Product description

Made from 100% pure beef liver, with no additives, these are a real delicacy among dog treats. They are freeze-dried; taste great and ideal when training. Recommended by dog trainers.
Delicious thrive ProReward Liver dog treats are made using only the finest beef liver which is carefully freeze-dried to retain the nutrients and this also enhances the flavour, making them a very tasty treat. Your dog will love the great taste of these liver dog treats which are perfect when training your dog. But even if you are not training your dog, they make delicious little snacks.

Only 100% delicious liver is used for these treats. The freeze-dried rewards are made with the highest quality liver and are completely free of additives, preservative and colour. Freeze-drying is a very gentle method of food preparation. The nutrient and mineral rich little cubes of pure liver also have a delicious, concentrated liver flavour and aroma. Your dog will adore these appetising little treats!

thrive ProReward liver dog treats come in a practical, re-sealable tin. The small cubes are easy to carry around and can be cut into smaller pieces for use when training. Please check the exact feeding recommendations in the table below. ProReward is highly nutritious and should be fed carefully.

Important information: Liver snacks and offal in general should not be given to Dalmatians, as these snacks have a high purine content and Dalmatians need a diet with a low purine content, to prevent the formation of uric acid stones.

Please note: dog bones, treats and snacks are available in a range of types and sizes so make sure to choose one that is the appropriate size and shape for your pet. For their safety, please supervise your pets when they are enjoying a treat or bone.

Great topper for cats

I use these crumbled up as a topper for my cat. When she doesn’t have much of an appetite or is being introduced to a new food this is perfect!

Excellent natural treats

We have a German Shepherd that really is food driven. I got these treats with my reward vouchers and I'm so glad I did. Wasn't sure how much a 60g bag would give me, but there is a lot in the tub. It's 100% dehydrated liver cubes. Nero wasn't too bothered when I got them out, he sniffed them and walked away. I put one on his mouth and he then ran back to me, sat and wanted more. He loves them and will definitely be getting them again.

tiny pieces - not good value

having given liver pieces as rewards for a few years - i've struggled recently to find any. how disappointing that this tub contains tiny pieces - some really more like crumbs. sorry but this really isn't good value

Excellent!

Our RR male loves it. He's a bit picky and doesn't want tripe, bully sticks, ears, etc. The snack smells quite appetising, like liver – naturally, as it's 100% liver. Top quality. What I find very unfortunate is that the snack is no longer part of the bonus programme.

Amazing treats

I first bough these because they are my vet's treats of choice. They are 100% natural and while my dog loves all treats, I have noticed that these do not dehydrate him nearly as much as some of the other brands. My only wish is that these came in the larger containers that the vet gets ...

Not recommended

Our dog is an indiscriminate eater, but with this product, he just "wrinkled" his nose and turned away, almost disgusted. We've never experienced this kind of rejection towards a treat before, which prompted us to write this review.

Recall works with these

My young dogs love these treats. They are small and don't crumble too much so I can keep them in my dog walking bag. Another good thing about them is that they don't make my hands smell.

A real treat for dogs

These are a real treat for my dog as well as the Kind and Gentle chicken treats also in the Thrive range. When I want bribery or bait to work then these treats are my first choice.

Very popular

It's extremely popular. We use it as a "super treat," meaning a special reward when the dog has done something really great. You shouldn't feed liver too often, so these treats can't be used for clicker training or similar, even though their size would be perfect for it.

Great Snack

The snack is really good and the ingredients list is also great. Only liver, nothing else. I can recommend them, even if the snack a little more expensive.

My puppy is thrilled. He seems to really like it. And I’m glad there are no unnecessary additives in it. Brilliant.

Great snack

The snack is really well received, and the list of ingredients is great too. Just liver, nothing else. I can only recommend it, even though the snack is a bit pricey. So it's just a treat for special occasions.
