Shipping and Delivery

Our minimum order value is £10 (excluding shipping charges). For most of the UK*, zooplus offers free delivery on orders from £44 and a choice of delivery service as follows:

The exact delivery cost depends on your choice of delivery service, your location and the weight of your parcel(s) and can be viewed in your shopping basket before checkout.

Under Home Delivery, we will choose the best delivery service for you. Your order can be delivered by Evri or DPD.

Click & Collect is available for collection at 18000 locations. The maximum weight for Click & Collect parcels we can dispatch is 20kg. Orders weighing over 20kg will not qualify for the service.

A small minority of postcodes, including the Highlands and islands do not qualify for free shipping. For these postcodes, the delivery charge is £6.99 for orders between £10 and £44, and £3.99 for orders over £44. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

Due to a low number of home delivery drivers in the area, until further notice, all deliveries to the Isle of Skye will now be automatically diverted to a ParcelShop location near the customer’s address. We understand that this is not the ideal scenario and we are working with our delivery partners to resume home delivery services as quickly as possible.
