Too flimsy
My rabbits broke the lid off within a couple of days. It's not strong enough for purpose

Flimsy balsa wood
I bought one of these for my rabbits and they managed to destroy it in 2 days. The poles are flimsy balsa wood and they chewed on them while getting to the hay and they disintegrated.

Heurafe difficult to attach
The hay rack looks nice, but it can't be secured with the two hooks as it ends up hanging crookedly and no animal will sit on it. Additionally, it can't be attached to the cage because the long wooden beams get in the way of the bars and don't fit. I wouldn't buy it again and it's not recommendable!

Doesn't hang straight
I ordered the hay rack for my two rabbits to attach to the run's grid, but I can't make any use of it.
Since there are only two hooks included for hanging, the hay rack hangs crooked (tilting downwards), so no rabbit could sit on it as it would fall off. And when you put hay in, it leans so far forward that the hay almost falls out on its own.

Not recommended for nibble-happy rodents.
What I initially thought was good turned out to be a total flop.
My guinea pigs were able to jump from the house onto the hay rack and used it as a sitting platform. Unfortunately, the guinea pigs (two of them) liked the taste of the wood so much that they almost destroyed the hay rack within a week. Due to the poor workmanship with staples and nails, I had to remove the hay rack because the risk of injury was simply too high.
I'm glad I only used my loyalty points for the hay rack. If I had paid money for it, I would definitely ask for a refund.
If it were made of harder wood, a bit less steep, and without metal, this hay rack would be a good product.
But as it is now, unfortunately not.

Deficient
We and our rabbits are not satisfied with this hay rack. Some hay always ends up stuck in unreachable corners, and the rack itself is unstable. It doesn’t attach well and is designed too steeply, so the hay can even get into the rabbits’ eyes.

very unstable
I bought the hayrack for my two rabbits, Emma and Anton. First of all, there was a note attached to the seat board with adhesive tape, which damaged the roof when I tore it off. That annoyed me because it no longer looked nice. When I placed it in my rabbits' enclosure, they managed to completely tear off the roof in no time. Unfortunately, this damage couldn't be repaired either. Now I only use it as a hayrack. If I had known this beforehand, I would have chosen a cheaper version made of metal. Such a shame...

Good idea, but absolutely shoddy workmanship!
I received the hay rack today, and just like others have mentioned, the hinges were only loosely screwed in, so the lid fell off as soon as I unpacked it. With a bit of DIY skill, you can assemble the hay rack properly. Hooks are included, which you screw into the wooden strip on the back panel. The hooks are then used to hang the hay rack on the cage bars. However, the hay rack ends up hanging crooked! So, you’ll need to attach a thicker wooden strip across the bottom yourself to make sure the thing hangs somewhat straight!

Absolute rubbish!
When I unpacked the thing, I was already fuming. Plywood! Nails (or whatever you want to call them) sticking out. Conclusion = money down the drain!
