Cat was interested in toy but unfortunately after it being not used for a few months, and then use it again, they feathers were just breaking down when the cat would play with it... I saw black pieces suddenly hanging in his fur. Not great quality IMO; have another feather toy that has gone through way more and this never happened.

Best toy for high energy play
Both my 7-month-olds love this, and one ADORES it. It is the best way to work out his excess teenage energy, I just wish the feather end was sold separately. Each one lasts about two weeks — well worth repeat buying but the pile of disused plastic sticks is not environmentally friendly.

My kitten loves it!
I have a 15 week old BSH and she loves this toy, I would rate it as one of the best toys I have bought her! She goes absolutely nuts for it when I bring it out and is still intact! I really recommend this toy, not only because it is affordable, but my kitten loves it and allows her to keep active.

This has always been my cat’s favourite toy. The new design, with the clip-on feathers, couldn’t have had much testing because it just doesn’t work. Not only does it get tangled more easily, but the line also bunches up and becomes half the length. Please bring back the old design!

This is a very long, light feather toy made with a composite material that reminds me (frankly) of a car aerial – it's very flexible and easily manipulated. The boys love this new toy, even my timid shy boy is flying out of nowhere to join his brothers to play but damn that string! It’s so so annoying it keeps getting tangled and I have to sit straightening out whilst they impatiently wait to play 😭 will definitely have to look for an alternative of something similar as they love it so much!

I have bought this item for the last 8/9yrs. It is still the cats favourite toy, but their has been some changes, the feathers have got a little sparser,for some reason the string now seems to get more in a knot, so I’m constantly untangling it, this may have something to do with replacing the metal beading to plastic ( which is a good thing ) this means I have to keep buying new ones

This toy is the best thing I have ever bought my cats. It even taught my very shy, anxious cat how to play and enjoy herself! Both of my cats (one male, one female) will play with this thing for hours. The string gets tangled because it’s thin elastic, but we haven’t found it to be anything more than a slight nuisance.

To manafactures - Bring back old design
Please go back to the old design, yes it wasn't 100% Purfect, but it worked & it worked great. I was willing to keep buying when it broke because my cats loved it so much. This one is completely un-usable as it tangles all the time, every time!
No one else makes anything close to this.

It needs the original metal (or even plastic) beads, as it's this that allows the feather to spin in the air without tangling as soon as its waved in the air.

Disappointed with new design
Cat dangler toy has long been a favourite with all our cats. Hugely disappointed that re-design means that, after just a few seconds of play, the string becomes a tangled mess and you have to stop and disentangle it. Hoping the manufacturers will revert to original design with metal swivel as the new version is no use at all for our lively and impatient Bengal.

Used to be the best toy on the market, sadly not anymore.
I've used these fishing rods for years and they were always the toy that every cat I knew found interesting. I often gave them as gifts to new cat owners because I was so enthusiastic about them.
