Worst cat litter ever, absolutely stinks and so messy, would 100% not recommend. Catsan is far superior

Had been using this for 4 years and it was fantastic. They’ve changed the formula and now it doesn’t clump and my cat refuses to use the litter tray. Will be switching to another brand.

...and still not be done. This litter gets wedged on my cat's paws and goes everywhere - floor, furniture, dining tables etc. That's with twice a day scooping the litterbox and a mat outside to catch stray litter. I haven't had more mess in my house ever. It's disgusting... I bought it on offer a month or two ago and I felt I had to finish it, but never again. That's not the only problem btw - feeling the litter on my palms made me realise that it is fairly jaggy and not great for cat paws.

This is my usual litter and the last 20l bag clumps really poorly. I’m having to do full changes and so it’s less cost effective. It’s tracking even more than usual, I’m going to have to move onto something else.

This is the worse litter I have used. It was pleasant for the first day and was easy to hoover up any spilliage - but all down hill from there. I love the idea of flushing and it was great, but even though I took all the clumps immediately I could literally smell this cat litter in my home, it would drift into every room and I could smell an undertone of urine. When I could no longer take anymore I cleaned out the boxes entirely and after washing, the litter left a slug like residue.

There is not a single good thing about this litter, we bought it because the tofu pellets were out of stock. Clumping is the worst I’ve seen, it’s all over my floor and sticks to our feet, it smells awful & it’s extremely dusty. Both my cats are black and after they use the litter their face is covered in dust.

As said in title, the litter doesn’t form one big clump, but numerous tiny clumps which defies the point of getting clumping litter. Will never buy again

My cat starded to sneeze from this letter because it's very dusty. I would never recommend someone. I bought the big bag and I am so disappointed that I can't use it.

Used to be good why change it?

I’ve been using this cat litter for a few years, but lately, something is off. It starts smelling really quickly, much faster than before. At first, I thought the problem might be the litter box and even considered replacing it, but that didn’t help either. For now, I’ve ordered litter from five different brands to test them out because something just isn’t right.

The most recent bag (bought around November 2024) doesn't clump properly. The area remains wet and when you go to scoop, it disintegrates all over the clean litter.

I have used this litter for years but the formula has now changed and it is absolutely awful in every way! It doesn’t clump now so the urine soaks in every where and it doesn’t mask the smell of urine in anyway either! My sister had the same results too when she purchased it. I wouldn’t buy it again even if it was half the price! Such a shame as it used to be a great product. Avoid!

really disappointed with this product. I foster rescue cats & initially found this excellent, clumped really well, no mess & no smells. It's not cheap however it would last around 6 weeks (3-4 cats) so cost effective. Purchased a bag three weeks ago which has run out! It no longer clumps; leaves a wet sticky patty! sticks to scoop, tray, paws & gets all over the place. loads of lose dirty litter that is hard to get out. I don't know what's changed but it is poor quality! I do NOT recommend

Typically I bought this when it was brilliant stuff. The very next bag I got was different and now it tracks everywhere and does not clump, it goes all slushy and sticks to the scoop and anything it touches. I will say it still keeps the smells at bay but this will be my last bag unless they change it back.

This litter used to be great, no complaints. However they have recently changed the formula and it is now terrible - does not clump at all so we are wasting it trying to get all the wet bits out, and it tracks all over the house. Will not be buying any more.

I keep trying wood litter for sustainability reasons, but once again, I’ve been disappointed. It creates a massive amount of dust when filling and doesn’t bind odours at all. I use closed cat litter boxes, yet the smell is unbearable. The cats and I put up with it for two weeks (maybe you get used to it, or maybe the cats’ messes just smell worse right now), but when my cats started peeing in the shower instead of the litter box, that was the final straw.

Bought this product before and it's always been great. However I think they've changed the formula as now the litter tracks everywhere, it's harder to clean out due to how fine the litter is and it doesn't hold smells.

I bought this litter because of the great reviews and the supposed benefits for the kitties due to the natural materials. Total waste of money! The litter is like shredded bits and doesn’t absorb odour or urine at all. Once and never again!

Unfortunately, it smells absolutely awful every time the cats use the toilet. It can no longer be used.
