A bit disappointing
Either I got a dud batch of this litter or I have a completely different idea of what makes good litter compared to most people here.
I have to admit, my first impression was great!!!
The bag (40l) is nice and light, it smells quite pleasant, and it hardly produces any dust.
BUT!!!
It’s so light that my two Persians manage to carry it all over the flat. (Absolutely brilliant – I’ve always wanted litter that forces me to vacuum every single day.)
Clumping ability:
This is basically what you’d call “false advertising.” It looks like it clumps well until you approach it with the scoop, and then it seems to say, “Ha, fooled you!” The clumps mostly fall apart when you try to sift them out. And while the dry, clean litter barely falls through the scoop due to its coarse texture and light weight, the broken-down clumps, now heavy with urine, somehow manage to fall right back into the litter tray.
Conclusion:
If you’ve got plenty of time for cleaning and loads of patience for scooping the litter tray, this is the perfect clumping litter for you.
Unfortunately, it’s not for me!

Simply the best
After reading through ALL the reviews, I thought it was time to add my two cents.
I’m completely satisfied with this cat litter! When filled in the right amount, the clumps can be removed perfectly. A scoop with a larger grid is ideal, also for economical use. There’s no unpleasant odour, and I find the dust to be very minimal. Perhaps the (at least) three-times-a-day cleaning of the litter box contributes to the good results.
My 4-month-old cats had to get used to the "coarseness" at first, but practice makes perfect.
We’ll be sticking with this cat litter. The tracking of litter outside the box is a small, but not significant, issue—not just with this litter but with others as well.
Previously, I used a very fine-grained cat litter that was expensive and extremely dusty. The baby powder scent mixed unpleasantly with the smell of urine and faeces, and the clumps often "split apart."
Well, to each their own... :-)

The kitten has accepted it.
This cat litter is better than other eco-friendly types I've tried so far. It really delivers on its promises, and on top of that, my tomcat actually likes it. Before, he was always hesitant to use the litter box, but now it's even gentle on his four paws ;)

I love it!
Great cat litter!
To everyone claiming it doesn’t clump or starts to smell (after a few days?!), hello?! You’re supposed to remove the clumps every 2-3 days (more often if you have multiple or larger cats, less often for smaller ones) and fill it high enough so the urine *can* be absorbed!
(Though maybe some people genuinely got a bad batch.)
All I can say is, it’s fantastic! Doesn’t smell, clumps well, is environmentally friendly, safe for cats, lightweight, long-lasting... and so much more.
If it ends up scattered around the house, at least it doesn’t hurt when you step on it, and you can just vacuum it up.
Of all the litters I’ve used, this is definitely the best; I won’t use anything else anymore.

Pleasantly surprised!
As a new cat mum to two baby girl kittens, I've already tried out quite a few types of litter, and I’m really pleasantly surprised by this one. The pellets weren’t bad either, but the cats simply didn’t want to bury their poo. This litter is like regular litter, clumps well, but is easy to dispose of either via the toilet (daily clumps) or the organic waste bin (entire litter tray). And the price is right. Unfortunately, it behaves like conventional litter in other ways too, and there’s a bit of it scattered in front of the toilet. That was much better with the pellets. But the advantages far outweigh the downsides. I’m sticking with it.

6 are thrilled
My five cats and I are completely satisfied: it vacuums and clumps well, is lightweight, very economical, and much cheaper than anything else I've tried so far.

7 "Test Cats" rate
My indoor cats are absolutely satisfied with this litter. It clumps very well, and the clumps are very easy to remove. Even after several days, it doesn’t smell unpleasant. It produces very little dust, and the fact that only natural materials are used convinces not just my cats but me as well.

It doesn't get any better.
I have 4 cats and I have to say, they’re all very excited about it, and so are we, of course. It’s not difficult, economical, and absorbs well. I even used Catsan before but ended up coming back to this litter. It’s cheaper and better. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Ferret
I have ferrets and am still looking for the perfect bedding. However, in my opinion, this one starts to smell after a short time and ends up scattered all over the flat – it’s far too lightweight. Such a shame – not the right bedding for my four-legged friends and me.

We’re sticking with it!
We've been using Cat's Best in the litter box for a long time, and I'm still satisfied. So are the cats! I’ve tried other litter in between when there were special offers, but I was always glad to return to the pleasant wood scent. Plus, clay litter was always far too heavy for me.
Currently, three cats are using the litter box, and since I clean it twice a day, no one is bothered by odours. If you fill it high enough, it clumps very well and is therefore economical. Sure, some litter does get tracked around, that’s true. But firstly, it’s become less of an issue since I put a mat in front of the litter box door, and secondly, I’ve experienced the same with other litter. I have to sweep almost daily anyway (the dogs bring in dirt too), so it doesn’t bother me.
And: In May, we managed to litter train an entire litter of kittens within two or three days using this litter! They all clearly liked it!
In short: We’re sticking with it.

Environmentally friendly
I’ll finally stick with this litter, but the cats carry the granules all over the flat. That’s the downside – sweeping is on the agenda every day.

Well.....
I find the cat litter only mediocre: it hardly smells and clumps well, but you end up with the stuff absolutely everywhere in the flat (alongside the good mark for clumping, I'd also give it a top score for spreading around the place ;-)). Since this is coarse-grained litter, it gets pretty annoying over time. Next time, I think I'll stick to fine-grained clumping litter instead.

Clumps perfectly and doesn’t create dust.
Super litter, great clumping effect, and it doesn’t create any dust! Of course, it smells when the cats have just done their business – that’s only logical! I also don’t find taking out the litter to be a hassle, since vacuuming is part of the daily routine anyway! I can only recommend this litter! I’m completely satisfied.

Cats are getting on well.
We switched from Cat’s Exclusive to Öko-Plus. The previous litter was too dusty for us. This one is better – although every now and then we do get a bag with very dusty material. Our three Maine Coons are happy with it. They took to it really well. Of course, with three cats, you end up with a few crumbs around the house. But it’s within the tolerance range.

We think it's brilliant!
I really like the wood scent, it just smells natural, doesn’t create dust, and the fact that there’s no extreme clumping is something I find quite pleasant. Plus, it’s extremely odour-absorbent—the first litter I’ve only had to completely change after 2 weeks. My two cats don’t seem to mind it either. After trying the first sample pack, I’m happy to buy it again!

Simply brilliant
I’ve tried loads of different litters now and haven’t been as satisfied with any of them as I am with this one. It doesn’t create any smell (especially not even if it’s been in the bin for a day or two), it clumps the best, it doesn’t produce any dust at all, it’s not as heavy to use as many other litters, and my cats really like it too! Honestly, I’m absolutely thrilled with it!

Finally found
We've tried many types of cat litter across all price ranges and were never satisfied. With Cat's Best Öko-Plus, we've finally found a litter that we're almost completely happy with. The dust formation and the litter being tracked around are minor drawbacks compared to the disadvantages of other cat litters. We have 3 cats and 2 litter boxes. We always order the 40-litre bags straight away. Delivery is very quick, and we're set for quite a while afterwards. The ability to dispose of it biologically was also important to us.

No clumping, smell
I'm currently trying out this litter and am more than disappointed. It doesn't clump, my Persians carry it around on their paws and fur, leaving it everywhere, so you constantly have to sweep up after them. Plus, it has a slightly musty smell. The only advantage is that it's supposed to be biodegradable and therefore good for the environment.
Other than that, for the price, I'm utterly disappointed.
We're switching back to our old litter.

It actually clumps.
I've always pulled a long face when it came to clumping litter. For me, clumping litter was like "porridge in the loo" and litter scattered all over the house. I've had so many bad experiences with it... until I discovered Cat's Best: it actually clumps, and the clumps are super easy to separate from the clean litter, which makes daily quick cleaning a breeze. The clumps are neither too hard nor do they look like mush. There's no more urine smell, the odour of faeces is well covered, and the litter box is easy to wash. 40 litres last for 5–6 weeks, even with 2 cats and 2 litter boxes.

That's absolutely the last straw.
This cat litter has absolutely no clumping behaviour, no odour control—in fact, you’d actually need to replace it completely every day because it smells awful.
And all of this at such a price.
