Very good experience with this cat litter.

I'm glad I ordered the 20l instead of the 40l. My whole flat stinks of the stuff (I put it in a freshly cleaned litter tray, and my cat hasn’t even used it yet!). On top of that, it clumps really poorly. I had it about 3-4 years ago, and back then the quality, as well as the smell, was much better.

Just to add to the recent reviews, have been buying for a number of years but last bag just didn't clump at all, bits just falling apart when cleared out. Shame as was really good before.

So we thought we’d try a new litter for the cats, what a disaster! It smells awful all the time even when cleaned out, gets absolutely everywhere And we are using more than we ever did!! Back to the trusted Biokat we go!!

Can only agree with other recent reviews. The last bag was terrible, it doesn't clump and the wet litter disintegrates into the clean so you need to use twice as much. This has suddenly made it very bad value where it used to be good value. I have requested a refund and will not buy again unless Zooplus confirms that the previous formula has been reinstated.

Ordered the Cat's Best cat litter for the second time now. I'm quite satisfied so far. It doesn't produce nearly as much dust as the other one I had been using until now. It also lasts longer. The downside is that it doesn't clump very well, which could definitely be improved.

I have been using Cat's Best clumping litter for around 15 years, was always satisfied, and recommended the litter to my kitten buyers with full conviction. With the change in design, it seems the composition of the litter has also been altered. The "new" Cat's Best no longer deserves the name clumping litter. Just the scratching of the cats causes the clumps to break into countless small lumps and crumbs. Sifting out unused litter while cleaning? Unfortunately impossible! I am very disappointed :-(

I usually purchase the 40L bags, as I have 2 indoor cats. The last 2 have been terrible: 🔹More dust 🔹Less absorbent (breaks up) 🔹No longer contains odor 🔹Tracks more The first time I thought perhaps it was the bag, or how it had been stored, but twice! At the time of posting this GB was in the middle of a heatwave of 30°. I’m wondering if the climate is having an effect. I’ll try 1 more bag, and if it’s the same, I’ll be looking to change products.

We have always used this for our cats as it was the best litter we had tried but the last 2 bags haven’t been the same. It doesn’t clump well anymore and it doesn’t hold the odours in. Don’t know why they changed it. Now I have to find another litter for my kitties. Has anyone found anything to replace this yet?

I used to love this product and also recommended to any friends with cats. However, the last two bags have been very different. It does not clump at all anymore. All the contaminated bits of litter us spreading out to the whole tray meaning I now need empty it more frequently.

I used to be a big fan of Cat's Best, but the quality has dropped so much that I’ll be switching to something else... A clumping litter that doesn’t clump – great invention! When I asked Cat's Best about it, they told me that only the packaging had changed...

I can only agree with the previous reviewers here and hope the manufacturer takes a closer look at this. How on earth can you make the product so incredibly worse with just one single change?! As already mentioned, the quality has deteriorated immensely. After just 2 days, you can see the first major dust build-ups in the toilet, and it no longer reliably neutralises odours – clumps fall apart when cleaning. Please, please improve this, Cat’s Best!!!!!

clumps well, is fantastically lightweight and clean looking compared to clay litters, and cats took to it right away - it does track a fair bit because it's light, but easier to see and sweep up than finer grained litters

The quality has really gone downhill; it doesn't clump properly anymore and is just crumbly now.

The cat litter is brilliant. It was recommended to us, we bought it and are completely satisfied. We've already recommended it to others as well – that's how good it is!
