We’ve always had good experiences with this cat litter. Our tip for tackling odours and the plastic bag issue: Clean the litter box regularly (!) and use a reusable plastic bin with a lid instead of plastic bags. Keeps the cat, owner, and environment happy.

I've been using this litter for many years, but I've also noticed that the formula has been changed. The colour isn't even the same anymore, it stinks after the first wee in the tray, and it clumps less—it just turns into mush... Such a shame, but why?? Probably a few cents could be saved by making the change, but whether the consumer is happy with it doesn't matter, does it!! Thumbs down.

I've been using Cat's Best for several years now and I'm still very satisfied. Regarding clumping: I mix the original cat litter with the pellets. Together, they ensure great efficiency, perfect clumps, and hardly any mess. Otherwise, there's always the dustpan :-)

I was tempted by the many positive reviews and decided to order this litter because I wanted a lighter and more environmentally friendly alternative to clumping litter. When I opened it, a cloud of dust immediately hit me. Personally, the smell didn’t bother me – but my cats hated it! At first, they didn’t even want to go into the litter box. When they finally did use it, I noticed that it doesn’t bind odours at all. The clumps fall apart when you try to remove them. It stinks!!

Tried this as an alternative to Worlds Best litter, but stopped using it after 2 weeks. I think it controls the smell slightly better, but it tracks really badly. Litter all over the house, maybe 7 metres away, so you have to clean several times a day and it doesn't feel very hygienic

We have been using this product almost exclusively for several years. For the past three deliveries, the litter hasn’t been clumping as well as it used to. The consequences are: less hygienic disposal and increased litter consumption.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the many negative reviews! We've been using this litter for many years and were always very satisfied. But for quite some time now, the quality just hasn't been the same! It mostly doesn't clump (though occasionally it does) and it's very dusty! A lot more litter gets used because you have to painstakingly fish out all the tiny pee clumps :( We're now looking for a replacement, unfortunately. But maybe Zooplus could demand the old quality back?

Often gets stuck in the fur of my long-haired cat. Smell-wise and in terms of yield, it's fine.

I’ve been buying this cat litter ever since I got my tomcat Lucky. Since 2014. From the very first disposal in the toilet until today, there have never been any blockages or complications. Of course, you should never pour the entire contents into the toilet. Always only the solid "bits".

I've been using this cat litter for over a year now and I'm overall very impressed. The litter is incredibly economical. On top of that, it smells natural and doesn't absorb the odour from the cats' waste. A small downside: I have two long-haired tomcats, and the litter tends to stick to their paws and get spread around. However, if you pile the litter high and keep topping it up, this "problem" can be managed (otherwise, the dustpan next to the litter box does the trick).

Unfortunately, the quality of the cat litter has deteriorated significantly. I won’t be buying it anymore. Best regards.

I used to love this litter, but with the last two orders, I no longer received the usual super clumping and odour-neutral litter. Since then, my flat smells like cat – I only have one – and the clumps fall apart, don’t form properly with urine, and the smell is really pungent. I’ll use up the last bag and will have to look for a new one. Such a shame.

My cat and I have been using this litter for years and were really happy with it. Recently, the company changed something, and the litter is nowhere near as effective as it used to be. I'll be looking for an alternative.

The quality has deteriorated significantly. It no longer clumps, the chunks crumble, and it quickly turns into powder. I used it for years and was satisfied, but now it’s unusable due to the noticeably poorer quality.

The best thing I've tried in about 35 years. I wouldn't want to be without this product, and the cats love it. The litter tray is always odour-free and clean.

I switched from Tigerino Silicate Litter and have to say that Cat’s Best lasts at least twice as long as Tigerino. It controls odour better, is cheaper, and more environmentally friendly. Simply brilliant!

The absolute best cat litter I’ve ever come across. It smells wonderfully fresh for a long time, absorbs all odours for ages, and is very economical!!! The value for money is by far the best here too!

Nothing clumps for us, I like the smell of wood, but this mess... There's litter everywhere!

We used this cat litter for many years and were satisfied with it. However, since April, the composition has visibly and noticeably changed. Suddenly, the cat no longer wanted to use the toilet. The litter smells strongly of wood and is dusty. It’s also no longer odour-free. It stinks after every visit to the toilet, which wasn’t the case before April. It’s no longer clumping litter either, as everything falls apart when you try to scoop it.
