This fishing rod has always been Fledi's favourite toy. Now I've bought three more in total, and all of them have a faulty connector piece. Instead of being made from a rubber-like material as before, which securely enclosed the rod, it's now made of hard plastic. The upper rod only goes in about 1.5 cm, wobbles, and falls out very quickly during play. You could glue it in place, but then you'd have trouble storing the long rod.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with this cat wand. Fair enough, given the price, you can’t expect too much. However, it’s concerning that after just one minute of playing with the wand, the plastic piece at the front fell off, the string snapped, and my cat is actually quite small. Such a shame, only one star.

Finally, a toy that keeps my two cats interested for more than just 2 days. They absolutely love it!

Our cats love this wand!

The cat wand imitates a flying bird. Our Maine Coon tomcat loves this wand. Of course, with such a large cat, it’s not built to last forever, but the 3-pack lasts quite a while and is a real bargain at this price. Our second tomcat shows zero interest in it, but he doesn’t have any hunting instinct anyway. Cats that enjoy watching birds will love it.

Karlie is absolutely crazy about the fishing rod. Of course, the lifespan isn’t very long. But at this price, it doesn’t hurt. I always order several as a backup, and Karlie is happy.

My kitty loves it, but unfortunately, it broke after just one day. The chain snapped.

My cats go crazy for this toy wand; everything else becomes completely uninteresting. Unfortunately, the string is very thin and gets chewed through very quickly by bite-happy pets (choking hazard!!!). Once the string is destroyed, you can only buy a new wand, as the string (unlike the attachment) is not replaceable. Sadly, it's absolutely not a sustainable or durable product. Great fun to play with, but unfortunately, the quality is dreadful.

Both tomcats go absolutely crazy when I bring out this wand. It also lasts quite a while (not a given with 6-kilo tomcats :-)). I'm very satisfied.

My tomcat got this as a gift from his cat sitter. Since then, we’ve hardly had a quiet moment anymore. He’s constantly lying next to it... it’s got to keep going!!! For us, it’s a fantastic product – we’ve already ordered more.

I really didn’t think much when I ordered this toy, but when I unpacked it, wow! Since my kitten gets a different toy every day, it was time for the feather. AMAZING!!! We played with it for over an hour. I can only recommend it to everyone.

After a week, all the feathers were gone...

Cats LOVE this wand! All the attachments broke at the METAL BALLS – they are EXTREMELY poor quality! But: I just tie other toys to it – like the ones from the Christmas box inserts.

My cat is usually quite lazy when it comes to playing, but this wand keeps her entertained for hours. Its movement behaviour is just like a bird.

My indoor cat loves the cat wand, though I suspect it might break soon with the way he plays with it.

Great entertainment. My wife Mietzemau loves chasing after the little bird and catching it. This can easily mean an hour of continuous play. I’ll definitely buy it again.

Overall, a nice fishing rod, especially for this price... but the plastic string curls up so much that playing with it just doesn’t make sense. Also, the attachment tore quickly, shortening it as a result. Such a shame. I attached the feathers to another rod, and the cats absolutely love it. With a different string and chain, this rod would be perfect.
