Not for wild tigers!
My tomcat had a lot of fun and joy with the play wand, but unfortunately, it only lasted three days before the feathers were scattered all over the flat. Sadly, the feathers aren't attached well enough.
We've now attached a different toy, which serves its purpose too, but he definitely had much more fun with the feathers!

Our two love the fishing rod...
What haven’t we tried when it comes to cat toys?
The reactions of our two Norwegian Forest Cats have ranged from complete indifference to moderate enthusiasm, and occasionally, temporary excitement.
Then this cat wand entered our household, and since then, I’ve realised that even cats can be junkies *g*. Our furry little bottoms are literally addicted to this wand. If I didn’t put it away from time to time, they’d play with it until they dropped.
The only downside: I ordered the 3-pack, and the first wand broke in less than two weeks.

Only glued together and that's why it's already broken.
The adhesive strip doesn’t last long. The feathers are sturdy and very good, but they’re not properly attached. That’s really disappointing... the cats had so much fun with it.

My kitty's favourite toy!
He goes absolutely crazy for this toy. I think it's because it feels and looks so realistic. It's also well-balanced in the air, so it glides beautifully through the air.
The only downside: it broke very quickly. I patched it up, but a week later it was completely broken.
But since my little cat has had so many toys and this is still his favourite, I've ordered three more. :-)

Simply Brilliant
My cats love this toy and even look for it when I’ve put it away. Especially my lazy tomcat gets really excited and makes sounds I’ve never heard from him before. Unfortunately, it broke after a very short time, though my tomcat isn’t exactly gentle with it. But the fun is definitely worth the money. I’ll definitely be ordering more soon.

Despite limited durability, brilliant!
Unfortunately, the "bird" does get plucked very quickly, but you can put it back together again...
Still, it's the best cat toy I've ever bought!
Even my somewhat lazy and picky tomcat turns into a wild hunter and just can't get enough of it, carrying his prey around the entire flat after catching it!

Great toy, but it doesn't last long!
My Maine Coons love this feather wand. They chase after it like crazy. Unfortunately, it’s over very quickly because all the feathers fall out. Poor workmanship. Such a shame!

Tip
If you don’t want to keep buying new ones all the time... then get yourself some super glue.
I think everyone has a bit of DIY skill ;)
Have fun with the fishing rod... mine has lasted a whole month now xD

popular toy
My two young cats are crazy about this thing. I also find it practical because you can read something on the side while the little tigers are still having fun. Of course, it’s not built to last forever: the feathers already look pretty battered after three weeks, but you can easily attach something else when they come off.
The only downside: the small plastic cap at the end of the stick fell off after just a few days, and the cat almost swallowed the tiny piece.

My tomcat loves them
So far, no fishing rod has excited my cat as much as this one. At first, I thought he would tear it apart straight away, but it’s holding up really well. I hope it survives a few more of his attacks. My cat and I are thrilled :).

Great toy
I've tried many cat wands, but this one is by far the best. My two tigers absolutely "go wild" for it, as the feathers make noises when you move them back and forth.
The only downside is that the feathers get pulled out of their holder very quickly during play. Since all the feathers are still intact, I pulled them out completely and glued them back into the holder with super glue. Let it dry and air out for a day, and the fun can continue...

Wonderful - but breaks too quickly
Our tomcat looooves this wand toy, he’s crazy about it – and finally gets moving. But it was already ruined on the first day: first, the attachment completely tore off. We fixed and tied it back together ourselves, but by the end of the first day, the feathers were plucked out and chewed up – probably not very healthy either...

Best cat wand so far!
We bought the 3-set straight away, and our cats are absolutely crazy about this wand toy! Even our slightly lazier cat gets her exercise with this wand! Unfortunately, we always have to lock the other cats out and play with them one at a time because none of our cats wants to share the prey ;0) We find the durability quite OK, all the feathers are still intact. For the price, you really can't complain. This wand "flies" much more easily and with greater range compared to other wands, which makes it extremely exciting for the cats and less tiring for the owner ;0)

Unfortunately, only a short but great pleasure.
The fishing rod was a big hit with my two kittens, but unfortunately, the fun didn’t last long—it broke far too quickly. :-(

3-pack broken and in the bin within a week
I ordered a pack of three straight away for our tomcat, hoping to be set for a few weeks. Unfortunately, the play wands are so poorly made that they didn’t even last a whole week. Loose feathers were lying around everywhere, or even the entire tuft, as it had torn off from the holder/needle.

I would never have thought.
I'm really pleasantly surprised at how well this bird wand toy goes down with my cats. My two Persians are like completely different cats and are already waiting for me in the morning so I can play with them.
I can definitely recommend it, though they don't last very long. So it's better to stock up...

Favourite toy
For the fun factor, my two Birmans give it 5 stars – they go absolutely wild. Out of all their toys (and they have quite a few), the cat wand is the absolute favourite. However, I’m deducting 1 star for durability, as the cat wand gets worn out very quickly. Of course, my cats aren’t exactly gentle with it either. Sometimes you can reattach the feathers with a hot glue gun to extend its lifespan a bit. I ordered two sets of three straight away so I’d have some spares, as I find the price reasonable and the fun is definitely worth it to me.

Crazy...
The fishing rod is a hit... from now on, I've got a clingy cat.... :)
Perfect for lazy owners and hardworking cats... :)

Super item...
... when I unpacked the fishing rod and the little rascal caught a whiff of the feathers, he couldn’t leave it alone. He’s a typical Brit. But with the rod, he practically begs for more playtime!! I didn’t recognise him when he wanted to run off with his "prey" and even hissed at his sister... But she’s just as crazy about it... it’s absolutely wonderful to watch their joy and bursts of energy.
Unfortunately, the feathers come out quickly for me too. Then I just stuff them back in (it works) and the hunt continues... I wouldn’t want to be without it anymore...
