AI-generated summary based on reviews added by customers
Cat's Best litter has received praise for its excellent clumping and minimal tracking, keeping homes tidy and odour-free. However, recent changes have left some users disappointed, citing issues with dust, inconsistent clumping, and smaller, crumbling pellets. Despite these concerns, many still find it economical and effective, particularly for long-haired cats. Overall, while the product has seen a dip in quality, it remains a favourite for its cleanliness and ease of use.

The Best
This is the best cat litter I have ever used and now always buy it. It is easy to deal with and to dispose (down the toilet). Highly recommended and Zooplus always has it at a good price.

My cats don't like it at all.
Based on the good reviews, I ordered the litter. My two cats don’t like it. They only sniffed at it and otherwise ignored the toilet filled with this litter. Therefore, I can’t give an assessment of its properties like clumping, odour, usage, etc.

Not so great.
Clumps poorly and doesn't neutralise odours at all! Not a good litter.

failed
Wanted to carry less and switch to natural litter. The cats accepted the pellets rather reluctantly.
Clumps okay, but smells awful after two weeks.
Had to replace everything...

Top-notch clumping litter
My cat and I are thrilled with this litter! It doesn’t smell, clumps really well, and I no longer need to buy tiny plastic bags :)! Since the clumps can just go straight into the toilet :)
Definitely recommend buying!

almost perfect...
This litter is great overall; the litter itself has a very pleasant smell, does not track very much, masks odours very well and cats love it. However, it does seem impossible to prevent contamination of clean litter with soiled bits falling off the main clump..this is not surprising given the larger pellet size and to expect this litter to clump as efficiently as clay litter would be unreasonable. For this reason I do have to change the whole tray contents every week. For me, tracking and odour masking is a priority so for this purpose, this litter is great (and the cats must like it, obviously). If you want litter that clumps well and you don't mind sweeping up, look somewhere else. I suffer from asthma and this litter does not produce any dust so is good for all of us.

Actually worth 5 stars!
...because it's a good litter! And it does what it says on the packaging.
But I agree with the previous review: what's with all the tiny bits? We want pellets!!! With the last two bags, I honestly thought they'd slipped me the Eco Plus in the wrong bag.

Quality has become an absolute disgrace.
Despite the somewhat poorer quality that has been evident in recent times, I ordered two bags again. But what has arrived now can only be described as outrageous.
The pellet size is now only slightly larger than that of Öko Plus, which is significantly cheaper. It's nowhere near the size shown in the photo here. As a result, the litter is now scattered all over the apartment.
I will have to look for an alternative if my complaint to Zooplus does not result in a usable replacement or an improvement to the product.
Really a shame about what used to be a very good product.

Problem solved!
Great cat littler as although I prefer to use WBCL for my kitten, he did'nt like it and sneezed a lot after covering his little mess (he takes a little too long to be honest) so I tried Cat's Best Nature Gold as I wanted to avoid corn based litter and also wanted no tracking. It has worked just fine and Louie is happy and comfortable using his many trays around the house. I will carry on using this litter and I am also really impressed with customer services and fast turn around of orders on Zooplus.

Pipi lounge for cats
This is the BEST thing I’ve ever bought for the cat litter box.
With my six cats (Siamese and Oriental Shorthair), a cat litter box is essential.
This is ideal:
1) No little pellets scattered outside.
2) Almost no odour.
3) Very good clumping.
However, it’s a bit pricey.
And flushing the clumps down the toilet is no problem.
All in all, a great product!

Loss of quality
We've been using this litter for 2 years now. Both of our tomcats had no issues getting used to it. My Persian cat rarely gets litter stuck in his fur. And the litter lasts incredibly long.
BUT for about 6 months now, the litter has been getting increasingly finer – it gets tracked across the entire flat via their paws and sticks to their fur more often.
I really hope it improves again.

awful
Poorest litter I have used for my Persian. I think to call this a clumping litter is wrong. It just looks like a sloppy mess and as you try and remove it from the litter tray it falls apart falling back into the tray in tiny pieces. Will not be buying this again.

Super Gold
The best litter, absolutely! And I’ve tested sooo many. With two long-haired cats and one with medium-length hair who frequently uses the litter box, the flat still stays clean. Occasionally, there are 4 or 5 clumps lying around, but they’re easy to pick up. Plus, this litter is ultimately cheaper than the others because it really lasts a looong time. One filling (well-filled) lasts up to 4 weeks. I’m finally completely satisfied, and the testing is over!

Not exactly cheap, but good
We've been using this litter for our two tomcats for almost a year now. It binds odours well, and the absorbency is good.
Lately, though, there's been quite a lot of "small bits" in it, which makes the whole thing a bit dusty in the end.
We'll still stick with this cat litter, as none of the others have been viable alternatives for us so far.

Quality has been pretty poor lately.
On my last order, I received two bags full of poor quality. The pellet size was nowhere near what it usually is. One of the bags was even closer to the "Eco Plus" size in terms of pellets. Because of the lower quality, the litter now sticks more to the paws.
If I get something like this again, I’ll probably have to make a complaint.

Inconsistent quality
We've been using this litter for many years and were always satisfied, but the last few bags have been a disaster. The litter sticks to the paws and fur – something it never used to do. As a result, it's scattered all over the flat – and with six cats, that's a lot of mess.
Such a shame. I hope the next bags will be of higher quality again; otherwise, I'll have to start looking for a good litter that doesn't stick so much to their paws.

Excellent
I've been using this litter for years and I'm still satisfied. I haven't found anything better so far. No smell, hardly any crumbs, super efficient.

Not acceptable at all
Based on the numerous positive reviews, I decided to give this litter a try as well. Verdict: Absolutely not. My Maine Coons refuse to use the cat litter box when this litter is inside. Another issue: I use a litter scoop with narrow openings for smaller clumps. Because these pellets are so large, you end up scooping out more litter during cleaning. I'm switching back to Golden Grey.

I would try something else...
After the ok experience with the crystals i decided to try this for my two siberians in the attempt to go for something a bit more natural. I have tried it for more than a month now and i came to the conclusion that i would not buy this again.
Firstly it leaves trail every time, which defeats the main point. Secondly it doesn't clump properly... the main clump is ok, but the grains are quite big, so if partially wet, they drop from the main clump and keep the wee in the litter. Also do not stick to poo at all, hence the smell can spread ...
I have no idea how others can have such good experience really. I would not recommend it. I will try some finer litter next.
