My two cats don’t usually respond to catnip and most toys hold limited bursts of interest when playing by themselves. But they immediately grabbed these (one each) and were rolling on them, licking, chewing and swatting them about. In heaven. Hope they survive the night. Definite reorder on the cards as a real hit. Didn’t find the smell an issue.
Stinky ferret never fails!
This is the best cat toy ever - I initially got it as a freebie with Zooplus points and my Billy went absolutely mad for it, he’s now on his 4th and I’ve bought them as gifts for 8 friends whose cats have gone equally nuts. Please can we get them back in stock, we need another one!

I have 2 9 year old cats that get up in the morning and dig these out of their toy box and carry them round. The local fox also plays with one that was taken into the back garden. Now adopting a rescue kitty she has taken to them and my sons lurcher took one home when he came to visit. wherever i go im coming across one or two. They need to get more stock in rapid as i need to fill up the toy box with several more to keep the animals happy😀

Brilliant but so STINKY
My cats LOVE this toy but it is so so so stinky so be warned. A little tip, keep the packaging and put it back in when they have finished playing with it ready for next time as it will stop it smelling, usually give them this toy a couple times a day and they are so happy with it, my maine coin usually wrecks a lot of toys quite quickly with his size but this has stood the test and not fell apart, a must buy if you can handle the smell just don’t get it out when you have visitors lol

My cats now have two!
Both cats loved the first ferret so much I got them a second one! It is one of their favourite toys when they get the zoomies. I have a lovely photo of one of my cats with both toys. Not sure how to submit that!

Cat absolutely loves this
Before I even opened the zooppus parcel my cat was all over the box trying to get in as he could smell this toy. As soon as I gave him it he took off with it and was rolling around, flinging it in the air and generally trying to destroy it. I don't think it will last very long but for how much he loves it it's worth buying for a special treat.

As the title says, this thing has earned the nickname “dead ferret” because it stinks to high heaven, but I haven’t yet met a cat that doesn’t go insane for it! I bought one each for my two cats, and when I bought a third as a gift, they dug it out of my bag, ripped the packaging open and started playing with it.
Even the neighbour’s cat Dave loves playing with them when he visits.

My cat is a big time catnip snob he turns his nose up at anything that isn’t yeoow I have tried him with furry mixed catnip toys before from purrs in our hearts and he turned his nose up at that to so I didn’t have high hopes for him liking this toy but boy was I wrong he loves it so much he sleeps with it in his cat radiator bedi gotit whilst it’s on offer for £3.30 and might buy a second seen as it’s such a hit

This was my darling 17 year old cat's favourite toy in the world. Even when she was sick she would sit there and chew it and it brought her great comfort, when she was well she would play with it, when I bought it she jumped in the box and found it while it was still wrapped.

My semi-feral cat did a murder on this. The body is now missing. In fact, all 4 of them had a go on it, so any one of them could be the true killer.

Stinky but effective
This toy is quite pungent, but my cat (who is indifferent to most catnip toys and only really responds to silvervine) pounces on it as soon as it's out of the bag and plays with it ferociously. I still keep it for limited playtimes, as she tires of toys very quickly, but it's the most reliably stimulating toy I have found.

Firm favourite
I just replaced this toy after 1.5 years after my cat threw up on it, her absolute favourite toy! Even after repeated washing out, she didn't want to play with it anymore, and then she buried it in the litter box... Thankfully I had already bought a spare just in case, and am about to get another one again. Cat was over the moon when presented with the replacement ferret! I'm sure this one will last a long while again, and perhaps longer if she doesn't chuck on it...!

Smells really bad
My cats loved this and immediately played with it as soon as it was out the box, but it smells REALLY BAD. Like wet dog. And the smell sticks to other things - I kept it in the cupboard and my jacket ended up reeking.

Our cats' favourite and smelliest toy
Our two cats go WILD for this toy. Something about it drives them mad rubbing themselves all over it and playing with it and sucking on it. However, (to human noses, anyway) it smells AWFUL. If you can deal with the smell, your cats will thank you. We keep ours in a bag and only bring it out every once in a while and one of our cats even goes mad for the bag it is stored in, rolling all over it.

Their favourite toy!
This is a bit stinky when you first open it but that soon goes and this is the one toy they havent got bored of in 2.5 years. My two middle aged cats absolutely love it. It is big enough that they can bunny kick it without hitting themselves which can be a hazard of smaller toys. Have gifted to a friend and her cats love it too.

Both of ours love it!!
A fantastic toy – I should have ordered two straight away because both of our cats love playing with it. Sure, it has a strong smell, but it’s just valerian, catnip, etc. Personally, I don’t think it “stinks terribly” like some people have said, but I can understand that some might not be able to handle the scent. It just smells like a strong herbal tea. We think it’s great and will be ordering two more soon!

The scent isn't as strong as it used to be

Worth the smell
First of all, this product smells bad, but the smell has faded a lot since I bought it. The most important thing, though, is what my cat thinks. He carries it around and wrestles with it all over the flat, and he loves taking it up onto the bed, the climbing tree, and the scratching barrel. It's honestly one of his favourites.
