this product is the best till now as ive tried the original one, but my kitten is a ragdoll and she would carry some of them around, and the original one is a bitter smelly, this one is not, and suitable for long hair kitten.
in all, nice, clean, clumps well, last for a week, usage may be 6-8weeks/20L

...for those plagued by litter, THE cat litter heaven ;-)
After an odyssey through the range of cat litters available, I find this to be the best clumping cat litter currently on the market. The natural material is fantastic for the cat's health. When freshly filled, I personally find the smell quite pleasant – though this fades after about 4 weeks or so. How quickly this happens depends on how long the clumps remain in the litter box. If you clean it frequently, the remaining pellets don’t absorb the unwanted odour as much. That said, I still replace it at intervals I choose myself, as over time, aside from the smell, the pellets also start to crumble, and not every soiled pellet (depending on how skilled you are with the litter scoop) ends up in the toilet. The crumbling is unavoidable, as the cat constantly steps on it and digs around, so in my opinion, it’s not a manufacturing defect.
In terms of performance, the litter is very economical, and the clumping is impressive. I absolutely have to mention that almost nothing gets tracked out of the litter box anymore! What a relief compared to the non-pelletised versions!!! Another great feature is that it can be disposed of via the household toilet, although this does mean the toilet requires more frequent cleaning. For me, two clumps at a time work fine; more than that becomes tricky. ;-) The acceptance is good, although my furry friends have never had any issues with it.
Now, after all this praise, let’s move on to the downsides: the litter is relatively expensive, and at the moment, you can only get it online (on the other hand, it gets delivered right to your door!). Thankfully, larger packs are now available – I’m referring to the 20-litre pack. A minor drawback is the dust. While the dust generation is relatively low overall, the residue that settles around the toilet in the bathroom is unfortunately hard to clean. Lastly, there can be quality fluctuations. In one delivery – which I didn’t have to pay for – the pellets were already half crumbled.
In conclusion: Of course, in my opinion, there’s always room for improvement, but what’s ever truly perfect!? :-) And that’s why it still gets 5 stars, which it absolutely deserves compared to other clumping litters!

Having found this I wouldnt use anything else!
I have a long haired ragdoll and other products I've used either stuck to her coat or ended up everywhere in the house. This is a fantastic product. The pieces are large so there is hardly any 'tread'. I clean the litter tray daily and simply flush the clumps down the loo. I'm quite new to cat ownership and was worried that the litter tray might smell but it TOTALLY does not! All down to this product I'm sure (plus regular tray cleaning of course) :)

My cats deserve the best
We have 3 house cats and Cats Best describes this litter perfectly, it definitely is the best we have used. Makes life easier too as it can be disposed of by flushing.

Best litter I've ever known
This litter clumps very well, making it relatively economical. It has a pleasant woody scent and almost completely neutralises all the odours a cat leaves behind in the litter box. And since it can be disposed of via the toilet, it really leaves hardly anything to be desired.
The only downside might be the fact that occasionally a few (clean) pellets end up scattered around the flat. They just go into the nearest flowerpot, and that's that.
My cat (European Shorthair), at the age of 17, switched over without any issues.
Anyone who still puts up with that bentonite stuff is, in my opinion, only doing themselves a disservice.

That's it!
After having already tried Cat's Best Ökostreu and being completely convinced, I decided to test Nature Gold. The reason for this was the promise that this litter wouldn’t stick to fur or paws.
And indeed, it delivers on its promise! Only very rarely does a tiny crumb end up outside the litter box, but it’s really minimal. The litter smells neutral and absorbs liquid very well. What bothers me just a little is that many pellets are bound together per clump, and the litter consumption for two cats is relatively high. But I can live with that. Considering that the clumps can simply be disposed of in the toilet and there’s no longer a beach-like feeling in the flat, 5 stars are absolutely deserved.

Absolutely unsuitable.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this cat litter.
To start with, it’s not even litter but pellets. You’d be better off using it for heating rather than putting it in the cat toilet... my cats (two domestic cats) don’t like it at all.
It’s nothing like regular litter; there’s no scratching, and the leftovers aren’t covered anymore.
When removing it, it crumbles easily—if it even binds and holds everything at all.
When purchasing this product, I also opted for Porta Pine. I’ll continue using that instead.

Simply brilliant
I have a British Shorthair and a Ragdoll who share a litter box. With other types of litter, I was always annoyed that my cats would scatter it all over the flat. With this litter, only a few crumbs end up right in front of the box. Additionally, the dust from other types of litter was sometimes extreme, settling on furniture and surfaces throughout the bathroom. Over time, this litter does break down a bit, forming small particles and dust, but by then it’s usually time for a complete litter change anyway. Until that point, the odour control is quite good, and the clumping is decent.
At first, I found the "sawmill" smell a bit off-putting, but it’s not that strong – better than baby powder, right? Initially, this litter doesn’t seem very economical because the larger pieces form fairly big clumps that you end up discarding. However, as the litter gets smaller with use, it becomes more economical again. That’s the trade-off with this litter – a bit more consumption in exchange for not having litter scattered all over the flat. Compared to other high-quality litters, I think the overall usage time until a full replacement is roughly the same.
One thing worth highlighting is the composition of the litter: pure plant fibres, making it compostable and biodegradable. Plus, it can be disposed of via the regular household toilet.
The price could certainly be a bit lower. At least there are now 20-litre bags available, which offer a small price advantage.
All in all – a highly recommended litter.

Very practical
The litter is great for my two Persian mix cats. They don’t drag the litter all around the flat anymore, and it’s really convenient that you can flush everything down the toilet. Plus, the litter doesn’t start to smell as quickly as conventional hygiene litter.

I would absolutely love it ... but my cats won’t set a single paw inside :(
When my neighbour brought me an info leaflet about Cat's Best Nature Gold from a trade fair in spring, I got curious and immediately ordered a pack.
Luckily, I only filled one of the two litter boxes with it!
I liked it straight away: no dust, a wonderful wood scent, and it probably doesn’t spread across the floor as quickly either...
But my two little darlings only occasionally cast a very sceptical glance at the litter box, cautiously placed one paw inside, and quickly (uncertain?) withdrew again.
Such a shame :(
Maybe it’s too unfamiliar for indoor cats who don’t know nature (?)

More than five stars!
The litter is absolutely brilliant: extremely economical, no lung-damaging dust when scratching, naturally smells like wood, no chemicals, no disgusting perfume scents (baby powder scent is all the rage right now; but seriously: WHICH CAT WOULD WILLINGLY WANT SUCH NONSENSE?), and it can be completely disposed of in the toilet. My two Maine Coons love it! And so do I: no nasty fine dust in the flat, and no tiny crumbs either; the few pellets that get carried out are easy to spot on the floor due to their size and can be quickly picked up by hand.
And unlike all other eco-litters, it clumps absolutely brilliantly. I've tried many different litters; nothing else will ever come into my home again!
Tip:
You need a litter scoop with large gaps.

No other litter
Tried several cat litters over the past year. I'm very satisfied with this one! I have three furry friends and two litter boxes, which are cleaned twice a day. There's absolutely no cat smell in the flat, and it doesn't produce nearly as much dust as Cat's Best Öko Plus. Plus, it doesn't get scattered all over the flat. Sure, there are a few crumbs in front of the litter box that the cats track out, but otherwise, TOP.

Brilliant
I previously used Cats Best Öko Plus, which wasn’t bad either. However, it was very dusty, and the litter ended up scattered all over the flat. Then I tried Best Nature. I had to buy it elsewhere because it was out of stock in the shop. I was a bit worried that the cats wouldn’t use it because of the pellet structure. But all my worries were for nothing. They took to the litter really well, it clumps brilliantly and mostly stays in the tray. It’s not dusty at all. The whole family is thrilled. I’m definitely sticking with it.

tried them all.
I have tried every litter that's made, including one that changes color if your cat is ill. Very very expensive. I have 9 cats of my own, 2 of which are house cats, plus i foster mums and their kittens usually 5 or more at a time, one family after another. This is definitely the best. Its easy to remove and pop it straight down the toilet. The smell is absorbed pretty well too. I just wish that you would not run out without giving us warning, as you are one of the few sites that does this product.

Easily the best
I have two cats at the moment and have tried virtually every type of cat litter over 50 years of owning cats. This is without doubt the best I have ever known. I use an enclosed litter tray and have a litter trap at the entrance which minimises any tracking. There is no smell it clumps amazingly and the litter, if regularly attended to, I do it at least twice a day, never needs changing as the clumps are easily removed in a single scoop and work best if you have deep enough litter. The surrounding litter remains absolutely dry. My tray is 8 inches deep and I fill it with at least two to three inches deep of litter. The only thing I do from time to time is sieve out the powder that eventually forms and wash the tray returning the sieved granules back to the tray. This makes it incredibly economical in use despite its initial cost as there is no wastage other than the clumps which are thrown away as a near solid lump.
