My 14 year old cat, Robot, has recently been diagnosed with CKD. This dry food was recommended to me by my vet. I wanted to get the 350g pack for Robot to try, but it was out of stock, so I had to get the 3kg pack. She sniffed it, and actually gagged. Even my neighbour's cats, who will usually eat literally anything, would not touch it. I can't say I blame them or Robot, it smells revolting. All in all, a rather expensive mistake.

I have 8 cats and unfortunately they are all extremely unimpressed with this renal dry biscuit. Having 8 your always normally assured that someone will like it but not on this occasion. We will have to suck it up and go back to the other much more expensive brand.
