Cat's Best Smart Pellets cat litter is ideal for long-haired cats as the pellets are non-sticky. Thanks to the smooth surface, the pellets do not stick to fur or paws. Cat's Best Smart Pellets is a soft clumping litter and consists of 100% natural active wood fibres, it is biodegradable and compostable.
Thanks to the odour-binding active wood fibre technology, odours and moisture can be permanently bound. Cat's Best Smart Pellets form particularly soft clumps. These are particularly favoured by cats who refuse to go to the toilet if there are excessive clumps. The soft clumps are easy to remove. The remaining litter can remain in the litter tray for longer. The cat litter is therefore more economical than other litters. The basic filling lasts up to 3 weeks.
Cat's Best Smart Pellets work best if you simply dispose of the solid faeces and the lumps that form after going to the toilet regularly in the residual waste or the household toilet* (*please observe local regulations).

Disposal instructions:
Please only put individual lumps of waste into the toilet at a time, leave to dissolve for a while and then flush thoroughly. The water must be able to flush the clumps sufficiently. Only then put the next clump into the toilet. It is easier if you crush the clumps a little beforehand with the litter scoop.
Household toilets are not suitable for the disposal and emptying of used toilet fills. Please follow the local disposal regulations for organic waste bins, compost or residual waste.

Great cat litter
I have four cats and find this litter the best for a multi-cat household. Odour control is very good and it clumps well. Lasts longer than you’d think so economically good, especially if you buy in bulk. Treading is much reduced if used with a decent litter mat. All cats are comfortable using it.

Great product unlike many products today this does as it says , clumps well easy to collect up minimal waste , could be recycled, and easy to bag up and put in rubbish , quick delivery, excellent.

No tracking
I was very happy with tofu/pea litter for smells, but the tracking is a letdown. So, I was looking for the impossible: the perfect litter. I read the reviews and decided to try it. It's a no from me; it doesn't stop smells at all. The only good thing? There is no tracking. Well, back to tofu/pea litter.

Declining Quality
I had been using this product for few year and was initially very satisfied with its clumping ability and the fact that it is environmentally friendly and flushable. However, now its clumping ability is next to nil. At best you are left with a mound of soggy saw dust which has become very difficult to scoop out without wasting a lot of the product.
I used to recommend this product to friends but sadly I have now had to switch to a litter which contains clay but has excellent clumping ability.

Pellets are way too big
The pellets are way to big, become hard to clean without wasting a lot of litter and trail when the cat get out.
It also doesn't really cluster on poo.
I used to love this brand, but it's really not up to par anymore.

Clumps Well But Too Much Dust
This cat litter clumps well but there is alot of dust that collects under the pellets. This can cause irritation to a cats respiratory tract & possibly trigger asthma attacks, as my cat on occasions does have a coughing fit. To prevent this the larger pellets need to be sieved before being placed it into the cat tray. This should have been done during the manufacturing process before its packed.

The product seems good but my cats hate it
A friend recommended this cat litter and I saw a lot of good reviews, but unfortunately my two cats refuse to use it, so it's been wasted money!

Stops dust tracking and more hygienic as can scoop pee out in clumps. Pee doesn't just sit there at the bottom like none clumping.

Stops dust tracking/little bits as its pellets so if any come out they are only around the tray not the whole house, and more hygienic as can scoop pee out in clumps so it lasts ages as no litter soaked in pee sitting at the bottom of the tray smelling like what happens with none clumping.
Big drop in quality!
This used to be really good, large pellets, no mess, but over the last few months the quality has dropped massively. Lots of saw dust , creating more mess . Won't be buying this anymore unfortunately.

The formula has changed
This was my go-to litter for many years, but they recently changed something in the formula. The new formula is much dustier, doesn't clamp as well, and the pellets are smaller and darker in color. Shame!

Product has changed!
I have been using these pellets for years and years. Everyone who comes to mine always says you can never smell cats or cat litter and I always refer them to this brand. However, over the last few months, this cat litter appears to have had a change. The pellets do not clump the same anymore, the litter is darker in colour and the quality just isn’t the same anymore. I have sadly had to find and source an alternative. Such a shame as I loved this once upon a time

Not as good anymore
The past 2 bags have been disappointing and no longer clump properly leaving bits of dirty litter throughout the tray. Which means it is smellier and messier than in the past as you can’t riddle it properly. Cancelling my subscription and going back to the old Cats best. Shame as this used to be better with less tracking but not worth the extra money anymore.

Quality has dropped
My cat has been using this cat litter for a few years. I have always been very pleased with this product; it's eco-friendly, clumps well, and has no odor, though it's expensive. However, the quality has dropped a lot in the last few months. Pallets at the bottom of the bag, comprising at least one-fifth of the bag, are like sawdust!

Hardly no dust and my cat has used it for years. The best on the market, you flush down the loo. Its Clumping formula is the best.
I have tried lots over the years and I can safely say smart pellets are the best.

I use this cat litter for many years as it really was the best especially for clumping but very disappointed in the last few months as this litter has stopped clumping like it should I have emailed Cat itself to see what’s happened if there’s been some change in it and will definitely be considering using something else. I have three indoor cats and usually buy, at least two bags a month but on the last note will say zoo plus is fantastic !

I have brought this product for over a year but this last load I have brought is not clumping as it use to it all breaks up. Which is a shame the quality seems to have dropped
