Sturdy toy - but only suitable for outdoor use
My Labrador loves the egg and plays with it very enthusiastically. It's perfect on short grass, and he has a lot of fun with it. The egg is really sturdy – however, it's made of hard plastic, which means it made an infernal noise on our laminate flooring indoors, so we now only use it outside.
Great toy – highly recommended!

RunningGegg
My 2-year-old Border Collie male isn't interested in the egg at all!
A quick inspection, nudged it three times... and that was it. The egg itself is very sturdy, there's nothing to criticise there!! Maybe the RunninGegg is a hit with some other dogs, but unfortunately not with ours.

Running Ball
I wanted to return it, but my dog stole it from the box, bit off the net, and then the fun began—we couldn’t stop laughing.
So, highly recommended, says our Josie, and I agree.
Best regards, Ilona Koch and Josie

Brilliant piece :0)
Unpacked it and my bulldog immediately went wild with it in the garden. Finally, a toy that doesn’t get destroyed within 5 minutes, and he’s been thoroughly enjoying it. Highly recommended for dogs with plenty of energy :0)
After playing, he slept like a log!!!

But he loves it
Our Dalmatian male immediately declared the yellow egg his favourite toy; at least, his sister isn’t allowed to play with it yet, which is usually the case. He even leaves his favourite ball behind for the egg. The egg gets worked on with his paws, making it "fly" in all directions. He also rolls it in front of him with his mouth and gets quite worked up because he can’t grab hold of it. That’s why we only play with the egg briefly and together, and always outdoors. Sharp throws are not allowed, as the dog could easily get hurt. Our female dog is now getting a red egg...,o)

Boomer loves his egg :-)
On the first day, Boomer (Labrador/Dalmatian) was quite scared of this strange, noisy egg (it makes quite a racket on tiles). To help him overcome his fear, I rubbed it with dog liver sausage and placed it on the carpet where it wouldn’t make such a commotion right away ;-) He cautiously licked it, and lo and behold, by evening there was a loud bang in the house, and he was chasing his egg around the flat ;-) Boomer absolutely loves it, but it has now become a garden toy because it can be very loud, and Boomer gets so excited with it that the furniture ends up being moved around ;-)

Not suitable for my ball addict
I bought this egg for my Mali Mix and had to realise that after just 5 minutes, the first splinters started falling off. Since he loves retrieving, he naturally tries to bite into it – which only works at the narrow end. When I kick it, he tries to catch it and has already hurt his snout several times. Driving it isn’t his thing either, so he just barks at this thing when I give it to him.
I can’t recommend it.

Unfortunately, more frustration than pleasure
Our dog was over the moon at first, but after a short while, it ended up lying in the corner. That's why it's only 3 stars from us.

Good, but noisy
I had imagined the toy to be a bit different. On laminate flooring, it's very loud, and unfortunately, our dog just growls at it and then runs away... such a shame, but we're still trying to get her to warm up to it a bit. Every dog is different, after all...

Super Egg
I was a bit sceptical at first, but our Labrador absolutely loves the egg. He just can't get enough of it. Brilliant.

Absolute disaster, our dog was so scared of the egg that it’s now lying in the corner! It rolled onto her paws, and since it’s very hard, it probably hurt her a little. Ever since, she’s been giving the thing a wide berth!

Actually brilliant, but...
My Bernese Mountain Dog absolutely loves this egg. We've had it for a few months now. As soon as she gets into the garden, she wants to play with it. The only problem is that she keeps chewing on the tip, and it's already completely worn down...

Our Labrador loves playing with the ball in the paddling pool.

My Jacki loves it!!!
My Jacki is a ball fanatic, and he's crazy about the egg!! It's indestructible, which is important for us because nothing else lasts with him!! He plays with it for hours if I let him. He goes absolutely wild, like he's been stung by a tarantula! There should be more toys like this!!! Simply brilliant. Absolutely recommendable for ball junkies!!

The idea is probably good.
But my two (Labrador mix, 2 years old, and Aussie, 1.5 years old) didn’t play with it for even a minute... unfortunately... such a shame...
Even though both are super playful, and my Labrador mix is absolutely ball-crazy...
I could have saved myself the money...

Stupid thing
Since the dog can only push the item with its nose and can't bite into it or throw it, it becomes boring very quickly.

Quickly lost interest
My Labrador mix loves playing with balls – but he quickly lost interest in this one. On the lawn in our garden, the egg barely rolls, if at all, when he nudges it. And since he can't grab it either, he soon stopped enjoying it. I then tried playing with it myself, but unfortunately, in my opinion, the egg is far too hard for throwing or kicking. For me, it was unfortunately a bad purchase, and I'll be going back to regular balls.

Nice idea, but...
When the dog thinks, "What on earth is this? You can't even grab it, it just wobbles around and makes noise..." Our dog was super excited at first when she saw it: "Ooooh, something new—give it here!" But after a few wild attempts and nose bumps (the thing is pretty hard), she seemed more confused and immediately ignored it. Now there's this big yellow thing lying around, and it wasn't even cheap. Such a shame!

Runningegg
Totally disappointed. My dog is usually excited about everything, but the RunninGegg just stresses her out. She runs around the garden, barking, whining, and squeaking because she can't get hold of the egg. Even trying to play with the egg together with her failed. After several attempts, I've now put it aside and prefer to play with her using the tried-and-tested toys.

The cats think it's brilliant.
Our Greater Swiss Mountain Dog wasn’t quite sure what to make of the "egg"... So we ended up gifting the egg to a friend with a dog, and lo and behold – the cats in their house absolutely love it, while the dog just looks on in confusion! So, it’s definitely highly recommended for cats as well!!
