The worst cat litter I’ve ever bought. It’s so dusty that I had a layer of dust covering all the furniture nearby every single day. On top of that, it got stuck in the sofa fabric—luckily, it’s washable. The stuff even clung to the fly screen on the window. It also has absolutely no odour control; the whole place smelled like a litter box, even though it was always clean and the trays were properly scrubbed.
And it was scattered everywhere too, because it sticks to the fur.

I’ve tested a lot of products, but this is by far the worst litter. Unfortunately, the litter doesn’t bind odours at all, even with multiple cleanings a day. Fulfils all the wishes one could have for cat litter.
It hardly creates dust except when filling, smells pleasantly of wood, is nice and light. My cat Molly, however, finds it amusing to scratch for ages and throw out a lot of litter in the process. She likes this litter so much that when she once had a different one, she stopped using the litter box altogether.

We got this litter for two kittens that were just a few weeks old from an animal rescue. The kittens started using the litter without any issues from day one. The clumping and disposal in the toilet work as expected. The litter also doesn’t produce much dust when pouring it in. Unfortunately, the odour control isn’t great because the kittens don’t cover their faeces but rather paddle around in the air. However, that’s not the litter’s fault. Overall, we’re very satisfied and would recommend it.

Changed formula
Been using this litter for about a year and a half and it’s been great up until now. The last bag I bought you can tell they have changed something in it. It’s lighter in colour and the ‘clumps’ just fall apart into tiny pieces as soon as you touch them with the scoop. May as well be a non-clumping litter. So disappointed won’t be buying anymore

I’ve used Cats Best for 16 years. Now, unfortunately, it’s the end of the road… really a shame because it used to be a great product.
