Good height to encourage 2 active cats to climb and stretch. However within 3 months the fabric at the top has completely come away and has left the insides exposed. Get what you pay for I guess

This was bought to replace the exact same thing that my cat had for a few years and had stripped the string off it, my cat loved it and was using it all the time. This replacement one is not up to the standard of that old one and the top section has broken with the cardboard top coming off and the stitching of the material and the material itself coming apart (it looks like this material is a lot thinner that what used to be used).

Not up to the rigours of an 8 month old Maine Coon kitten, She has shredded the top fabric off, exposing cheap looking card. We have only had it less than four weeks. She has enjoyed scampering up like she is on a tree, perhaps would have been better to have rope going all the way up.

Had it 2 weeks and the base has split resulting in the post being to wobbly and dangerous

Am now on my third post started buying them in October 2018 then July 2019 last one purchased February 2020...the string is hanging off...cats claws become entangled..if only they sold spare parts...I only need the string part

When I purchased this was looking forward to it last, but yet again, has shredded and unravelled very quickly, such a shame you cannot buy replacement parts, everything else is fine...

Only had this a short time and the top where the cats sit has collapsed so they can no longer sit there.

The upright piece came in three parts and one would not screw on. Had to screw the rope one directly to the base in the end.

Arrived last Monday pm, put it together looked fine. Next morning stitching on the top had unravelled leaving a big hole. I know it's a scratch post but had expected it to last more than 24hrs! Zooplus responded quickly to my email, issue has been resolved.

I purchased one of these some time ago and using the re-order process purchased another. The second item is of a far lower quality to the original and has not lasted, already the rope is falling off

Didn't last, don't waste your money .

Not worth the money - previous one lasted years, this one only three months. Come down this morning to sisal hanging off and fluff all over. Time for a new one!

I brought this 6 months ago for my 3 siamese cats. They love stretching out on this post but the quality is poor. The sisal rope has come off and I am in the market for a new scratching post. I will not be buying this product again.

I bought one for my large Maine Coons a while ago and was amazing after moving into a larger place thought to get another one but wish I hadnt bothered, my girl loves climbing the old one but the new one is about 2 inches smaller in width and again in height not impressed at all, instead of making it smaller I would have preferred them to have put the price up! As was an excellent product my cats took to the old one straight away even with catnip but think they loved the size amazing how 2 inches makes a difference to a cat
