Tastes good, spoils relatively quickly.
The salmon cream really needs to be stored consistently in the fridge. On longer trips, there’s a risk that the cream will spoil if it’s not kept chilled.

Very tasty
The salmon cream was a big hit. I use it for anti-anxiety training for noise phobia.
