I've tried a lot of products, but Cat's Best Öko Plus is the clear winner in terms of handling, consumption, and overall costs. It’s relatively expensive to buy, but it pays off due to its high efficiency, and it’s not as heavy as some other litters. Of course, you need to scoop out the clumps, not empty the whole tray!!! We've pretty much tried every type of cat litter out there, but the smell always bothered us. Ever since we started using Cat's Best, you can't smell our Jeanny at all anymore. It's much more efficient, and the clumps are super easy to remove.

I have two huge tomcats who share a large litter box, and there are absolutely no problems, not even any unpleasant odours. And the best part is, since I always clean out their waste straight away, I only need to clean the box every three weeks! Suuuppper!

I’ve had 4 cats for years, and this is the first litter that I really like. It’s very economical and doesn’t smell even after a long time. The cats enjoy using the soft litter. The only small issue is that the litter unfortunately sticks to their paws and gets spread around the house. Nevertheless, I rate this litter as "Very good"!

I got my first cat (a tomcat) yesterday. I bought a very large litter box, so 10 litres weren’t enough. The litter smells pleasantly of wood, clumps very well, and is economical. My tomcat is also thrilled. Since he always jumps in and out of the litter box so energetically, some of the litter gets scattered around the box, but I think that’s completely normal.

Today, I bought and tried Cats Öko Plus for the first time. To test it out, I only filled one of the two litter boxes with it initially and noticed that, at first, they didn’t particularly like it. But after a short adjustment period, they started using it. I’m very surprised – the litter clumps really well, doesn’t smell (apart from a slight damp wood scent), and reliably keeps the waste dry. On top of that, it’s very lightweight and economical. I can only recommend it.

I think CBÖP is a fantastic litter. Unfortunately, my 7-year-old cat lady doesn’t really tolerate all the bentonite litters. Either she gets a stuffy nose or she develops chin acne from them. I’ve now gone back to CBÖP, and she’s doing great again. The odour control is excellent, and the clumping is great too. The price-performance ratio is spot on. The litter is very economical. The only downside is that it gets carried out of the litter box because it’s very lightweight, and my cat lady doesn’t properly bury her business. But I’m willing to accept that. I can only recommend it. A fantastic natural product without side effects.

I've tried quite a few cat litters over the years, but none have absorbed as well as this one! It clumps brilliantly, is relatively lightweight and economical. Plus, it absorbs odours well and doesn't create any dust at all. My cats did need a bit of time to get used to the new litter, but that's no longer an issue. Conclusion: I won't be switching cat litter anytime soon!!! And another bonus: the litter tray hardly gets dirty anymore, unlike with some other litters.

Clumps perfectly, binds the odour, absolutely economical in use, doesn’t hurt the paws and hardly sticks to them, biodegradable. My tomcat doesn’t want anything else. It also doesn’t create dust when it’s in the bathroom (probably because of the humidity?!).

So WE - Becky and Maxi - absolutely love going to the loo when it's filled with Cat's Best. AMAZING, finally no more CONCRETE BLOCKS, but - uh - PURE nature. Smells wonderfully of wood and you can dig to your heart's content. Our human says one bag lasts FOREVER. Sure, she has to shake out the mat now and then, but she doesn't mind AT ALL. Otherwise, she would’ve just gotten herself a plush cat... WE and our human definitely give loads of stars. We can't count yet, though� I think 5�

My two cats quickly accepted this litter. Clumps perfectly and doesn’t smell, even after the "big business." It’s very economical, doesn’t create dust, easy to transport, and you’re doing something good for the environment too. What more could you want...

Doesn't create dust, smells pleasantly like bark mulch, clumps really well, and my cat loves digging in it because it feels so natural. I've tried many products, but I'm sticking with this one—I think it's brilliant.

The litter is extremely economical, but unfortunately, my cats didn’t really take to it for some reason.

Totally satisfied!! You really get everything out, and the smell is neutralised too! You can’t even smell the ferrets anymore. Sure, the granules are lighter, so they get carried around a bit more, but I have to vacuum anyway.

I like CBÖP because of the affordable price. The litter clumps well and is very absorbent. Unfortunately, the odour control leaves something to be desired. Otherwise, highly recommended.

I received this litter to try out, but I’m not convinced at all as it has a very unpleasant smell – especially after my two cats have "done their business" :o(

I chose this litter because it's environmentally friendly. Unfortunately, it starts to smell after just a few days, and it doesn't clump as well as other people have mentioned here. Maybe it was the batch?!?! After just a few days, if you look at the litter box in good daylight, you can see quite a lot of individual soaked particles still sitting in the box, and they seem to be responsible for the smell. Such a shame! Additionally, the litter gets spread all over the flat (despite having a mat in front of the box).

I’ve tried loads of different cat litters so far, and this is honestly the first one that doesn’t start smelling after just two days... I can only recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to clean out the litter tray completely every five minutes!!!!!!!

My 8 cats agree with me: This litter clearly has better clumping properties than the "terribly heavy" bentonite litter (which sometimes causes the clumps to fall apart!). The super-light granules do scatter more around the litter box – so what, you just have to sweep/vacuum a bit more often! And why should the woody scent be bothersome (quite the opposite, actually)? After all, thanks to its compostability, garden owners have significantly less waste! But even non-garden owners benefit from its higher yield compared to regular litter and its lightweight nature, making life easier! A small downside is the higher price compared to normal clumping litter. I try to buy it on special offer and then stock up!
