Had hoped to stop tracking, but the pellets are proving too large, my cat will not use it for solids. She has used it for a wee, but dry pellets cling to the clump, making it cumbersome to deal with. Have gone back to Cats Best Sensitive, tracking a nuisance, but otherwise works well.

I've been using the product for over a year now, and my tomcats love it. With two large cats and a lot of business, the consumption is quite high. Still, I keep buying the product again and again. It clumps well and smells like wood.

Good absorbency, very economical.

We tried this for the anti-sticking feature but overall I think it hasn’t been a success and we’ll be switching back. Our kittens (short haired) struggle to bury their poo because of the large size of the pellets, this seems to upset them, possibly because inefficient burial means there’s a bit more of a smell. There may be a small improvement in the amount of scattering of cat litter stuck to kitten paws, but it’s really only marginal and I’m still having to clean up regularly. Shame really.

Forms compact clumps. The big business is neatly buried and easy to remove. Litter rarely ends up outside, but when it does, it's painful.

I've tried many cat litters, but this one is by far the best. It clumps well, doesn't smell, and doesn't get spread around the house.

My tomcat really likes this cat litter, and only a little gets carried out of the box. With a small mat in front of the litter tray, nothing ends up in the rest of the flat. Unfortunately, the size of the pellets has changed for the worse; they don't pass through the scoop as easily now. I feel like I need more litter than before, and it's become more expensive too. On top of that, there's no longer a bulk package available, which adds extra costs. I only keep buying it because my tomcat doesn't like any other litter.

I really like the clumping, and the used litter no longer sticks to the edges like it does with the Classic litter. However, cleaning the litter box is quite challenging because the pellets are too large for the scoops. Sifting takes forever, and a lot of "good litter" still ends up in the bin. Perhaps the pellets could be made a bit smaller, or a suitable scoop could be offered? Then it would get full marks. So, I'm still on the lookout.

The purple Cat's Best pellets are perfect for my two Birmans. Nothing sticks to their fur, there's hardly any litter scattered around the cat toilet, and there's no smell in the house (I ask every visitor). Once, I accidentally bought the red original... and ended up having to sweep the floor every day.

Finally, one that I don’t end up finding in bed or anywhere else. The other one, Cat’s Best, I found everywhere, and my flat looked like a giant litter box. I was supposed to send in a sample, but I ended up back in hospital again. For now, this will do. Wishing all readers a healthy New Year!

This litter is great at keeping odours to a minimum, and hardly any of it gets out of the tray. With a scoop that has large holes, it's super easy to clean and lasts a long time. Unfortunately, my two don't like doing their business in it... so sadly, it's not for us.

Having three house cats has always been messy, I have used Cat’s Best for years and been happy with it apart from the tracking...it gets everywhere! By the time I’ve hoovered the stairs and turned back round there is more there! Decided to try the smart pellets despite the price difference and I am not disappointed. Tracking is virtually non-exsistent especially as my cats have litter trays that they jump out of so it falls off them. I’m so pleased I changed and won’t be going back!

I can't understand the positive reviews. I've now tested the litter, and it fails completely. While it does absorb urine very well, the faeces remain on top. Cleaning the cat litter is a big downside. It's a real hassle to sift through it, even with a large scoop that has openings which are almost too big. Too much of the still usable litter ends up in the waste, making it not very efficient and therefore far too expensive!

Unfortunately, my desire for ecological solutions reaches its limit with this product. I tried it based on a recommendation, but after just a few weeks, I’m switching back to fine bentonite litter. Sadly, it doesn’t clump very well overall. The toilet also starts to smell relatively quickly – a problem I never had with bentonite litter. On top of that, the pellets end up scattered all over the flat, and I can barely keep up with sweeping them up.

Far too hard and scratchy. Was glad when it was all gone. I've switched back to Cat's Best Original.

It crumbles apart quickly, which didn’t use to be the case. Unfortunately, the consumption is quite high, and you can barely make it through a month with one pack. For that price, the litter is just too expensive for me. While it doesn’t produce dust, you can still smell everything just like with other litters. The only positive point so far is that the litter hardly gets carried out and doesn’t stick to the fur. I’m disappointed and will probably have to look for something else.

The litter was immediately and effortlessly accepted by my two furry friends. The best part is that it hardly gets tracked out of the toilet, as it doesn’t stick to their fur. My flat is finally litter-free :). The clumping is excellent and easy to remove.

I have only switched to this litter recently but, so far, I love it! I very nearly didn't buy it because of all the negative reviews, but I'm so glad I decided to try it for myself - it's amazing! Virtually no tracking, clumps brilliantly, no odour, and no dust! It's much more expensive than other brands of litter, but it's worth every penny in my mind. I was using the Oko Plus version before, which is great but is dusty & tracks really badly - this is SO much better!

I have 3 cats. My ancient tabby lives in my bedroom. He seems to be a litter magnet and you can appreciate that I don't want to be walking on cat litter in bare feet. This is the first cat litter I have tried that didn't get all over the room including all over my bed. It doesn't clump as well as the ordinary Cat's Best which I use for my other 2 cats but as he is in my bedroom I remove the clumps twice a day and I haven't had any trouble with dust.

After all this negative comments I wasn’t sure but I have decided to try it and it didn’t disappoint me! My ragdoll doesn’t drag the litter through whole bathroom anymore (I had to hover 3times a day). Clumping is ok this is a bit different structure of litter so just need 10/15mins to soak up and is doing the job, you can remove everything in one go without leaving anything inside. The best choice ever!
