Perfect for long-haired cats
Finally, no more litter scattered around the flat. I've tried so many different options, including a good fine-grained wood litter, but it tends to stick with long-haired cats. Smart Pellets are well accepted by all three of my cats, the clumps hold together nicely, and it has a pleasant wood scent rather than the typical cat litter smell. We're convinced!

Clumps well - no smell - perfect for long-haired cats
Top litter!! Environmentally friendly, no chemicals, and long-haired cats with fur on their paws don’t carry it all over the flat (only very few whole pellets). I used to have grains from other fine clumping litters scattered everywhere. The pellets are the perfect solution for that.
The litter tray doesn’t smell because the wood breaks down when the cat urinates and immediately binds the urine into a clump that can be easily removed. Faeces dry quickly thanks to the wood pellets and no longer smell afterwards.

Good clumping litter
I am very satisfied with the 'smart pellets litter'. After a long search and testing, I finally found a litter that my cat (European Shorthair) doesn’t spread all over the flat. Combined with a hop-in litter box, there are only a few pellets in front of the box. I think it clumps well and binds odours effectively.
Disadvantage for me: Compared to the clumping litter I used for a longer time before, this one is unfortunately significantly more expensive to use, as there is more waste during cleaning.

Mixed review
So I switched from the cats best original as the tracking was becoming awful. This does track less however it doesn't last as long. I have to buy a fresh pack every month whereas the original would be every 2-3 months for the same size bag. It is more expensive too so it has its good and bad points but it does track less than the original which is what I wanted.

No more crumbs
The litter forms easily removable clumps and doesn’t stick to the paws. The smell is pleasantly natural.
However, my cat doesn’t scratch in this litter at all anymore, which has its pros and cons (odour). Though, she often didn’t do that with other litter either.

For long-haired cats, unfortunately, the best.
I've been buying these Cats Best pellets for a year now, and I feel like the quality has gone downhill. The pellets are getting shorter and dustier. Unfortunately, my Persian-British Shorthair mix gets on best with these pellets, as other types of litter either stick between his paws or get caught in his fur. Sneezing has now become a regular part of every visit to the cat litter box...

Unfortunately, a bad purchase!
The pellets hardly clump, or clump insufficiently, making it difficult to clean out the litter tray even with a large-holed scoop (a significant amount of "clean" pellets ends up in the bin). What’s left is a litter tray that looks untidy, as the clumps break apart easily. The only advantage compared to the regular Cats Best litter is that the litter no longer gets scattered all over the house.

It's alright...
Pro: Hardly smells, can go in the organic waste bin, scatters a bit less (still need to sweep daily).
Con: The pellets are too large for most scoops, so a lot gets thrown away.
The litter clumps very poorly, and after a short time, there are so many small clumps in the litter that you can't sift them out (see above), meaning you have to replace it entirely.
After about 2 months of testing during which we used 3 bags, we're going back to regular clumping litter.

Cats Best Smart Pellets
Perfect for long-haired cats. Clumps can be disposed of in the toilet after a short settling time. Odour-binding and doesn’t get spread around the house. For us, the best cat litter.

For me, the best
I can't understand the negative reviews. My Maine Coon is completely satisfied with the litter; it doesn't create dust, clumps well, and, most importantly, doesn't get spread all over the flat. I just find the price a bit too high.

Not good anymore!!!
For several years, I’ve been buying this litter, but I’ve noticed that the pellets are getting smaller and finer. When cleaning, it leaves a sticky residue on the bottom of the litter box. I wonder if this is really all-natural, and what about the glues and binding agents in it that make the litter clump—are they natural too??? For me, this cat litter is a thing of the past. I now use PeeWee Wood Pellets. You do need more of them, and they don’t clump, but they’re nice pellets and don’t leave any sticky mess.

Smart Pellets
I’ve been buying this litter for 4 years. However, for quite some time now, the quality has left a lot to be desired. The litter is now a mix between the Smart and Universal litter from this brand. It sticks to the paws and ends up all over the flat.

Good
My personal experience: I used to have litter spread all over the flat – on the sofa, in the kitchen, and even in the bedroom!
Since I started using this product, the litter is only in the bathroom now!
I’m not getting paid or anything for my review; I’m just a satisfied customer and want to help you too 😅
Give it a try – you’ll be convinced as well!

Less mess next to the litter tray
I previously used the regular Cats Best and always had a lot of litter scattered in front of the cat litter box. That’s no longer the case with the pellets. There’s much less litter in front of the box, and it clumps just as well. I can only recommend it.

For us, the best
I've tried many products. Ever since my first purchase of Cat's Best Pellets, nothing else goes into the litter boxes of my two furry madams. It ticks all the boxes it’s supposed to: it’s plant-based, it clumps well (after about 10 minutes, you can scoop out the pee clumps quite easily in one piece), it binds odours, and it doesn’t get tracked around the flat. Cassy🐈 and Zoey🐈 especially love it!!!

Dusts excessively and the cat got sick.
The litter is extremely dusty; I had to cough every time I cleaned the cat litter box, and one of my tomcats developed coughing and shortness of breath because of it. You’d normally assume that pellets wouldn’t cause much dust, but it’s the opposite: an extreme amount of dust.

Fantastic litter
I have a Maine Coon plus 2 other long haired cats and 5 short haired cats and this litter is fab. Doesn't stick to my long hairs, doesn't smell and has been in the tray for 4 weeks. Doesn't track which is why after trying 5 different litters recently this is now my go too. Only downside is it's expensive but you get what you pay for.

Best litter ever 🥰
I have two British Shorthairs, and the cat litter used to be scattered all over the flat. Ever since I started using this litter, that’s no longer an issue. It’s a bit more expensive, but the investment is definitely worth it.

Low tracking
This is the best cat litter I know, and I've tried loads over the last 20 years. It's a bit heavy but this means the litter stays in the tray. We have an open litter box and almost no litter comes out. This litter also does not stick to my long haired cat's fur. Overall very happy, excellent product. Regarding the clumping, I wait a bit for it to dry, then it clumps OK. Use a scoop with big holes so the unused pellets can fall through. Lasts weeks.

It does neutralise odours, but it shouldn't be labelled as clumping litter!
We wanted to switch to a natural litter after using Biokats Diamond for so long, as the fine grains of Biokats meant we had to sweep twice a day. The pellets seemed like a good solution for this.
However, it turned out that the clumps immediately fall apart, leaving you with the tedious task of sorting out small, crumbled clumps from the litter box. This is definitely not what I had in mind.
As a result, after using the pellets for just three days, I’ve now ordered a different natural litter.
