I bought 12 pieces and am rather dissatisfied with the quality. The small screws don’t hold the lid in place. As a result, 5 lids were already off when I unpacked them. In the end, I removed all of them because adhesive residue is left behind when you take off the advertisement on top.
I coated the racks with epoxy resin and screwed them to the wall. Now they’re great! For the price, it’s okay.

Nice idea
Nice idea, but unfortunately, it seems the rack tastes better than the hay. It was dismantled in no time at all. Now we've switched to a metal rack, and hopefully, the lid that hasn’t been destroyed yet will serve its purpose here after a bit of tinkering.

The idea is great - but it's a bit too small for me.
I ordered the hay rack with a seating board a few weeks ago. Assembly is quite simple; it was meant to be installed in a small enclosure in the pen to provide the rabbits living there with hay.
The first issue is: the seating board is far too small for me. My rabbits can’t fit on it; it’s more suitable for baby rabbits.
The construction is sturdy and good, and my little ones love it, but the size is a significant downside.

Actually, a great thing.
The idea is great. This way, the animals can't jump into the hayrack and injure themselves, and the hay stays clean.
But: Not suitable for outdoor use! It swells up immediately when exposed to moisture, and the hinges are so tiny, they can't withstand anything.
3 stars because the idea is good and it's fine for indoor use.

Good idea, mediocre workmanship.
The wooden hayrack is quite practical and less risky for the animals. The workmanship isn’t very good; you might need to make some adjustments.

Only usable with rework
At first, I doubted my assembly skills. The rack hangs crooked, which makes it impossible to sit on it. We added a wide strip at the bottom to balance it out. Filling it is also a bit tricky if you attach it inside the cage (depending on the type of cage); it's probably more suitable for an open enclosure with space above.

not sturdy enough
Our rabbit managed to "redesign" the hayrack to suit her needs after just three weeks: she tore off two of the four bars, so now she can stick her head into the rack and effortlessly pull the hay onto the floor to her heart's content...

Poor workmanship
I’m a bit disappointed with this hay rack: the screws for the hinges don’t hold well because the pre-drilled holes are slightly too large; the hooks for attaching it to the cage are too big, so the rack tilts forward; one of the side braces is too short and poorly fixed. That said, I think the idea is great overall, as the hay is protected and my dwarf has a good vantage point. I’ll just make a few adjustments myself.

So far, quite good.
The hay rack arrived today... I have to say, really fast shipping... ordered on 9th April and shipped on 9th April... really good.
However, the hinges weren’t properly screwed in; when unpacking, the first one was already half off... we had to use a cordless drill to tighten the screws first, but now everything seems to be holding up.
I’m only getting my bunnies in a few weeks, so I can’t say yet whether they’ll like it or if everything will hold up... once the bunnies have tested it, I’ll post the results here.
