Quality has declined.
Was always quite satisfied... But it's been dusting more than before for months now, which ends up settling in the kittens' airways... That's unfortunately not so great. I think I'll switch... SUCH A SHAME.
Price-performance ratio doesn't fit anymore :-(

Not like it used to be
The litter used to be the best for me.
Now it’s terribly dusty and doesn’t clump as well anymore, so I’ve switched to a different "eco" litter. Such a shame...

Dusts much less than other litter
You can't smell anything anymore, it's extremely light and very low in dust. And on top of that, it's compostable – the best!

Quality has deteriorated
I have to agree with the others. I've been using Cat's Best for many years and was always satisfied, but over the past three months, the quality has dropped drastically. Not only does it create more dust than before, but when it clumps, it falls apart and scatters into many small pieces across the clean litter. Most of the time, it just sticks to the bottom now.
Cat's Best itself claims that they haven't changed the quality. Looks like I'll have to start looking for a new litter.

Still top-notch
We’ve used it before and were very satisfied back then.
And today, we’re still just as happy with it, and both of our cats take to it really well.
It hardly creates any dust when filling. It binds the urine and odour effectively.
It’s very economical and even lasts longer than stated, despite daily scooping.

New but NOT improved
I have used this litter when I catsit for my daughters cats . I ordered a bag of ‘new and improved ‘ but as I had half a bag of the old formula I could easily compare the difference when I changed from one to the other . The new litter is dustier , it doesn’t clump anywhere near as well as the old litter and it is much stinkier. It is also brought out of the litter tray on the cats paws a lot more , I have always recommended this litter to other people but I can no longer say it is the best.

It’s definitely better and lighter than bentonite litter. Eco-friendly and quick to dispose of in the toilet. No more unpleasant odours!!! No artificial fragrances and it doesn’t create dust.
I deducted one star because it’s quite pricey, and our Maine Coon carries quite a bit of it out despite the mat in front of the toilet. A vacuum cleaner quickly solves the problem.

They changed it!!
I've used this litter for years and even converted other cat parents over to it, it was great at holding smell and clumped well. I have breathing difficulties and there was no dust so it was perfect and I was willing to pay the price. And then they changed it. Now it is incredibly dusty, it tracks EVERYWHERE and doesn't hold the smells at all. The clumping isn't brilliant anymore, the pee just turns into a weird jelly mush unless you leave longer than you should. Now in search of a better brand!

Top-notch bedding
Binds excellently!
Unpleasant odours are almost completely absorbed. That’s really great.
A 20-litre bag lasts me on average about 4-5 months with the base filling.
Never using another litter again!

Unfortunately, it has deteriorated.
I've been using this litter for quite a while now and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, it's been extremely dusty for some time now. You can even tell where my cats have been just by looking at their dusty faces, so I guess I'll have to try a different product.

Unsatisfactory
I can only agree with the recent comments. Most of the clumps fall apart immediately, leaving the urine in the toilet. As for the dust, it’s not a huge problem for me. But I’m definitely not impressed. Unfortunately.

Best cat litter ever...
It smells pleasantly woody and absorbs odours really well, hardly produces any dust, and is therefore better for the lungs of our kitties. It's very economical and can be used for longer since it doesn't start to smell bad quickly. It's made from a renewable raw material and can be disposed of in the toilet or theoretically even on the compost.
It clumps well too, so I can only recommend it. Just don't use bentonite litter! It's a nightmare.

Quite good...
... but my long-haired cat spread it all over the house... Greenwoods eco-clumping litter is better.

Quality has declined
I've been using this litter for years and still use it, but I’ll be looking for alternatives. It’s incredibly dusty. My tomcat sometimes comes out of the box with a completely white face. It didn’t used to be like this. And the odour control has also deteriorated. Such a shame.

Not perfect, but almost.
I used bentonite litter and was dissatisfied for several reasons. Firstly, it’s very heavy, and after two weeks, the litter smelled so bad that I had to do a complete change.
I’m now on my third bag of Cat’s Best and can’t confirm that the litter is very dusty or that the quality of the pellets varies.
Advantages:
- Lightweight
- Low dust
- Absorbs odours well (complete change every 4 weeks)
Disadvantages:
- Lightweight, spreads around the house

... seen better days.
When I switched to the product a few years ago, I was absolutely thrilled. Nowadays, I’m anything but impressed with the quality. It’s incredibly dusty, and sometimes it doesn’t even clump anymore. There are now better products available at a cheaper price.

Change in composition makes it worse
I've been using this litter for many years and was always very happy with it!
Something must have changed in the composition... if proper clumps do form, they seem to fall apart immediately, almost as if they break just by looking at them.
As a result, I have to clean the litter box completely much more often because it starts to smell...

Please improve again.
Not usable since April. And I was so happy to have finally found good litter. Urine no longer clumps, it turns mushy. No odour control. It doesn’t stick anymore and ends up scattered around the flat. The consumption has skyrocketed because of this, and too much ends up in the toilet or bin, as you have to replace it almost immediately. Such a shame for a product that used to be really good.
