Great for chinchillas
My little fluff tribe loves the hay rack; they jump on it and immediately started using it as a sitting perch.
All in all, it's a great thing—I prefer it over the metal ones, which have a high risk of injury.
Unfortunately, the hay rack has already been chewed up again :O) but no worries, I'll just order a new one.
It's also very popular with the guinea pigs. While they can't really do anything with the board on top, it does ensure that the little ones can't jump into the hay rack.
All four I've had so far were excellently made. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine.

Deficient
We and our rabbits are not satisfied with this hay rack. Some hay always ends up stuck in unreachable corners, and the rack itself is unstable. It doesn’t attach well and is designed too steeply, so the hay can even get into the rabbits’ eyes.

Actually, a great thing.
The idea is great. This way, the animals can't jump into the hayrack and injure themselves, and the hay stays clean.
But: Not suitable for outdoor use! It swells up immediately when exposed to moisture, and the hinges are so tiny, they can't withstand anything.
3 stars because the idea is good and it's fine for indoor use.

Exactly what I wanted.
My guinea pigs and I love this hay rack. They definitely can't sit on it, but it's still great because it's so practical.

Everything went smoothly.
My bunnies like the hay rack; they hardly nibble on it and use it for what it's meant for: emptying it and sitting on it! Great piece. A little touch-up is needed, though.

Not so popular with my rabbits
At first, I was totally thrilled with this hay rack because the rabbits can sit on top of it without dirtying the hay. However, as soon as I hang it in the cage, my rabbits tear it down and gnaw it to bits. It doesn’t take long before the bars start falling out... The hay doesn’t stay clean either, as my rabbits scratch everything out, so the hay ends up on the floor and gets dirty quickly. My rabbits seem to love tearing this hay rack down, gnawing it, and throwing it around the cage :(

Not very sturdy
The hayrack has now been completely dismantled into its individual parts—not by me, but by our rabbit.
She never sat on it; instead, she pulled the hay out through the roof, and the rack often ended up lying in the cage. Well, at some point, she started gnawing on the wood, so I had to remove the rack because nails and splinters were sticking out everywhere.
All in all, next time I’d prefer a hayrack made of metal.

"Absolutely adorable"
I think the hay rack itself is very good. Attaching it was a bit fiddly, but it was easy. My little ones literally loved it to bits. They completely chewed through all the bars. Now it’s only used as a seating area.

Good idea, mediocre workmanship.
The wooden hayrack is quite practical and less risky for the animals. The workmanship isn’t very good; you might need to make some adjustments.

Practical and beautiful
Instead of using the hooks that came with it (they don’t fit on the enclosure wall), I screwed in curtain hooks. With these, I hang the hay rack on the room divider. The rack is filled with fresh grass and immediately attracts my two dwarf rabbits (10 weeks old). We are very happy with the hay rack.

Well, could be better.
The workmanship is mediocre to poor, with nails sticking out. The edges are so sharp that you can hurt yourself on them, and you can also get splinters. I had to file down all the edges. And maybe a coat of paint would be a good idea – as delivered, these things are absolutely unsuitable for a guinea pig enclosure (sharp edges, not urine-resistant, etc.).
And the racks are crooked as well.
For the price, it's not entirely okay, but acceptable.

Hay rack doesn't deliver what it promises.
The hay rack itself is nice, but the attachment to the cage isn’t sufficient to support the rabbits climbing on top, as it’s too unstable for that. I expected more.

Hayrack
I’ve been using the hay rack for 2 months now; it’s hung up in the rabbit hutch. It’s absolutely their favourite lounging spot :-) for our two little ones. They even lie on top of each other, as long as the spot is occupied. The hay is pulled out from above (while they’re resting) and normally from below. My tip: The larger hay rack is perfect for two little ones.

Super
Super!! Finally, a hayrack where you don't have to worry about the little ones crawling in and breaking a leg.

Stable hayrack
My "three wild lads" (dwarf rabbits) still haven’t managed to take it apart, even after almost three weeks of use. Thanks to the lid, it’s clean and – if you twist the hooks over or under the bars – also a very sturdy hay rack.

Great piece of kit
Our rabbits have taken to the hay racks really well.
They also like sitting on them. They used to jump into the metal rack quite often. Now there’s no risk of injury anymore, and a new lookout spot has been created as well.
Delivery was super fast (only 1 day!)

Good for guinea pigs
I got the hayrack for my rescue guinea pigs, and it’s been well received.
It’s well-made and poses far fewer risks than a metal hayrack.

No problem at all...
Well, I also started by screwing the hooks into the visible holes, of course, it hung crooked... but after a small, insignificant adjustment to the hooks (just over the crossbar), everything looks pretty good now...
I ordered two straight away... so far, I'm thrilled!!

favourite new place to chill
This hay rack is perfect. I just screwed in the nails. Good quality and really useful.

Super piece
The two hay racks arrived today. As others have already mentioned, if you attach the hooks higher up, the hay rack hangs straight. I did have to tighten the hinges a bit because they were loose, but despite that, the rack is brilliant. I’ve ordered two more so that the guinea pigs have one on every level. I can only recommend them.
