We used to be really impressed with this litter. Now, it seems there’s been a second change in quality within a year, so we’ll have to look for a different litter. The "new" version is much coarser, the clumps fall apart immediately when you try to remove them, and whereas a large pack used to last about a month, it suddenly ran out after just a week, which must be a result of the two issues mentioned above. This was not a good improvement.

Advantages: The litter is lightweight and doesn’t create dust. Other than that, this stuff is a complete mess. My three rascals spread it all over the flat. I’ve never had this issue with any other litter. On top of that, it’s an absolute pain to sift the clumps out of the litter boxes. And I’m already using a scoop with large holes (CatIt). Conclusion: Never again!!

It's a shame, my cats don't use it at all. Based on the reviews, I expected something better. Firstly, it doesn't clump properly; the clumps fall apart when you try to remove them, and it doesn't smell particularly good.

Worst litter I have ever used in forty years of having cats. Does not clump effectively and cat scatters it all over the floor. Would not recommend product.

I have been using this litter for years, but since the last order, it has been so extremely dusty that we had to sieve it because our cats were completely covered in dust. The clumping is also no longer as it should be; it falls apart as soon as you try to remove it, making disposal very tedious. I suspect the formula has been changed.

The cat litter is lightweight, smells natural, and is noticeably easier to dispose of than silica litter. It forms clumps that can be easily flushed down the toilet.

Smells pleasantly of wood, very economical, very eco-friendly. Brilliant! Our ultimate solution.

I really wanted to try a natural clumping litter, so I decided to give it a go. Unfortunately, it was a bad purchase. All the urine clumps fall apart, and the smell is unbearable. Such a shame. One positive point is that it doesn’t produce any dust at all. I’ll stick with bentonite.

We've been using this litter for several years now, but with the last delivery, we noticed that something has changed. It doesn't clump as well anymore, and the clumps unfortunately fall apart, leaving behind small bits, which is really annoying.

For five years, we used Cat's Best with joy, but the last two packs have been absolutely disgusting! - Smells awful despite constantly cleaning the litter box - The fine litter gets everywhere, even when the cat steps out slowly - Sticks to their paws and ends up being spread all over the flat - No clumps to be found after they pee, which is why there's always that horrible pee smell.

Based on the reviews and the price (fortunately, I only ordered one pack), I decided to try this litter! The litter itself already smells far from pleasant and reminds me more of the floor of a hamster cage! But the absolute worst part is that the litter spreads throughout the entire flat in no time, and you need a really good vacuum cleaner to get it off upholstered furniture in particular!

I’ve truly tried everything. But this litter smells really nice. All the others were ready to be thrown out after 2-3 days. No matter what type of litter I use in the flat, whether it’s pebbles or wood, the important thing is that it doesn’t smell anymore. Brilliant, thank you!

I've been using this litter for a long time and was always very happy with the results. For some time now, the litter has been lighter (like pine wood), hardly clumps anymore, and is as dusty as hell... I don't want to put myself or my cats through that. If the formula goes back to the old one, I'll be back on board...

I've been using this litter for ages and was always happy with it. But since last month, the litter has become darker and coarser. It no longer absorbs as well as it used to. I won't be using it anymore. I can only advise against this product now.

Since this product was recommended to me, I wanted to give it a try. Before this, I had a cheap product from the discount store and I have to say, I was more satisfied with that. Cat's Best smells like a rabbit hutch, barely clumps, and gets spread all over the flat. I also see the lightweight as more of a disadvantage, as the litter tray tipped over when my cat got out, spilling half its contents. NEVER AGAIN!

I used Catsan for 27 years because it was good! But a friend told me I should try Cars Best, and since then I've been thrilled – it's really very good!

We've been using this litter for a long time and were incredibly satisfied. However, with the last order, the litter was darker and finer, and it no longer clumps as well as it used to. Such a shame, as the crumbling clumps really bother us, and unfortunately, we'll now have to switch to another product. If the old formula comes back, we'd be happy to return, but for now, it's only 3 stars instead of 5.

I've used this product for many years and loved it - I have converted all of my cat owning friends to it as well. However the current bag isn't clumping and doesn't hide the smell. I hope the manufacturers will relent and return to the original - I can see that other owners are saying the same thing and are switching to other brands. I'll try another bag, but may have to do the same.
