not so good as we think
We found it a waist of our money to bad for us than.
If you like wooden fiber than it's good but other wise than we are not advice to buy it.
Try it your self and you know it............

Won't change.
Having tried both "Cats best" and "Worlds best" litters, I now stick to "Cats best" and won't change, unless they change it and make it unusable or they stop making it altogether.

Cat's best? Cat's worst!
Do not buy this litter, it tracks everywhere. I found it ALL OVER my flat, in every crevice. World's best is a similar price and FAR better IMO.

best cat litter
Clumps beautifully. Very easy to remove both pee & poo. Little tracking.

Best there is!
This is so much better than anything I've used before. It doesn't smell and you can even flush it way.

Been using it for 2 years
Great litter the clumping is amazing and 1 bag seems to last ages. Easy to scoop out the clumps so no wastage. Some people say it masks the smell of poop but I wouldn't say it does, no urine smells though like I've noticed with some over litters. Its not to messy although it does get in my cats paws and she always shakes them as she come out of the tray. I use a litter mat which pretty much traps these lose bits. Tried other litters but this is still the best for us.

I'm converted!
I have three indoor rescue cats, two long haired, one short haired. They are all really fussy and I'd struggled to find a litter that all three would use without accidents next to the tray. Then I tried Oko Plus and it's fantastic! It's not as dusty as other litters I've tried, I like that it's ok to compost and being flushable has meant friends are happier when cat sitting for me. It is slightly more expensive than my old litter but it lasts longer so works out to around the same price. The cats have taken to it really well and since I started using it there have been no accidents outside the tray. There is no amonia/urine smell and when my cats bury their poop, no smell from that either (although I have one who have never mastered that trick so the whole house knows when she's been in the tray!) I haven't noticed it getting caught in their fur any more than other litters but the big drawback is the amount it tracks. Even with a litter mat I do get a far amount on the carpet outside the bathroom door but to be honest, the two minutes it takes to run the hoover round is a small price to pay for all the advantages.

Good, but ...
Plus points of Cats Best Oko Plus:
1. My 2 oriental type cats prefer this litter.
2. Natural product, non toxic, safe for my cats.
3. Masks odours very well and has a pleasant, natural woody/pine smell.
4. Clumps well and is easy to deal with.
5. Environmentally friendly and biodegradeable.
Minus points of Cats Best Oko Plus:
1. Tracks a lot. Even though I have a large mat by the tray, I am sweeping up bits of cat litter two or three times a day and still finds bits on the carpet and sometimes even upstairs.
2. It is a bit dusty.
3. I find that it does not last anywhere near as long as the manufacturer states. I use a jumbo sized litter tray, which gives my cats room to turn around. It takes 5 litres of litter each time and I change the tray completely every 5 to 7 days. I have read other reviews which advise that you can save the litter after removing the clumps and put it back in the tray after cleaning, but personally, I don't and wouldn't do this. A 10 litre bag lasts my 2 cats a maximum of 2 weeks.
I have recently tried the Cats Best Gold litter, which is in pellet form rather than chips, designed not to cling to the fur of long haired cats. I would also give that 4 stars. It does not track anywhere near as much as the original and is not so dusty and possibly lasts a day or so longer between complete changes as it does not break down so quickly, however, my cats don't seem to like the feel of it under their paws quite so much and we have much (noisy) raking in the litter tray and it is a little more expensive than the ordinary Cats Best Oko Plus.
Overall, both are good, but have their advantages and drawbacks. You pays your money and you makes your choice.

I think no litter is perfect...
but this one comes very close. Yes the tracking/sticking to the paws and bum is quite bad (specially with my long hair cat which jumps over two mats when leaving the box, grrrrr!!!) but not unmanageable; it controls smells very well - changing my cat's diet, albeit due to renal problems, made a huge difference also - I can just scoop clumps (not hard as rock, but not mushy) and flush down the toilet; and to me the biggest advantage is that the dust is indeed minimal and it does not trigger my asthma as ALL of the clay and most of the paper based litters do.

on the whole very pleased
my 5 cats have been using oko plus now for about the last 6 months. on the whole i am very pleased with it. in comparison to fullers earth and silicon cat litters i think it is excellent in the way it clumps so easily therefore making it unnecessary to completely clean out so often. the only drawback is the amount of tracking. however, i have found that by using the litter mats to put next to the litter boxes, it does help to reduce tracking quite a bit. will definately continue using oko plus.

Best wood-based
I haven't tried other types of litter other than wood-based, but I have tried other brands which turn to mush. I have a door-mat (runner length) outside the litter tray "flap" and don't generally get any tracking of litter beyond this mat. I would recommend this litter and I don't use anything else now.

hmm..not too sure about this!
After reading all these reviews (which were a mixture of good and bad) and looking for a litter that wasn't clay based (used 'Litter Purrfect' from cost co. for last 4 years) we decided to give this one a try.. sadly disappointed with the results. with our old litter we used to find bits over the kitchen floor and sometimes on work units..but this ended up everywhere..and I mean everywhere! even upstairs! (we can only think it's because they're long haired maine coons) the clumps crumble when you're trying to shake the unused bits from the scoop and it doesn't disguise the smell neither. So if you have 1 or 2 short haired cats this may be suitable for you, but we will definately be going back to our old litter which is excellent at clumping and disguising the smell. Mental note to self..don't keep trying different litters because I don't think we'll find one better than litter purrfect!

Best Litter Out There
I have been using this litter for years now and in my opinion it is certainly the best out there, and I've tried many. Yep it tracks but so does most litter - at the speed the cats come out of the tray it's not surprising!! I have two trays, one is a Booda Dome tray and this has stopped a lot of the tracking compared to the normal hooded one. The fact that some have said their cats poo still smells is to do with what they eat and not the litter, it cant make poo smell. My cats eat a high quality food and their poo doesn't smell at all. The problem I experienced with other litters was the lingering amonia smell, especially with Catsan granules, the wee would sink to the bottom of the tray resulting in very wet smelly litter. Oko plus completely absorbs all amonia smells and the tray remains dry. It clumps amazingly well making litter clearing on the whole a much better job.

Not perfect, but the best if you care about the environment
I have used Oku Plus for about a year. I agree with many of the negative comments - it can track a fair amount, it is not quite as economical as suggested and any poos do smell - but I like to be able to scoop up the well-formed clumps and periodically dispose of it in a way that will not add to landfill. I have a litter tray upstairs where I use other types of litter and I am amazed how much I have to put out each fortnight with the refuse. Personally I think it is quite an advantage if I can smell that one of my cats has done a poo. I can see that this would not be great if you are out all day, but as I am around it alerts me to go and clean out the tray. No, this litter is not perfect, but I love the 'natural' smell and the cats, particularly my kitten, love the softness.

Worst litter ever!!!
This has got to be the worst cat litter I have ever used. I bought a large bag thinking it would be great because of the many 5-star reviews & I was extremely disappointed! It does cover odor, but not as well as others I have used. My cats don't mind it, but they drag it EVERYWHERE!!! And get it stuck to their paws & bums more so than any other we have tried. I've never had a litter that's so messy! The bag has lasted awhile, so that's a plus. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!1

wont use anything else now
Ive tried clumping Catsan which I found fine but a little dusty, this was recommended to me on a pets website forum and Ive found it fantastic. Its really economical, I have 2 indoor adult cats and with skipping out 2-3 times a day a bag lasts me a good month, there is no odour at all and no dust at all, the tracking is easy to pick up with dustpan and brush and there is not too much of it, its super absorbant and soft on paws, my cats seem very happy to use it, I wouldnt buy anything else.

Very nearly 5 stars :-)
Much more convenient than the non-clumping pelleted sawdust: just remove the lumps and replenish the box. Before reading the minor gripes, note that I've just ordered 2 more large bags.
But not quite perfect: the particles of litter are very light and seem to stick to the cats' feet more than the pellets; there's a little more of the stuff scattered on the floor around the box. Also, like the pellets, tiny fragments of wet stuff are inevitably left behind to become a layer of dust in the litter and I'm still trying to work out how best to get the cats to pee in the dusty bits and use it up.

Good, but could be better
I've been using this litter for over a year now, but I'm back to looking for something better. The main thing for me is the lack of odour control, especially after "big business". Also, the clumps are not very tight and sometimes crumble, and stick quite a lot to the bottom. This, I believe, is why the litter box starts smelling after a week at the latest, despite regular scooping: some of the soiled litter always stays behind. Considering the frequent complete litter replacement, it's actually quite expensive. Minor complaints are the dust (not too bad) and tracking (quite bad).
Having said all this, I have yet to find something better (have tried and rejected silicate granules and regular betonite clumping litter). Next on the list to try is Porta Pine...

Really good
I've used Catsan which is good but this is REALLY good! It makes cleaning/clearing the litter tray a much easier and cleaner job with no smell.
I have a composter and love the fact that I can recycle the waste. No problems with 'tracking'.
Really good product that I would recommend.
