I’ve used this litter happily for a few years but the quality has just totally crashed. The litter pieces are now much smaller and fragile to break into smaller pieces which then track all over the entire home… and I’ve encountered something for the first time with this litter which is the dreaded dusty paw prints! This product used to have essentially no dust and only minimal tracking of a few pieces outside the litter box… now it is the opposite. I’m now on the search for a better option.

In the shod paws of our Norwegian Forest Cat, a lot of litter gets stuck and is cheerfully carried into the bed and onto the sofa. Some clumps stick to his "trouser fur," so I had to trim the fur in some areas. Others caused brown paws, or our cat simply refused to use them altogether. After years of experimenting in search of the best, most sustainable, and practical eco-litter, we’ve decided on this one "forever." It’s not perfect, but better than all the others.

My Norwegian Forest cat is very messy in the litter tray and having such fluffy paws, she tracks the litter not only out of the room the tray is in but also into other rooms. I have found this litter is excellent at clumping, very effective with odour control and there is hardly any tracking which, frankly, amazed me. I think it’s worth the cost so would highly recommend it.

We’ve been using the CatsBest pellets for years. We’ve tried many others in between, but no litter binds odours as well. Plus, hardly any litter gets spread around the house.

The litter is compact, practically dust-free, yet still soft enough for feline paws. It can be easily disposed of in any toilet. Okay, we have 5 cats... so of course, we do it in portions. Our cats get along with it very well. Sure, it’s expensive, but there’s nothing better out there. I’ve tried everything, even the more expensive ones. They all produce way too much dust. This is our absolute favourite litter!!!

Cats Best is my favourite litter because it's made of wood and I can dispose of it in the toilet. This way, no plastic bags are used to pack it into the bin. However, my Maine Coons used to get the small wood particles stuck in their fur – long hair and tail hair – and spread them around the house. With this pellet litter, that's no longer the case – so it's highly recommended.

I love this cat litter. It’s the best one I’ve ever purchased for my two Maine coon boys. It clumps fantastically and also doesn’t stick to their paws. Next to no smell either. I had a delivery today and they had put a burst bag of litter into the delivery box and sealed it. Thankfully the DPD delivery driver was very helpful and contained the leak. He gave me a delivery box to keep so I didn’t lose all of the litter.

It's bigger and heavier, so less gets thrown out of the litter box. It doesn't smell, doesn't create dust, and absorbs really well. The clumps are just larger. I've tried five different types of litter. Top-notch. The best for us. The litter doesn't get dragged everywhere because it doesn't stick to the fur, and the living area and bathroom stay cleaner. And the best part at the end: all-natural, compostable.

I have 5 cats with different litter box habits – some scratch around like crazy, others just do their business and that's it. However, after about 3 years, I can say that the much-hyped "reduction" of litter being tracked out is non-existent. The problem is less about what sticks to their paws and more about what gets stuck between them. So, I'll be going back to the original product, which costs half as much.

I mix the two Cat's Best variants. This way, the fine particles slip under the pellets, making the fine litter clump better, while the coarse litter prevents it from being "dragged out". I can only speak from experience and swear by this mix! Give it a try yourself ;)

For me, this is the best cat litter. I have three cats, and I can only recommend it. My flat never smells bad with this litter.

Unfortunately, this litter is now just like the fine variant. It doesn’t form proper clumps, which leads to very high consumption, and it breaks down very quickly, causing a lot of dust to form. I only had the litter in for a week and had to completely change it because so much dust had accumulated at the bottom of the tray that my cat was coughing terribly after using the toilet. I won’t be buying this again!

I’ve been using this cat litter for many years now for my two Ragdoll cats, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! It controls odours much better than other types of cat litter and also gives off a pleasant woody scent. Thanks to the larger, heavier pellets, far less litter ends up scattered around the house. I’ve tried quite a few different litters, but despite the higher price, I wouldn’t want to be without this one anymore!

I just tried it "just because," since I've always had the best experience with the brand "Cat's Best": "You never know until you try!" ;-) Now, I ONLY buy these pellets! My cat Ida loves digging around in the pellets (the texture is even pleasant for us humans!), and hardly anything gets scattered out of the litter box anymore. Odours are very well absorbed, and the pellets can be disposed of in the toilet. My absolute recommendation!

Quickly binds odours, makes it easy to keep the litter box clean. Absolutely recommendable.

I've been using this litter for a long time and I'm very happy with it. It clumps excellently, neutralises odours, can be disposed of in the toilet, and since the pellets are quite large, the cat doesn't track them all over the flat.
