I attached the hay rack to my rabbits' cage and noticed this evening that one of the hinges on the lid has broken off. I only received the rack yesterday evening, so it didn’t even last a full day. The workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. On the plus side, it’s practical that it’s completely enclosed, so no hay falls out. However, the bars are very close together, meaning the rabbits have to pull hard to get the hay out, which causes an incredible amount of noise as the rack bangs against the cage bars.

The hay rack is fine. I use it for my rabbits' enclosure, and it works really well there. However, I found it difficult to attach because there were only two hooks on the back. But the product itself is great!

I ordered this hay rack for my guinea pigs and rabbits, and I'm actually quite satisfied. The rabbits really like using the platform, and the guinea pigs love emptying the hay rack and spreading it around – though to be fair, they used to do the same with the old rack too ;-)

This thing is put together really flimsy, the bars are so close together that you constantly have to pull the hay out by hand, and the wood splinters if it gets damaged. I'm not impressed at all—there are definitely better ways to give your pet a lookout platform and stop them from sitting in the hay rack.
