Intelligence toy by Trixie aimed at all cats, with five varying tasks for mental and physical activation as well as playing and having fun, machine washable
The Trixie Cat Activity Fun Board has been carefully designed by Helena Dbalý and speaks to your cat's natural need for both physical activity and mental challenges Thanks to a range of different play opportunities with differing levels of difficulty, it is also the ideal toy for older pets and cats with illnesses that limit their mobility. There are five different sections that each offer a selection of challenges. In some areas of the Trixie Cat Activity Fun Board, your cat's dexterity will be tested, whilst others offer constructive activities as well as plenty of opportunities to play!
Trixie Cat Activity Fun Board at a glance:
Versatile play toy for cats over 3 months
Also suitable for older or unwell pets
5 sections to fill with snacks for a range of activities:
The Bowl Module: This will challenge your pet's sense of touch and smell. Your cat must feel around to find the opening to the transparent bowls and finally fish out a treat.
The Icicle Module: A sharp eye and strategic thinking will help your cat to get to the treats hidden between the icicles.
The Tracks Module: This module is particularly suitable for elderly cats and cats limited by poor health. With a little skill, the treat can be simply pulled along between the wavy tracks.
The Tongue Module: Here your cat must demonstrate skill with its tongue to get to the treats or water. The Tongue Module will also give a thrill to blind or otherwise disabled cats.
The Tunnel: With a lot of sneaking and pawing, your cat can get the toy or treat out of this mouse hole with its paw.
Versatile: offers both physical and mental challenges
Hygienic: dishwasher proof
Anti-slip feet: for stability
Includes instructions with tips and tricks

Brilliant
My cat loves this and picked it up quickly. I've had it a few years now and still in good condition. He used to just have his treats in it but I am now giving him his dry food in it to get him to eat slower and make him work for his food. It's definitely worked. Wish I'd thought to do it sooner.

So pleased we bought this
We needed to slow down our cats eating and this does the job very well. She learned how to use it very quickly, except the goldfish bowls, which we now take off for her to chase around the floor. It is very sturdy, easy to keep clean and worth the money.

Useless if you have a cat with big paws!
My rescue, Sparky, wasn't neutered until he was about 3 years old so is a broad boy with big paws that struggles to fit into any of the bowls/gaps/etc of this toy.
Going to give it to a neighbour who's adopting a kitten soon and hopefully it might get some use and will update my review.

Great intro to interactive toys!
At first glance I actually thought it would be too easy for them. The board was bigger than expected and I thought the gaps would be very easy for them to get to. Within seconds they’d gotten a treat, and I thought it would be over in minutes. Boy was I wrong! Some things are just easier than others, and they had a good half hour on it before they got everything. (Bare in mind there’s two of them at it!) The fish bowls were torture for Calvin, he just couldn’t understand it bless him!

Sturdy and challenging
Both of my cats had to put some effort to get the treat :) Most challenging are jars - cats managed to take out some of the treats, but left a few as got bored after several attempts. Overall good product, sturdy and quite heavy, so cats won't flip it over.

Perfect for elderly cats!
I have an 18 year old cat with multiple health problems including epilepsy. She is very food orientated & will do anything for thrive chicken treats. This keeps her busy for at least 20 minutes at a time. She has arthritis, but, this is helping keep her legs less stiff & certainly her mind active. When she has finished, my tiny Burmese polishes off the rest. It is also too small for my Maine coon to get his paws into - so, can we have one for the larger kitties too please? Slots are very narrow.

Good training
Milo found difficult to get food/treats from the board for a couple of days, but he kept trying, and now he became an expert getting his rewards from the of the tasks. Still shy to get around the little bowls and the raised individual compartments.

Peeks Interest Occasionally
We wanted to get more toys that my (then 10 month old) mini panther could amuse himself with when he is home alone. I find it works well and it is used only if not left out for long periods. I bring it out only occasionally, otherwise he is not interested and just totally ignores it.

Brilliant and robust
This activity board slowed Achilles right down at mealtime. He used to gulp down his dry food and this board gives him stimulation and is better for his digestion; we noticed a difference straight away. He can’t scoop trays out of the bowls, but has figured out that he can pick up the whole tray and shake out any treats he can’t reach. At around 1kg the tray is very stable but our little brute manages it anyway!

works fairly well
The cats never managed to get the food from the middle of the board or the round containers but otherwise it worked well

The Cats love it
good quality product and both my Siamese cats love 'pawing' their way through the different board parts to get some extra food treats.

Stupid cat
Disappointed with my cat's reaction. He will retrieve treats from the zigzag and wave areas but only made one attempt to get food from the bells and didn't like the experience. The thought using his tongue to get treats out did not occur to him. Have tried to encourage him but he is not interested in making the effort.

Bit too clever for his own good
Stan was trained on homemade activity boards with sunken yoghurt pots & stacked toilet roll tubes. He likes his food & quickly got the hang of them so was progressed onto this. Thought he might struggle as he's not exactly dainty but BOOM!! Was straight in on all the challenges, no problems at all. Funny as he's not into regular cat toys, but this was like watching a master at work. Does slow him down enough for our other furrball to enjoy his food in peace.

Not good for stupid cats
I bought this as it looked really good but clearly I have a bit of a stupid cat. He couldn't figure out half of the sections and if I put biscuits in the section with spikes he'd stick his head in it trying to get it, we were terrified he was going to cause damage to his face shoving his eye on a spike! He also has fat paws and struggled to pull biscuits out of the sections. We gave it away in the end, so do think about your cats intellect before purchasing.

Excellent concept
I love the concept of this. However my two kittens are just not interested. They sniff and move on no matter what tempting treats I use. Hoping when they get older it will be more useful

play tray
it took some time for my cat to figure it out , but now can get the food out of the plastic balls etc which has slowed her eating down
