Unfortunately, broke after 5 minutes.
The toy arrived today and broke after just 5 minutes.
My Rottweiler absolutely loves playing with it, but for the price, I expected better quality!

Far too hard
The ˋball´ arrived today, but unfortunately, it’s way too hard. My dog is scared of it straight away :( And she’s usually absolutely crazy about balls.

It's not a hit for us.
I was really curious because of all the good reviews, but unfortunately, my medium-sized dog didn’t get excited about it at all. She’s more scared because it’s so hard, big, and loud.

My dog had absolutely no fun. Doesn't match the description – far too loud, cheap plastic.

Toy without fun factor
We saw the "runninGegg" advertised and were hoping for lots of fun for our four little rascals, who are partly crazy ball junkies. Unfortunately, the toy is now just lying unused in the garden and is completely ignored by all the dogs because each of them has hurt themselves badly on the hard part multiple times. However, they’ve found a new use for it: they now use it as a spot to do their business.

Not for the faint-hearted
My Breton loves balls of all kinds. But he was scared of this one. I gave it away.

Too hard and not really interesting.
I bought the runningEgg about a year ago for my Malinois and my Beagle. They showed hardly any interest. It's just too hard, can't be gripped, and is difficult to push around.

Not a good toy
It’s not suitable for a flat and made from inappropriate material. It’s too hard, so it’s no fun for the dog to chase after the ball or try to catch it, as it can’t be caught. As a result, there was no interest in playing with it after the first attempt.

Hard plastic - Dogs are scared
In my opinion, a completely overpriced cheap product made of hard plastic, and even the "function" is inadequate. My three dogs are scared of it.

Too expensive
I have two medium-sized dogs, and as a foster home for animal rescue, I often have dogs of various sizes with me. But neither my own dogs nor the foster dogs are interested in this toy. It's also far too expensive. A round ball is much more appealing.

Broken after the second use!
My blind Scottish Terrier is crazy about balls! To give him a special treat, I bought him the RunninGegg. He was really excited about it, but unfortunately, after just a few games, he had already made a big hole in it! Now I have to throw it away! Such a shame!!!!!!!!!!

Expensive and completely unnecessary
At first, I was surprised by the simple design of the toy, especially given the rather hefty price tag. Our dog is absolutely crazy about playing, and I was hoping he could play independently with the egg. However, it’s only interesting to him if I prompt him to fetch it. Since he can’t actually grab hold of it, he gets completely frustrated and starts barking. When he’s alone with the toy, he doesn’t even look at it. I can’t play with him using it either, as, like I said, he can’t grip it. So, in summary: totally unnecessary!

An egg as hard as stone...
We have a 10-month-old English Cocker Spaniel who destroys every toy in no time. He’s only satisfied when his toy is unusable, so we were on the hunt for an "indestructible" toy for him. Since he’s also impossible to tire out, we decided to go for the RunningEgg, as it looked like it would guarantee long-lasting fun.
When purchasing, I thought the RunningEgg was made of plastic and that its egg shape would make it impossible for the dog to bite into, as it would keep bouncing or rolling away.
So, we were really looking forward to the new toy, but unfortunately, our Spaniel only glanced at it briefly and then left it lying there. To be honest, I was quite shocked myself when I unpacked the egg. It’s completely hard! The dog isn’t interested in it because when you throw it, it doesn’t bounce around but just hits the ground and rolls away. When he chases after the egg, he immediately stops because it’s far too hard to bite into, so the egg doesn’t move anymore and becomes totally uninteresting to him.
What a shame – for us, it’s a complete waste of money.

I'm not impressed at all.
I ordered the egg for my dog. Admittedly, she thinks the egg is okay, but I find it far too hard and heavy. My dog is a Labrador-Collie mix, so not a small dog, yet I fear it won’t take long before she either knocks out a tooth or injures herself in some other way. I did read that it’s hard, which I initially thought was a good thing since regular balls don’t last long with us, but the fact that it’s also relatively heavy makes it, in my opinion, completely unsuitable. Unfortunately, I can’t return it anymore as it’s already been used, but for the sake of my dog’s joints, I won’t be using it further. Such a shame.

Anti-fun
After watching the Runningegg video, I knew I had to buy it. However, the sobering result followed: my Labrador lady found it anything but amusing and didn’t even play with it for a minute. Since I wasn’t sure if maybe my pooch was just being picky, I gave it to some friends’ dogs, but two other dogs didn’t play with it either. Such a shame – looks like I’ll be going back to the good old ball.

Easter decorations
Our German Shepherd loves balls of this size, but the egg is far too hard for her, she doesn’t like it at all – now it’s Easter decoration in the garden.

Oh my goodness!
Unfortunately, I had to return the egg, as our dog likes to grab things firmly. But that's not possible since it's made of hard plastic. He didn't even look at it. The quality is fine, but it's just not suitable for every dog. I also find the price quite overpriced.

Absolute disaster, our dog was so scared of the egg that it’s now lying in the corner! It rolled onto her paws, and since it’s very hard, it probably hurt her a little. Ever since, she’s been giving the thing a wide berth!
