My two tomcats love this play wand.

My cat goes absolutely crazy for it. I expected the wand to be better though. None of the three connections (I bought three of them) hold together without tape. What I also find disappointing is that you can't swap out the attachments.

Great toy. Unfortunately, after playing with it twice, a spring already came loose, so one point deducted. It's still usable though...

My two little girls (7 months old) absolutely love the fishing rod. It's the highlight of playtime. The movement is very close to the fluttering of a bird, and thanks to the chain link, the band doesn’t twist like it does with other rods. One thing to watch out for as a bird imitator is the stick. While playing, I once got a small plastic splinter in my finger, which I removed with a needle and tweezers. Still, I’m absolutely thrilled with the rod!

My tomcat doesn't play with anything else anymore! He even takes it out of his toy box himself and leaves it at our door 😂😂 Top!

I love giving these cat wands as gifts. I know four cats that absolutely adore them, and even a lazy cat gets excited with this wand. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to win over my own tomcat with it, but that’s just how they are... It’s a shame, but I still think they’re absolutely brilliant—you can hardly go wrong with them.

The wand is great, very flexible and long. The feathers are large and have a texture, which definitely encourages our cat to play. BUT the feathers are connected to the string via a metal chain. It often happened that during play, the metal was bitten. It definitely hurts. On top of that, the string is inflexible because it’s not an elastic cord, and injuries can also occur on the taut string. I replaced the string and metal chain with rubber and leather.

This fishing rod is THE highlight! When my little one can't be motivated to play at all, this rod gets her out of her shell. I even added a little bell so she can chase the rod by sound as well. As soon as the feathers are gone, I'll definitely be ordering it again 😊

I've been ordering this fishing rod for years... One of my cats is absolutely crazy about it. However, with my last order (3 pieces), all the feathers were poorly attached right from the start, so after just two short play sessions, all the feathers ended up loose on the floor. It would be great if this didn't happen anymore in the future and the feathers were properly glued into the holder again like they used to be.

My cats love it. It's perfect! The feathers fly like a bird with the extension rod. My cat (7) feels like a young kitten again, and my tomcat does too. Thanks to my Zooplus points, I discovered this toy. A must-buy for everyone who has cats!!! Perfect, thank you for this.

Barely unpacked, both cats were standing in front of me, and the chase was already on. And if it were up to my furry friends, apparently it would go on all day – even though one of them is usually hard to motivate and the other tends to lose interest quickly. Brilliant toy. I’m a bit worried that the connecting piece might give out at some point, but so far it’s holding up.

You can move this wand in such a way that the feathers spin, and my two tomcats go absolutely crazy for it. The 9-year-old gentlemen can be quite hard to motivate to play at times. The laser pointer gets boring after just 2 minutes. But with this wand, we're having real fun again!

My cat's favourite toy. Normally, she loses interest very quickly. She's been playing with the Bird Cat Wand for 3 months now. The quality is good too. Nothing lasts forever. Definitely recommend.

Our tomcat is absolutely crazy about the wand toy! However, after just 5 minutes of playing, one feather had already come off, and it probably won’t be long before it’s completely ruined. The price is, of course, absolutely fine, but it’s a shame that it’s not very durable. That said, our tomcat is still very young and quite boisterous when it comes to his toys.

... The rod breaks after just a few uses. Feathers come loose from the ball chain. Unfortunately, the rod has to be reordered weekly :(

My tomcat really enjoyed playing with the fishing rod, but after just two attacks, the first feathers had already come off. Later, the feather attachment completely broke and, unfortunately, can't be repaired anymore.

Our cat absolutely loves this toy! However, we never let her play with it unsupervised because of the long string and rod on the fishing pole. Unfortunately, the other day, while I was present, she grabbed the toy from the scratching post and dragged it into her hiding spot (which she loves to do). In no time at all, she bit through the string and swallowed at least 70cm of it. We rushed to the vet immediately, where she vomited the string back up. Be careful—never leave your cat unattended with this toy!

Great fishing rod toy that instantly got our cats super excited to play. However, after two weeks of daily play (around 10 minutes each time), there were hardly any feathers left, and we had to look for alternatives.
