This litter has won us over. We are breeders with a few cats, so we also have many litter boxes. Many breeders use Extreme Classic, which isn’t bad either, but we often needed new scoops. This cat litter is very good. It’s economical, the cats accept it very well, and you can actually compost it! You end up with significantly more space in the rubbish bin. Since we used to change the litter (brand) every six months, we’ve now stuck with this one for over a year. A mat in front of the litter box is recommended, though, because like with any cat litter, a bit can end up outside the box. And since this litter is very lightweight, it can spread easily, but honestly, that happens with every litter! Definitely worth trying!

Although the litter clumps, the clumps crumble apart when being removed, which is already inconvenient due to the large granules. The odour control also leaves much to be desired. However, the biggest drawback is the heavy dust formation during cleaning and refilling!

Our two sweeties were instantly thrilled with this litter. It absorbs everything completely and doesn’t smell at all. A mat in front of the toilet ensures nothing gets into the flat. Cats Best is truly "the best"! This is the best cat litter I have ever tested, and believe me, I’ve tried plenty.

Good odour control, very little dust (completely dust-free just isn’t possible), 100% plant fibre, doesn’t stink at all (unlike, for example, bentonite), clumps perfectly, the only clumping litter to be rated as good/recommended by both Öko-Test and Stiftung Warentest. I know why.

The cat litter is scattered all over the flat, you just can't keep up with vacuuming, and my tomcat's fur is full of it too (Persian). Clumping is fine.

It doesn’t clump as well as my previous litter (Biokats). But on the plus side, it’s not as heavy, which is especially important to me since we pay for residual waste by weight (yes, that’s a thing) – and with this litter, I’m genuinely saving money. Plus, my cat likes it, it absorbs odours well, and I find it very pleasant too. It’s low on dust and economical. So, from me & Luna, 5 stars!!

Well, my cats have tried quite a few types of litter... From really cheap to really expensive... and now we've finally found a litter that ticks all the boxes for us. Both of my kitties love using their litter box, the odour is really well contained, the natural wood scent is pleasant, you can use it for a long time (with 2 cats, a good 20 days) AND it's also 100% compostable, meaning straight into the organic waste bin!!! The only downside is the litter crumbs that you find absolutely everywhere, but that's something you get with almost every litter. So, we can only highly recommend this litter; it has replaced "EC", which is also very good at odour control but simply can't compete in terms of longevity! A little miracle bag that packs a punch!!! ;o)) *utter enthusiasm*

We've pretty much tried every type of cat litter out there, but the smell always bothered us. Ever since we started using Cat's Best, you can't smell our Jeanny at all anymore. It's much more efficient, and the clumps are super easy to remove.

There’s no better cat litter, and with 5 cats, it’s really worth it. It’s very economical to use, and I can compost the waste. Hardly any unpleasant odours arise. For me, it’s the best cat litter, and I’m always happy to recommend it to cat owners, especially beginners.

I've tried a lot of products, but Cat's Best Öko Plus is the clear winner in terms of handling, consumption, and overall costs. It’s relatively expensive to buy, but it pays off due to its high efficiency, and it’s not as heavy as some other litters. Of course, you need to scoop out the clumps, not empty the whole tray!!! I have two huge tomcats who share a large litter box, and there are absolutely no problems, not even any unpleasant odours. And the best part is, since I always clean out their waste straight away, I only need to clean the box every three weeks! Suuuppper!

I’ve had 4 cats for years, and this is the first litter that I really like. It’s very economical and doesn’t smell even after a long time. The cats enjoy using the soft litter. The only small issue is that the litter unfortunately sticks to their paws and gets spread around the house. Nevertheless, I rate this litter as "Very good"!

I got my first cat (a tomcat) yesterday. I bought a very large litter box, so 10 litres weren’t enough. The litter smells pleasantly of wood, clumps very well, and is economical. My tomcat is also thrilled. Since he always jumps in and out of the litter box so energetically, some of the litter gets scattered around the box, but I think that’s completely normal.

Today, I bought and tried Cats Öko Plus for the first time. To test it out, I only filled one of the two litter boxes with it initially and noticed that, at first, they didn’t particularly like it. But after a short adjustment period, they started using it. I’m very surprised – the litter clumps really well, doesn’t smell (apart from a slight damp wood scent), and reliably keeps the waste dry. On top of that, it’s very lightweight and economical. I can only recommend it.

I think CBÖP is a fantastic litter. Unfortunately, my 7-year-old cat lady doesn’t really tolerate all the bentonite litters. Either she gets a stuffy nose or she develops chin acne from them. I’ve now gone back to CBÖP, and she’s doing great again. The odour control is excellent, and the clumping is great too. The price-performance ratio is spot on. The litter is very economical. The only downside is that it gets carried out of the litter box because it’s very lightweight, and my cat lady doesn’t properly bury her business. But I’m willing to accept that. I can only recommend it. A fantastic natural product without side effects.

I've tried quite a few cat litters over the years, but none have absorbed as well as this one! It clumps brilliantly, is relatively lightweight and economical. Plus, it absorbs odours well and doesn't create any dust at all. My cats did need a bit of time to get used to the new litter, but that's no longer an issue. Conclusion: I won't be switching cat litter anytime soon!!! And another bonus: the litter tray hardly gets dirty anymore, unlike with some other litters.

Clumps perfectly, binds the odour, absolutely economical in use, doesn’t hurt the paws and hardly sticks to them, biodegradable. My tomcat doesn’t want anything else. It also doesn’t create dust when it’s in the bathroom (probably because of the humidity?!).
