My cats used to prefer fine litter, but after mixing Cats Best Nature Gold with the finer litter for a while, they’ve now fully accepted it on its own as well. I will continue to buy this litter because I’m absolutely convinced by it. No unpleasant odours anymore, and the litter doesn’t get scattered around the flat as badly as pretty much all other types of litter. Plus, I prefer plant-based litter—it just gives me a better feeling compared to bentonite.

So far, we've been using CB Öko Plus. Due to the litter being spread around the flat, we decided to try an alternative. It definitely results in less litter being scattered outside the toilet. However, after about two days, it starts to smell unpleasant and unclean. Additionally, it’s less economical than CBÖP. So, it was worth a try for us, but not something we’d use long-term.

At first, I was a bit sceptical about the size of the package (surely this won’t even last a week?). But then I was pleasantly surprised. The small pellets are incredibly efficient, super absorbent, and have a lovely wood scent! My cats accepted it straight away, and so far, I haven’t found a single pellet outside the litter box! :)

I wish I could arrange a specific delivery day but I so love this litter I will put up with the inconvenience. It lasts a long time and the odor control is fantastic. The fact that you can flush it down is even better. I could not be happier.

We have 6 cats (long-haired and short-haired) and have already tried loads of different cat litters. With most of the others, the litter was carried all over the house and/or started to smell unpleasant after a short time. This litter always stays just in front of the cat toilets, but that's manageable. Even though it might seem more expensive than other cat litters at first glance, "Cats Best" is very economical... and that's a very important point when you have 6 cats :-)

I've had the litter in the cat tray for 14 days now and I'm completely satisfied. It only produces minimal dust when filling, clumps well, and has a pleasant woody scent. It also no longer ends up scattered all over the house. My three furry friends accepted it without any issues. Unfortunately, it only comes in small packages and isn't exactly cheap. But that's the only downside.

I tried this litter because my two indoor cats were constantly spreading their litter around the flat and even trying to eat it at times. The advantages of this litter are the low dust formation, easy disposal, and its pleasant natural scent. The cats have accepted the litter really well, they haven’t played with it so far – there’s noticeably less litter scattered around the flat compared to before. A huge downside of this litter: just half an hour after the cats have done their "business," the smell is overwhelming! My flat has never smelled of cats, but now it’s unpleasantly noticeable. While I only had to clean the litter tray once a day with conventional clumping litter (and it still didn’t smell!), I now have to clean the tray three times a day to get rid of the odour. My conclusion: once this pack is finished, I’m switching back to conventional litter. Although the CBNG litter does have its advantages, the odour issue is just too much!

The best cat litter we've ever had – I love that the litter no longer gets spread all over the house, and my two Maine Coon cats like it too! We're thrilled!

First of all, I would like to say that after reading all the reviews, I just "BELIEVE" how simple you all are.... Of course you are going to get some sort of tracking... "Helloo" deal with it PEOPLE for god sake... Cats are what they are CATS... Keep fish instead. We have two male "Maine Coon" Fantasic...Superb... Maine Coon are semi long haired cat for those that don't know, this product is spot on... A1 We previous have used "Worlds Best cat Litter"(Far to EXPENSIVE for what is is!!!) and Oko Cats Best(both of which creates a flakey, powdery mist when scooping out!!!, WORST of all both of the litters sticks to the fur!!! Oh Dam... With Cats Best Nature Gold. NO STICKING TO THE FUR "DELIGHT" NO PROBLEMS WITH OUR DRAINS... "DELIGHT" (advise to simpletons who have written reviews on this matter, flush at intervals...dah) "NO ODOUR PROBLEMS" (just what expected when initially when any creature relieves itself... dah) " Highly Recommend this product.." To be used by sound minded people only.

My two house cats used to scatter every type of litter all over the flat... On top of that, after every visit to the litter box, there was quite an unpleasant smell (you could immediately tell where they'd just been ;-) ). And the cheaper types of litter didn’t clump very well either. We’ve tried soooo many different ones and were never really satisfied. But then we discovered the right cat litter, which we’re now absolutely thrilled with and which meets all our requirements: - super clumping! - doesn’t stick to fur (no litter scattered around the house!) - odour-binding - dust-free - extremely economical (only needs changing every 5-6 weeks), so it’s cost-effective! So, we’ve found our perfect litter and wholeheartedly recommend it!!!

I used conventional litter until about a year ago and was always annoyed that my two Maine Coons spread it all over the house – with Cats Best, this has improved by 200%, and you can really dispose of it very easily via the toilet (saves trips). My two sensitive ones adapted to the change without any issues. In short: economical – convenient – very good – TOP!

I wrote the review below when my Siberians were still fairly small... Now that they have grown enormously (Siberians are amongst the monsters of the cat world, in terms of size & weight), the weight that bears down on their paws in the litter tray does make some of the litter stick, so some tracking has become an issue after all. Nevertheless, it's still a great product, and I'm not swapping - just didn't want info that I've now discovered to be slightly inaccurate to stay uncorrected on the site. With small dainty cats, I'm sure that what I said before holds good!

I've been using Cat's Best for years, but only the regular version so far, and I've always been more than satisfied with it. However, since I was introduced to Cat's Best Nature Gold at a trade fair last year, which is specially designed for long-haired cats, I have to say, I'll never use anything else again. I think it's absolutely brilliant. Since then, no more bits from the litter box get scattered around the house, and nothing gets stuck in my cat's fur anymore. So, from me, this product gets 1********. Absolutely brilliant deluxe!!!!

We are convinced by the litter and have been using it for quite a while. However, when we opened a new bag yesterday, the pellets were very small and crumbly. It now says Mini-Pellets on the packaging. I bought it because of the large pellets for long-haired cats. Now it’s so small that you might as well buy the regular version, and the price is no longer justified. Half of it ends up outside the tray already. Honestly, I’d prefer to return it.

My two Persians completely rejected this litter. As a test, I set up a second litter box with the litter they were already familiar with. Over the course of a week, I only found one little pile in the box with Nature Gold. On top of that, the litter is so coarse that it doesn’t fall through the scoop. So: Unfortunately, not recommended.

I've been using this litter since last year and I'm more than satisfied with it. I have two cats, and one pack of litter lasts us 4 weeks in the litter box. I sift out the clumps once a day and dispose of them in the toilet. To those commenting here claiming the litter doesn't clump, I have no idea what they did wrong. I've been using this litter for over a year now and have never had a single instance where it didn't clump. And as for others saying it smells bad—honestly, I've never had a litter that smells less than this one. If your cats' droppings smell that bad, you might want to reconsider what you're feeding them instead of blaming the litter. My cats are fed a raw diet, and there's absolutely no smell.

I am very satisfied, and so are my cats – I’ve just been waiting in vain for a long time for a 40-litre package. After all, there are multi-cat households! For this reason, I’m giving the product only 4 out of 5 stars.

This is the last thing I’ll ever buy. The cat droppings stick to the litter, and when removing them, it creates a huge mess and smells absolutely unbearable!
