The hayrack is perfect. I just moved the pre-drilled holes upwards, and now nothing hangs crooked anymore! Good workmanship and useful too.

Perfect!!!
A super beautiful hay rack at a fair price!
Many people here write that the rack hangs crooked, but I can't confirm that – it hangs perfectly straight. Maybe the hooks were screwed in the wrong place??? A little tip: DON'T screw the hooks into the crossbars, as the rack would obviously hang tilted forward! Instead, screw them in above or below the top crossbar. Then there's no reason to complain! ;-)

very unstable
I bought the hayrack for my two rabbits, Emma and Anton. First of all, there was a note attached to the seat board with adhesive tape, which damaged the roof when I tore it off. That annoyed me because it no longer looked nice. When I placed it in my rabbits' enclosure, they managed to completely tear off the roof in no time. Unfortunately, this damage couldn't be repaired either. Now I only use it as a hayrack. If I had known this beforehand, I would have chosen a cheaper version made of metal. Such a shame...

On the very first day, a hinge had already come off.
The hay rack is very pretty and practical in itself. One of my rabbits also likes to hop up and use the platform as a lookout.
However, here's the catch: on the very first day, one of the hinges connecting the lid to the base broke off because the lid is made of simple chipboard and doesn't seem to withstand even light use. Quite disappointing, really.

Unfortunately, already broken
My rabbits chewed through the hay rack in no time.
The bars fell out, making the hay rack unusable.
Such a shame, it was a lovely piece.

Only usable with rework
At first, I doubted my assembly skills. The rack hangs crooked, which makes it impossible to sit on it. We added a wide strip at the bottom to balance it out. Filling it is also a bit tricky if you attach it inside the cage (depending on the type of cage); it's probably more suitable for an open enclosure with space above.

For guinea pigs it's fine - but not for dwarf lop rabbits
The only thing to criticise is the size. This hay rack should be offered in different sizes. For guinea pigs, it's still OK, I think.

Interesting!
Very interesting hay rack. It can hold a lot of hay as it's nice and large. Unfortunately, it doesn't sit completely securely on the grid, so it hangs slightly tilted downwards. Such a shame, as my bunnies love sitting on it :) Nevertheless, this hay rack gets 5 stars!

not sturdy enough
Our rabbit managed to "redesign" the hayrack to suit her needs after just three weeks: she tore off two of the four bars, so now she can stick her head into the rack and effortlessly pull the hay onto the floor to her heart's content...

Superb observation tower
Offers a great view - but it's crooked - needs a bit of adjustment.

Everything's perfect!
I was also looking for a hay rack for the outdoor enclosure where the hay wouldn’t get wet. I think it’s great! The hinges are sturdy, and the hooks are as well. I’ll probably replace them at some point because they’re a bit too long. As a result, the rack tilts forward slightly, but not so much that it can’t be used. I’ve oiled the rack to make it a bit more rainproof. A good purchase for our guinea pigs!

Great for munching ;-)
As an outdoor keeper, I was looking for a hay rack where the hay wouldn’t get wet in the rain. I’m also aware of the risk of injury with uncovered racks when animals jump into them.
I can understand the criticism regarding the hinges and hooks. I replaced the hinge screws, and I didn’t need the hooks anyway since I firmly screwed the rack in place.
Unfortunately, the rack isn’t weatherproof, so I had to take care of that myself by painting it with toy varnish.
My rabbits absolutely love this rack – though not just for eating hay from it, but also for nibbling on the rack itself... Good thing I ordered a spare rack straight away; at this price, it’s definitely worth it. I’ll make sure to order another one next time so the bunnies can keep munching happily ;-)

Our Stella has a new spot for eating!
We bought the hay rack so that the hay wouldn’t always end up on the floor and maybe our two dwarf rabbits would sit on the perch. Unfortunately, the perch came loose after a week, so we removed it. But our little dwarf rabbit didn’t care at all, and now she sits in the hay rack every day. We placed a wooden bridge in front of the hay rack, and now Stella and Chef peacefully eat the hay from the rack together.

Poor workmanship
I’m a bit disappointed with this hay rack: the screws for the hinges don’t hold well because the pre-drilled holes are slightly too large; the hooks for attaching it to the cage are too big, so the rack tilts forward; one of the side braces is too short and poorly fixed. That said, I think the idea is great overall, as the hay is protected and my dwarf has a good vantage point. I’ll just make a few adjustments myself.

Great hayrack, brilliant!
Our 3 rabbits (and of course us too) are very happy with this new hay rack!
You can easily attach it somewhere else temporarily, as you just need to hook it on...
SUUUUUPER!!!!!
The price is great too!!!!

So far, quite good.
The hay rack arrived today... I have to say, really fast shipping... ordered on 9th April and shipped on 9th April... really good.
However, the hinges weren’t properly screwed in; when unpacking, the first one was already half off... we had to use a cordless drill to tighten the screws first, but now everything seems to be holding up.
I’m only getting my bunnies in a few weeks, so I can’t say yet whether they’ll like it or if everything will hold up... once the bunnies have tested it, I’ll post the results here.

Good idea, but absolutely shoddy workmanship!
I received the hay rack today, and just like others have mentioned, the hinges were only loosely screwed in, so the lid fell off as soon as I unpacked it. With a bit of DIY skill, you can assemble the hay rack properly. Hooks are included, which you screw into the wooden strip on the back panel. The hooks are then used to hang the hay rack on the cage bars. However, the hay rack ends up hanging crooked! So, you’ll need to attach a thicker wooden strip across the bottom yourself to make sure the thing hangs somewhat straight!

It's ok
I have two of these hay racks in the enclosure and I'm very satisfied. My guinea pigs took to the racks straight away, and they definitely look better than the metal ones. I've had bad experiences with those before, so I'm really happy to have finally found one that's both functional and pretty.

Cheap hinge dampens the joy
We ordered the hay rack for our little bunnies because it was the only one with a "lid".
However, we were very disappointed as the hinge for the lid/seating board fell off after opening it just three times!
I ended up fixing it myself using an extra piece of wood and better screws.
Other than that, the hay rack is good!
