It's a shame the toy has changed, it's smaller, different fabric it isn't as strong smelling either.
The cat loves it but . . .
He tears at the 'fur', some comes off in his mouth and he can't spit it out so swallows it. The fur is made of polyester and I'm not at all happy about the cat ingesting that, so with regret I've taken it away from him after only 10 minutes use.

Smells really bad
My cats loved this and immediately played with it as soon as it was out the box, but it smells REALLY BAD. Like wet dog. And the smell sticks to other things - I kept it in the cupboard and my jacket ended up reeking.

Sadly faulty
I opened this and gave it to my cat who absolutely loved it straight away, however not even a minute in I noticed there was catnip everywhere. I understand toys don’t last but upon inspection there was an opening that didn’t have any stitching at all. Unsure of this is intentional for refilling. But my living room is now doused in this smelly cat nip. Cats having a blast though!

The cats loved it but - this toy absolutely pongs. Wet dog, smelly feet, old… mouldy…cheesy…dunno what, but it’s bad. And pungent. As in it stunk the room out to the point where I had to assign it it’s very own plastic box with tight lid while I decided whether to bin it or not. Which I did. And the box. That stunk too. Not to be underestimated.

Really smells
My cats love this, my household doesn’t. My one concern was one of the cats was ripping out the fur, then she was eating it. We were worried about what it would do to her insides, so the ferret is now in an old sock, the cats still love it, and it still smells bad ☺️

The scent isn't as strong as it used to be
I bought this toy a year ago and the smell was much stronger back then, it was almost unbearable. Now you can barely smell it, and my cat played with it for a bit and then lost interest 🥹

Ferret
The cat went crazy for this ferret, but after literally 2 minutes of play it ripped open and the stuffing came out. Maybe it was a faulty batch and I’ll give it a second chance. It doesn’t smell as bad as I thought after reading the reviews.

They love it
I bought this ferret to see if they liked it... and they loved it!! They liked it so much that I ordered another one because they were fighting over it.
