Best litter
Doesn't smell, clumps well, and when the cat leaves, very little gets scattered due to the size of the pellets. Been happy with it for a long time.

The quality has gotten so bad! !!!
The quality has become so bad that you have to start looking for alternatives. Dust and sawdust.
Simply too expensive... if the pellets don’t stay intact.
Zooplus, please get in touch with the manufacturer! Urgently!!!!

Unfortunately, it has gotten much worse.
I gave this product a five-star review back in July. However, I now have to retract that rating after using the latest batch I received. Back then, the quality was noticeably better…
When I switched to this litter, I mixed the last half bag of fine litter from the same brand with the pellets from Gold Cat Litter. That’s exactly what the 20-litre Nature Gold bags look like now—a mix with a lot of fine crumbs and even more dust, with fewer pellets. The question is whether the company is cutting costs here, whether it’s due to the larger economy packs and they’re putting the higher-quality litter into the more expensive smaller packs, or whether it’s genuinely a mix of fine and coarse material (which would be outrageous). The last bag was almost half (!) filled with fine material and, above all, dust, and no one can convince me that such a massive drop in quality is due to the natural product itself. Variations are normal, but in my opinion, this goes far beyond that.
On top of that, the litter clumps much worse, binds odours less effectively, and now spreads wonderfully from the basement to the ground floor of our house. My Maine Coons have it on their paws, belly, tail… and when pouring it, you get a coughing fit and sneezing attacks due to the massive dust cloud. In the litter box, there’s a clearly visible amount of dust (it looks like sawdust). This wasn’t the case back in July… From my perspective, this once-great litter is no longer worth the money in its current composition. I’ll order it one more time soon, and if the quality is still this bad, I’ll assume the manufacturer has “adjusted” the product and will switch to another brand (I’m already testing alternatives, just to be safe…).
So, a request to the manufacturer: This litter used to be fantastic—please make it like it was before, because what’s in the bag now is nowhere near the tried-and-tested quality we’ve come to know.

Super clean, super practical
For me, this is absolutely the best cat litter for my two Ragdoll kittens. I've tried quite a few by now, but I haven't been as satisfied with any of them as I am with this one. It clumps well, so you can easily remove the clumps and have a clean litter tray again. Plus, disposing of it via the toilet is super convenient. Since the litter is a bit coarser, it doesn't stick to the kittens' paws as easily and therefore doesn't get tracked all over the house. Brilliant!

Clumps poorly, doesn't trap odours
The litter clumps extremely poorly, which is due to its coarse texture. The odour control is also virtually non-existent. When we got a third cat, we had to switch back to conventional litter because our new addition refused to use it (too uncomfortable under their paws). Our two Norwegian Forest Cats were apparently much more tolerant all along. We've now switched to BioCat's Diamond Care Fresh. This is much better received and clumps better too.

Really good once you get used to it. At first, everything's a bit more challenging, but it's worth it.
I currently find this litter to be the best. I've already tried so many different types—from silica litter to others. They all produce dust, some more than others. The odour control is fine with most types, though unfortunately not all. But what annoyed me the most was that all kinds of cat litter ended up scattered throughout the entire house—on three floors, whether on the sofa or in bed, etc. Some types also stick terribly to the paws.
I tried this litter with my first litter of kittens because I didn’t want that mess in the living room. All I can say is: "Super!" The adult cats found it awful at first. You know what they say: "What the farmer doesn’t know..."
Anyway, I’m only giving the product 4 stars because I find it very expensive and because there aren’t any large 40-litre bags available. A tip for anyone who wants to try it: having the right scoop for this product is really helpful. Now my new kittens can grow :-) Oh, and just quickly, I don’t have a long-haired cat. Best regards!

I hope the quality improves quickly!!
At first, I was totally thrilled with the litter. The smell is great, and there wasn’t much scattered around the flat! But now I’m just disappointed – there’s more fine litter in the bag than pellets. If this doesn’t improve soon, I’ll have to look for a new one!!
Please sort this out quickly!!!

Crumbs and dust - poor quality
Beach effect similar to CBÖP. In between, there are pellets, but they are in the minority. Pictures and description are misleading. It’s mostly crumbs and hardly any pellets! Won’t be buying again. CBÖP also won’t be purchased due to the extreme beach effect.

The best
Clean, easy to dispose of, and loved by our cats. By far the best cat litter out of the many we've tried.

I like it
I have 2 cats and 2 litter boxes.
I used to use ordinary plant based non-clumping. This has improved the smell from the old cat so much, and it clumps brilliantly even though I used up some non clumping litter in the same box. So it is turning out very economically as I don't have so much litter to throw away.
It doesn't work quite so well for the kitten. It is fine if I keep checking it, but if the clumps are left to dry they will powder. The other thing is that she likes to play with the pellets!

Perfect!
For us, this is absolutely the best cat litter. We have two Coonies, and our previous natural litter used to spread beautifully and artistically all over the fur and the apartment, even though the litter boxes are in the basement…
This problem is now a thing of the past. This litter lasts a really long time, binds odours excellently, clumps perfectly, and is easy to handle with only minimal dust formation. Plus, naturalness is an important topic for me. The prerequisites are litter boxes with high edges and a decent scoop (also ordered here) with slightly larger holes; then even people who are all thumbs won’t have any trouble with it.
I must admit, in the holiday rush, I forgot to completely change the litter (normally once a month)… and so it stayed in the boxes for two months. And it still smelled woody and forest-like, even though our cat sitter had only topped it up. He has now switched to this product as well. For us, nothing else will do anymore.

Special offer 2x20L, quality currently abysmal
I used to really like this litter, but since the manufacturer started filling the 20-litre economy packs with fewer pellets and instead more litter crumbs and a lot of dust, I’ve been very dissatisfied with the quality.
If the quality doesn’t improve, I’ll be looking for an alternative. Such a shame!

So far, quite good.
I'm quite satisfied with the litter so far... The flat stays clean, just like my cats :) At most, the pellets are only scattered around the cat litter box... So far, top-notch!

Back
After the quality of the silica litter has been steadily declining and now lasts just 1–1½ weeks for one cat – compared to 3–4 weeks in the past! – and odour control is no longer really effective, I’ve gone back to Cat's Best Nature Gold, which I used years ago with my previous cats. Thanks to the larger pellets in Nature Gold, the litter only scatters around the toilet area and not all over the flat.

Perfect
This cat litter is brilliant! The other plant-based cat litter types I tried completely messed up my flat because they stuck to the paws and fur. I ended up with pellets scattered all over the place. That’s not the case with this cat litter. It’s rare that I find one somewhere in the flat. On top of that, out of all the cat litter types I’ve used so far, this one smells the least. My flat no longer has that unpleasant cat litter box smell. That’s why it gets 5 stars from me ;-)

not convincing
After switching from silica litter to Cat's Best, but getting annoyed by all the mess it caused, I decided to try Cat's Best Nature Gold. Unfortunately, the coarse granules stick to the paws just as much as the smaller ones, it doesn’t clump very well, and if you try to dispose of the supposed clump from the litter box too quickly before it’s fully absorbed, it falls apart into several small chunks that are almost impossible to sort out of the box. The odour control is – as with the regular Cat's Best – very good. However, it didn’t convince me.

Best ever!
We have tried a lot of different brands but this one is the best! We use it now for the last 4.5 years and I would not change it. It works well with our 2 cats 1 short hair & 1 long hair. It has very little to none tracking, clumps well the key is do not scoop wee right away but wait a little. You can flush it down the toilet so no stinky poo in the bin. :-) it's economical, ecological, and no dust at all - great for our cats and us. Our cats used to be covered in the dust & sneezed a lot with other types of litter but not with this one. It's a winner for us!

Cat's Best really is the best.
Looking for a flushable and compostable cat litter and reading the good reviews decided to try Cat's Best Öko Plus. The only disappointment was the tracking, especially as it stuck on the furry paws and tail of the long haired cat and spread around the house even with a tracking mat. Next up was to try the pelleted version. It doesn't track much but the downside is that is doesn't clump as well. The solution is to use the pellets as a top layer. It's cheaper that way too. Wouldn't buy any other litter ever again. It lasts ages, no smelly bins full of heavy clay, no landfill and 2 happy kitties… and a happy owner.

Fresh Air and minimal mess!
We have used this litter for some time now and all four of our Birman cats seemed to like it. They even used it in preference to the garden! It is very absorbant and no matter what is left in the litter tray the smells seem to remain there. We have to rely on visual checks, rather than anything else. It is easy to clean up as it clumps well and there is little evidence of it being trailed around the house, even with the furry feet of the Birman.

No difference...
The litter scatters around the flat just like Cats Best Öko Plus... the only difference I could notice was... stepping on this litter hurts, whereas the other one doesn’t -.- I also feel like you need a lot more of this litter, and the clumps fall apart, leaving lots of small bits in the tray again... Plus, the smelly piles aren’t buried as well as you’d like them to be... I’ve just ordered Best Öko again and will stick with that litter in the future... my feet will thank me :)
