality of the string leaves a lot to be desired. After just a few play sessions, it got so twisted and tangled that it was impossible to straighten it out again. As a result, my first wand ended up in the bin after just one week! Despite this, I ordered it again (this time as a pack of three due to the quick wear and tear), and the second one has already lasted longer than the first! For this price, you can confidently order a three-pack to have a spare on hand in case one breaks!

Easy come, easy go...
Positive first: the little one absolutely loves the fishing rod.
Negative: I was out of the room for just 2 minutes, and the rod was supposedly safely stored on the cupboard. Think again! After just a few minutes, the feathers were torn apart into pieces and scattered on the floor. I salvaged what I could, and now the rod is stored in a lockable cupboard. A better attachment for the feathers would be desirable.

My tomcat loves it!
Absolute favourite toy! Seems like I got lucky with the fishing rod's build quality – the thing is holding up brilliantly, even after weeks, and mine isn’t exactly a gentle kitty ^^ highly recommend!

Without feathers, much better!
After just 2 minutes, the feathers were off, and within another 10 minutes, they were scattered in pieces all over the room. I've now attached a homemade ball made from a toilet paper roll, and with that, the cat is having the time of his life. The rod and string are great, but the feathers aren't worth a penny ;)

For running, not fighting
I occasionally have foster cats here, and this wand toy has always been the favourite toy for all of them so far. The feathers aren’t super securely attached, just by looking at them, but luckily I don’t experience as much wear and tear as other users seem to. That said, you have to admit that the Bird Wand, at £1.50 each, really doesn’t cost much—can you honestly expect top-notch quality for that price?
I think this wand is really more suited for letting cats burn off energy and have a proper run around because of its length. Personally, I always start with a sturdier toy (e.g., the Cat Charmer, often with a toy mouse or a strip of cardboard attached) that they can bite and chew on. Depending on the cat, you can usually tell when their interest in that starts to fade... That’s when the Bird Wand comes out, and it’s chaos—zooming around the flat, left and right, up and down. Compared to the “rough play wand,” the feathers on this one are rarely “caught,” and when a cat does grab them, they’ll carry them around for a bit before letting them go again.
It’s also worth mentioning that the feathers really do fly beautifully when you move them. For particularly enthusiastic cats, I’d strongly recommend responsible use—always give panting or heavily breathing cats a break!

Rod is great, but it doesn't last 5 minutes.
I ordered a set of three because I already suspected that the feathers wouldn’t last very long. After 5 minutes, the feathers were gone. I gave one of the rods from the set to a friend, hoping it would last longer with her (much calmer indoor cats). Unfortunately, no luck there either.
I simply tied a different toy to the end, as the rod itself is really great—5 stars for the rod! Minus 3 for the feathers.

Never leave unattended!!!
The fishing rod itself is really great! My cat is absolutely crazy about it and can’t get enough. The downside, though, is that the rod starts falling apart after just 1-2 catches. The worst part: my cat almost swallowed the "plastic tube" where the feathers are attached. We were lucky this time... So please, never let your pet play with it unsupervised!
