My tomcat didn’t take to it at all and even went in front of the litter box twice... he’s NEVER done that before... so I switched it straight away. Boom, the toilet was back to being used as usual. I’ve never had this problem with any other cat litter before.

The clumps can be disposed of via the organic waste bin (and non-clumping waste via the toilet), which is the main reason I bought this. I purchased a container with a lid – no need for bags. The litter box is practically odourless (for humans) with this litter. Unfortunately, the litter is very dusty. Unfortunately, the litter ends up everywhere; my tomcats get it between their toes and carry it all over the place. A bag like this is noticeably lighter than the same volume of mineral litter.

The litter is well accepted by my two cats and has a slightly woody smell. Odour control is good, and the clumps remain firm about 85% of the time, though they occasionally crumble. With regular cleaning and refilling, the litter is economical. Every now and then – apparently depending on the batch – there’s quite a bit of fine dust mixed in. Small stones often stick to longer cat fur, though. Still, a clear recommendation from me. We’re sticking with this litter!

Yes, it’s annoying when my Coonies drag the litter all over the house. But you just grab a broom and deal with it! For me personally, it’s much more important that it doesn’t smell! The clumping properties are fine too, as long as you don’t scoop the litter out immediately after they’ve done their business, otherwise it crumbles unfortunately. I’ve tried a lot of different options, but I always end up coming back to CB!

I’ve been a fan of Cat’s Best for 10 years, but at the moment the litter is incredibly dusty. Such a shame.

It’s a very good, long-lasting litter. However, the claim “dust-free” is a lie. The dust settles everywhere in the room, and you end up coughing when changing it.

I've been using this for over a decade now a d it's kept its quality. It clumps fantastically but if left in the tray too long the clumps dry out a bit and crumbles. I top up following the instructions and it lasts weeks with happy cats. It's a light colour and shows up on dark carpets but a quick hoover and it's gone like all others. I flush the poops and compost the pee because it's make from biodegradable materials. The extra scooping extends the time in the tray. Definitely recommended

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this litter. For quite some time now, the litter package contains more powder than small granules, and it creates extreme dust. My cats are constantly sneezing, it clumps poorly, and ends up scattered all over the flat despite having a toilet mat. I’ll be switching to pellets and giving those a try.

I'm really pleased with this litter, though I'd like to deduct just half a point because it does tend to scatter around the flat and stick to the fur. Even my spoiled tomcat uses it willingly. ;)

The litter is so dusty that I have to 'clean' my cats after they've used the toilet. CB has never been low-dust – but what they're selling now is outrageous. Completely unusable and hazardous to health.

I've tried a lot of things, including very expensive products, but I always end up coming back to "Cats Best." Nomen est omen. :-)

I bought this litter and am utterly disappointed with it. It ends up all over the flat, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

As a loyal silica customer, I decided to change cat litter for the first time due to the free trial offer. It was worth a try. - Clumps well - Easy to keep clean - Doesn't smell But compared to silica (which only spreads around the litter box), Cat's Best litter ended up scattered across more than 100 square metres. It was found in every room. It sticks too well to the cats' paws, their fur, and even clings to house slippers.

Regarding the scattering and crumbling around the flat, CB used to be better. The fine dust that develops when transferring it is also undeniable. However, I don’t know of any cat litter that doesn’t scatter. CB is clump-proof and durable (though it comes at a price) – it absorbs odours well. Cleaning the litter box is absolutely easy. I’m surprised by the poor experience of the user. PS: Stool odours from my cat have almost completely disappeared after switching her food.

I know some people complained that this litter is not as good as it used to be but in my opinion is perfect! I will buy it again for sure

Simple, quick, and hassle-free ordering

Worst cat litter I've ever had. The clumps fall apart and are almost impossible to remove. The individual litter particles are so light that the cats drag them out of the litter box in large quantities. Odour absorption is practically non-existent. The only positive thing about this litter (note the irony!): Some of the particles are so large that they don't sift through my litter scoop, meaning the litter gets used up relatively quickly and I can soon buy a different type.

Can’t complain at the price as I have an indoor cat and struggle to find a litter that suits us both! Non offensive smell, clumps and long lasting

I would never use anything else again. It smells great, is highly absorbent, and the litter tray can be cleaned perfectly without anything sticking to the bottom. My cats love it too. I will keep ordering it again and again. I can only recommend it.
