The fishing rod is really good. One feather came loose and fell off after just 5 minutes of play, but otherwise, the rod holds up very well, and my little tomcat is absolutely loving it. :-) Let’s see what my other two cats think of the rod. ^^

I have been ordering this cat wand almost monthly for nearly two years because my cat was absolutely crazy about it. The durability wasn’t perfect, but I was still extremely satisfied—it was our favourite toy! Since my last purchase, however, the product has been changed and no longer flutters at all (!!). The attachment of the feathers has been altered, it feels stiff in the hand, doesn’t flutter AT ALL anymore, and just looks cheap now. SUCH A SHAME! I really, really hope the original product will be offered again very soon! I also don’t understand why it was changed, as the original product was simply brilliant...

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly since my last purchase. The rods come apart incredibly easily, and the band is only very lightly attached to the end of the rod. A slight tug is enough for it to come off. Completely unsuitable for active play. Previously, you could get the play wand from "Karlie" here, but now it's from "Zooplus." Unfortunately, not satisfied at all. Such a shame. :-(

My little one goes absolutely crazy for this toy, and thanks to the long rod, it's perfect for hunting and super lightweight! Unfortunately, the feather is only attached with tape, so it doesn’t last long :( A shame, but for this price, it’s alright.

I've tried quite a few toys, but this cat wand is by far the best toy so far... My kittens would love to play with it non-stop... With other toys, their interest fades quickly... One point deducted... The holder fell off already on the second use... It could be glued back on... But I think that shouldn't happen... My cats play very wildly with it. The manufacturer should be aware of this...

The little cat loves it; he almost goes crazy when I bring it out... he would chase it until he drops. Even my old cat has started chasing the prey again. But as already mentioned, the workmanship isn’t quite top-notch—the feather part fell off straight away but could be reattached. Also, the chain keeps winding itself into the feathers, so the whole thing has to be untangled first before it flies properly again.

This fishing rod was chased with great enthusiasm by both the cat and the tomcat... unfortunately, the feathers fell off after the very first play session.

Great toy to tire out the cats, and both have been enjoying it for a long time. Unfortunately, it only lasts about two weeks before completely falling apart... the craftsmanship could definitely be improved.

So far, this is the toy that gets chased after with the most energy. When it's caught, the other cat even gets growled at. Unfortunately, the feathers eventually come off (after a few intense weeks), but for the price, that's to be expected.

The idea of a lightly springy play wand seemed great to me... Unfortunately, the first feathers fell off after just 5 seconds, even though the cat had barely touched the toy. While holding it in my hand, the wand completely detached from the feathers. Such a shame. The workmanship leaves a lot to be desired, but I’ll try to fix it myself somehow.

Our two cats haven’t had this much fun with a toy in ages. Plus, it’s very durable. All the feathers are still intact despite their wild play. Brilliant product for us!

I unpacked our package together with my eldest daughter, and she immediately started playing with our cat using the fishing rod toy. I hadn’t even unpacked the next item when the rod was already broken, and my daughter was very upset.

My tomcat goes absolutely crazy for this cat wand. He literally pants after it and gets super excited whenever I take it out. It's a great way to tire out the little rascal ;-) However, the feathers come off very quickly. I've already tried sticking them together more securely with black tape before using it, but unfortunately, that doesn't help! So I end up having to gather the feathers and stick them back in.

The first hunting toy that my cat actually finds interesting. I had almost given up hope, but this wand has brought her to life :) Will definitely be repurchased if it breaks.

My tomcat loves the fishing rod, and I think it's great too. I also love that the handle is so long, just like the string. Next time, I'll definitely order the 3-pack straight away so we have a stock in case the feathers eventually come off. Brilliant, especially for the price. The tomcat says thank you!

The fishing rod isn’t exactly the most durable. Hence, one point deducted. However, my cats go absolutely wild when I bring it out. It’s their absolute favourite toy and a perfect prey imitation. So, I’ll definitely buy it again if one happens to get broken.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the fishing rod! My cat is completely obsessed with it. It gets a proper workout every day, and so far, not a single feather has fallen off! I’ve seen it differently before. Normally, with other rods (not from this shop!), the first feather is gone or completely shredded within seconds. But not with this one. Both thumbs up for the product!

The cat wand toy is absolutely brilliant!!! My tomcat is totally thrilled. By swinging it back and forth in the air, the bird spins around its own axis, triggering an intense hunting instinct. After playing, my little tiger is always so exhausted that he immediately lies down. The only downside: If the cat catches the bird in mid-air, it can sometimes come off. That's why I deducted one point. Otherwise: Highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately, the fishing rod broke within 2 minutes. After that, at least my cats still played with the feathers.

For the price, this is the best fishing rod you can get. I like to take it with me when I’m cat-sitting and there’s no toy available, as it’s cheap yet still good. The feathers mimic the sound of a bird in flight, and thanks to the flexible rod and stiff string, the cat gets really excited and chases the feathers with great enthusiasm. Yes, the feathers fall out quickly. But if you’re not too clueless and stick them back in with a bit of superglue, you’ll have a lot of fun with it. You can also, if the feathers are damaged, cut off the attachment and tie on a refill from a well-known English fishing rod toy manufacturer. I’ve done this with several rods already and still enjoy using them again and again.
