The best hayrack!!!
Hello,
Finally, I’ve found a hay rack that actually keeps the hay inside! I’ve tried so many before, and all of them let the hay fall out where it shouldn’t!!!! At last, I don’t have a mess on my floor anymore; it stays where it’s supposed to, and the two (dwarf rabbits) are thrilled with their new vantage point!!!!
THIS PRODUCT IS SIMPLY BRILLIANT, BOTH IN TERMS OF USABILITY AND CLEANLINESS!!!!!!

Super hayrack at a great price
I think the hayrack is really great. My bunnies usually use their hay more as a toilet... and with this model, no one can jump in from above either... really good.

Super hayrack!
I have three of these hay racks for my outdoor enclosures, they meet all expectations and are well-made. Big advantage: the hay doesn’t get wet straight away when it rains.

Well...
For rabbits, it seems to be quite useful. However, it’s not particularly suitable for an outdoor enclosure as it hasn’t been painted. Additionally, the hay rack wasn’t properly assembled; the hinges on the right side aren’t screwed in, and the screws are completely missing!!

Good idea, poor execution
I bought the hay rack for my guinea pigs. The workmanship of the hay rack is poor. Additionally, the wood is very thin, which means the lid can sit slightly raised due to its low weight and the hay underneath. If the hay rack is mounted higher on the wire cage, it hangs crooked because of the protruding hooks. The sitting platform cannot be used by the guinea pigs as the rack is too high, even when placed on the ground. Still, it's a good idea.

Best hayrack I know
I ordered two of these hay racks for my small animals straight away. One is in the guinea pig enclosure, the other in the rabbit pen. The rabbits jump on it a lot and sometimes sit on the platform for a while. However, the seating board is clearly too small for slightly larger rabbits. With the guinea pigs, I think it's great because they can no longer pull the rack down and the hay stays clean. The workmanship is simple, but nails, etc., didn’t stick out.

It works!!!
When I had the hay rack in my hand, the small hinge at the top immediately fell off (a pin is missing to hold it together), no problem though, the hardware store is just around the corner!!
Otherwise, I think the idea with the seating board isn’t a bad one, let’s see what my guinea pigs have to say about it.

Simply brilliant - My dwarf rabbit was instantly thrilled
I've had the hayrack for quite a while now. I have to say that with my unit, there were NO NAILS STICKING OUT or anything like that!!! My little one absolutely loves the hayrack and spends the whole day sitting on it. As often as she possibly can. I'm very, very satisfied. Definitely worth buying!

Once they're up, they're perfect.
Attaching the hay racks to the tightly meshed wire in the outdoor enclosure isn’t so straightforward, as the whole setup is too wobbly. The first bunny (and it wasn’t even the heaviest one) immediately toppled over along with the rack. After we used different, longer hooks and secured them properly to the racks, the three racks are now hanging securely and are being enthusiastically and frequently used by all 10 bunnies as vantage points and resting spots.
Thanks to the lids, the hay stays clean and dry.

Absolute rubbish!
When I unpacked the thing, I was already fuming. Plywood! Nails (or whatever you want to call them) sticking out. Conclusion = money down the drain!

One of the best hay racks ever...
I now have these hay racks for ALL of our guinea pigs... they're brilliant! All of them use them as a lookout terrace, and what's more, the guinea pigs CAN'T jump into the rack to nest in it or soil it with droppings or urine. The hay stays clean and dry!!
I can highly recommend these hay racks!

Beautiful, popular, but the workmanship isn't great.
Got a hayrack for our two dwarf rabbits, and it's really good... However, as some previous reviewers have already mentioned, the workmanship isn't the best. But it's very popular, and the two have to work harder to pull the hay out. That said, two of these hayracks work better for dwarf rabbits than just one.

Finally, the animals are kept busy.
Hello,
I really like the hay rack, especially because my six guinea pigs have to "work" to get their food. It keeps them occupied. Since the racks are closed, they can no longer be misused as a guinea pig toilet. I can recommend them without hesitation. The only suggestion for improvement: sturdier hinges would be great.

Wooden hayrack
Really great for guinea pigs. I left out the hooks and screwed the hay rack directly onto the wooden back wall of my DIY cage. Even though my guinea pigs get cosy hay in their sleeping corners, they prefer eating from the hay rack. They’ve probably realised it’s cleaner and tastes better too. I only had to lightly file down a few small splinters. Even the clumsiest DIYer should manage that. The price is absolutely fine for this.

SUPER
Finally, a hay rack that ticks all the boxes!
- Wood
- Seat board (no more risk of injury)
- Entertainment
- My guinea pigs can easily get the hay out
Since I got this hay rack, my guinea pigs are eating EVEN more hay ;-p

Quality?
The hayrack looks very promising in the picture... We have two of these hayracks, and neither of them is particularly well-made. For the price, it's OK. With a bit of DIY skill, you can attach new fittings and hinges, which makes the whole thing a bit sturdier.

Hayrack
Simply brilliant and pretty to boot. The problem of baby guinea pigs always sitting IN the usual hay racks is now a thing of the past, and the cage floor is no longer constantly covered in hay.

Wooden Hay Rack
The best hayrack for guinea pigs that I know of. I've tried many others before. My animals (adults, juveniles, babies) love eating from it. They can't make such a mess anymore because they can no longer climb into the hayrack. THEY CAN'T GET STUCK OR HANG THEMSELVES! They stay occupied for a long time because the hay doesn't fall out immediately. Finally, a hayrack where they can't injure themselves or get stuck. The material is absolutely fine, easy to hang up. And it's a great lookout spot. Perfect for guinea pigs, top-notch!

Well
The thing is completely flimsy and it already arrived broken. The hinges on the lid are absolutely useless. Had to fix it myself. And the hay is really hard to get out. My two rabbits have to tug at it quite a bit.
